Out running errands and needed a laid back place to grab some food and a beverage. We hadn't been here...shockingly enough...so we stopped in. Very short wait for a couple seats at the bar on a Saturday night so that was great! Had heard from some friends that the food wasn't great but we had a good experience. We got the Brussels sprouts which I wasn't excited about the tomatoes involved but they ended up making the dish with a touch of sweetness. Who knew?!?! We split the Tuna Tacos which we got blackened and the heat was a great pairing to the mango salsa. (Sorry didn't get pics of either). Their beer selection is very friendly to all types of palates and we chose 2 seasonals and 2 classics in a flight of 4. If you were in the former Brazenhead you won't recognize the place. What used to be a dark Irish Pub is now a bright modern place. But take a look at the woodwork and you will see the painted remnants of the old place. Sad as the brazenhead woodwork was AHMAZING but they kept some elements like the wood ceiling. I personally like the brighter atmosphere. read more

We came here for the Buckeye game. Great food, amazing beer, spectacular service! They just updated their patio for the cold weather with a big screen tv and surround sound. Will definitely be back for football Saturdays and Sundays. Make sure you get the chicken nachos, you won't regret it! read more

North High Brewing - Oktoberfest - Brewpubs Near Me - Dublin, Ohio

My family and I had brunch at this location on Sunday. We were greeted by very friendly, welcoming staff. We were sat right away. Our server was prompt in greeting us and getting our drinks. The drinks were delicious. I got a Bloody Mary and also tried the mimosa. I was impressed with how amazing the interior was. It is a beautiful location. However, I think the food is very over priced for what you receive. I paid $13 for the southwest scramble and it was a very small portion and it was just ok. I was really looking forward to coming here but I doubt we will be back. For the price we paid, there are way better brunch options in the area. I don't think anyone in my group was too impressed with their meals. I have no complaints about the staff or anything else other than food and pricing. read more

Wow. This was so amazing and a little hidden covid gem to my small family. I told my husband we needed to try somewhere "new" bc we always go to the same "safe" spots. I felt awkward bringing our small 15month old babe in but immediately upon sitting they said "does he like fries?" We offer free fries to kids. Um, what?! This was so sweet and our Eddie loved them! I got the Cobb salad and cocktail flight (so worth it by the way!) and my husband got the chicken sandy. They were so sweet and attentive and we will definitely be adding this to our rotation!!! Thanks again! read more

Well, this place is great. I had wanted to see what had been done since this was brazenhead. Well, everything has changed! The building was falling apart and finally it has been remodeled. Sure it looks nice and clean but I think it's a bit TOO modern. The bathroom has had much needed remodel and clean since it was brazenhead. Our server appeared and directed us to scan for an online menu. He recommended a fried chicken sandwich with sweet potato tots. Both were great. It can be a bit messy, haha. My mom had a quinoa salad. Then we shared a "nookie" which is a big desert in a pie tin. One half is brownie one half is chocolate chip cookie. It must have been 2000 calories. Our server never had a problem keeping my iced tea full which is impressive since I guzzle it. I no longer drink alcohol, but I've previous had "stick" or maybe it was "high stick". It's an amber beer that's made by north high. It is the best amber beer that I have ever had. Good work to the owners, the designers who remodeled this place, the new staff, and owner Gavin. read more

Worst service I've experienced in a long time. Horrible service. Ordered at the bar then tried to sit outside on a slow night but got hassled by a server who ultimately let us sit at one of the ten open tables. Then we went to a high top table inside to order a drink and dessert but after 15 minutes no one came by so we tried to order at the bar to take to our table after confirming with the hostess we were ok where we were seated. A rude manager stopped us from ordering at the bar and made us return to our table. 15 more minutes and we finally were served. Plenty of workers engaged in conversation not remotely interested in working. We will not be back. Disappointed. read more

Great service, food, and atmosphere. Always willing to accommodate. We have had 2 events here with a large party and they went above snd beyond for us. read more

To start, service and atmosphere were great. We went for brunch and drinks tasted good but the mimosa did not have blueberries and the Bloody Mary did not have bacon (as indicated on the menu). We were ok with the drinks but then we were served our food. I got the pork belly Benedict and my bf got the egg white frittata. The frittata did not have ANY of the toppings on it (pico/avocado/cilantro, as indicated on the menu) and both of our egg dishes tasted like the chef got the sugar and salt canisters mixed up. They were grossly sweet. North high is great for wings and beer. But if you want a satisfying, yummy, and well-cooked brunch, then definitely go somewhere else. read more

Loved the draft selection and Jeremy was a great server! Will be back. Can't wait to try more menu items.

My experience here was odd to say the least. We came in on a Saturday about noon. The service was about average. We asked the server if there was a brunch menu, because according to the website they had one. She looked at us and acted like she had no clue what we were talking about. She did the same thing when I ordered my beer off of the seasonal menu. It was very odd and made me question if I was even at the right place?? The food was decent. I'm not sure I'd come back or not! read more

Came here on a busy Saturday night with the gf and still received absolutely AMAZING service!! Staff all around was so friendly and accommodating to out needs. Food: DELICIOUS! Cocktails: AMAZING! In-house Brews: HOLY MOLY you gotta try for yourself! Do yourself a favor folks and treat someone (or yourself) to a great night out! read more

I really wanted to like this place but the wings had 0 flavor and they had very little sauce. The sauce they did have wasn't anything spectacular. Service was pretty lackluster too. read more

On the one hand, the food is pretty good, and the beer selection is top-notch. Also, we had great service during our visit a couple days ago. I believe our server's name was Paige, and she was attentive without being intrusive, and she is good with people. I've been here several times, and the service on this trip was the best I've had, by far. The outdoor area is great when the weather cooperates. The problem is with the inside. We sat upstairs and could hardly have a conversation. It is very noisy, and with wooden floors and stairwells, there is nothing to absorb sound. Add to that a very loud couple of kids a few tables away, and it was not a pleasant meal. I'd suggest the owners install something to absorb some of that noise. One more positive note: the cheese curds are incredible. read more

I have gone here twice now for week day team work lunches and the food and service is always spot on. I like that they accept reservations and the indoor and outdoor patio space has a great feel to it. I ordered the mixed green salad with grilled chicken and it's very fresh with local produce and a good sized portion. They added larger umbrellas on the patio for more shade which I appreciate. Also important to note: they have yummy sweet potato tots as a side! The menu overall is a wide range that has something for everyone. I like that they also note dietary restrictions such as gluten free options. read more

Really enjoy it here. Brussel sprouts are great with a really tasty balsamic reduction. They also have a great selection of cocktails for those who are not beer drinkers. I recommend their cocktail flight. Service is great all of them have been so friendly and nice. The outside patio is really nice. read more

Nice decor and styling. Upon sitting at the bar and watching our cocktails being poured from a premixed container downgraded our experience. Noticed similar reactions for the couple sitting down the bar from us. Turned the up sale of a $12 cocktail into a $4 experience relatively quick. read more

North High Brewing - Brewpubs Near Me - Dublin, Ohio

I had to make a trip to the Columbus area to help a friend with here family and I had to find a place to hang for a couple hours so, of course, I looked for a brewpub that would meet my criteria for safety during the pandemic. North High was the place that met most. It opens at 10, earlier than most. It has a tent that is not as enclosed as inside and was quite comfortable in the 45 degree weather even though there were no obvious heaters. I had the IPA while I read my book. The server was very attentive even though she had a table of 7 adults and 5 children. The beer was good and the place never really got crowded. If ever in Dublin again this will be my spot. See you there. read more

Not a great visit - so I know this is a brewery, but they also brag about their wines, so when I asked for a taste of their by the glass Chardonnay I was told they "don't do wine tastes" - so I guess you're SOL if you don't like the glass! Hubby ordered the ahi tuna entree rare and blackened. Got well done with no seasoning. To their credit they tried to fulfill (and ultimately took off the bill) on the order but there is no way that fish was wild caught ahi. Not sure we will be back. read more

Wonderful first visit! Loved the trendy, classy chic vibe of this brewery. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Several options for non beer drinkers as well. Loved the set up, inside, outside and downstairs. read more

Put our name in and they told us a 1.5 hour wait. We walk over to pins and as soon as we get there we get a text our table is ready so it was only 15 mins, great! We show up and they seat two couple who just walked in and didn't call ahead, then when we come up they tell us they're booked and to wait for an open seat. We wait 10 mins and they come back and say sorry but they're closing early and can't serve us.... It was only 9:00 but still wasted a bunch of time waiting on these guys only to be turned down and they have our seats to random people showing up.. terrible management and service by these guys. Have been here before and it's average, just a good atmosphere, but not when this happens read more

Excellent food and beer. Stopped here while visiting Dublin Irish festival and OMG...brews are great and food is excellent!! Halal ima is my new favorite Mexican beer!! Great place and atmosphere... also,, decor is beautiful. read more

It was ok. Service and our server were fine. Drink was kind of weak (bloody M). Food was average. I expected more on my plate for the cost, at least some salsa or picante with it. Might try it again outside of brunch time frame. read more

Was excited to try this place, but disappointed. Beer was good, so if you just want a drink, this is great. The food was not. Fries were not hand cut, just something you can get from Kroger's freezer section. My meal wasn't good and I didn't want or ask for anything except to take the meal away. Server didn't offer anything and also left the meal sit in front of me while I finished my beer (15-20 min). Dublin just has too many great places to choose from for food. Again, looking for beer and atmosphere, this is a perfect spot! I would normally give this a 3 star based on food alone, but beer was good, server was nice. read more

The service as good. The food was okay. Usually with a breakfast course you get at least two slices of bread, only got one. The "rustic potatoes" in the hash seem more like 2 hashbrown patties. read more

I love this place. First off, the service is outstanding. They are so nice and work together as a team. It's noticeable how smoothly everything runs! The food is excellent too - we love the fried pickles, chicken sandwiches and Brussel sprouts! We've never had a bad meal here and look forward to going back! read more

Some of the best bar food out there! Great appetizers, wings, beer, etc. The atmosphere of the patio in the summer is awesome - they also put heated tents up in the winter, which is super cool. Friendly staff, and I love the convenience of being able to reserve a table online. That's hard to come by with breweries. One of my all-time favorites when it comes to delicious food and a fun environment! read more

Went for lunch and found another great go-to for foods or snacks. The decor is bright and clean and the service is amazing. We had a larger party and they were so kind and accommodating to the kids and ensured everyone had what they needed. The burger was very good and would definitely go back for it again. I had the wedge salad with blackened chicken- it was very good with all fresh ingredients. Chicken fingers that the kids ordered looked amazing too! Go check it out! read more

Service was great, beer tasted good too! Liked the food as well, but didn't order too much. Overall, fun atmosphere, great food and drinks, and great service earns this place 5 stars. Could maybe use a TV outside for sports viewing but that's reaching for something to complain about. read more

It's my favorite brewery here in Columbus. The honey wheat lager and north high chicken are their best menu items imo.

Very friendly welcoming environment located in the heart of Dublin. However, the food doesn't match it's nice ambience. I completely understand it's a brewery, so pub style food is expected! It's another when the food has no flavor "seasoning" and everything taste like it's from Kroger's frozen food section. Save your money & just buy a beer!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Love the patio! Fried pickles with avocado ranch are a favorite. Always enjoy the North High Chicken sandwich.

Great atmosphere and great service. Food was awesome! You need to give this place a try. They have wine and cocktails if you are not a beer drinker. They carry their own microbrews, so don't come looking for a Bud or Bluemoon. Their microbrews are amazing! read more

We loved North High! It was our first time. Great selection of food and drinks. Impressed with the cleaning between parties and plenty of patio space. Ket was our server. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had (with a twist of humor)! Only recommendation would be umbrellas for the patio. read more

We had a reservation at 7pm on a Thursday night for a party of 8. Two of the people in our party were running late so the rest of us sat down and ordered a round of drinks and appetizers for the table while we waited for the rest of our party. At 7:30pm our server came up to our table to let us know that the kitchen was closing and we had 3 minutes to put in our dinner order. The last 2 members of our party still weren't seated but were parking the car already. They hadn't had a chance to look at the menu and wouldn't be ready to order in 3 minutes. When asked why they were closing so early on a Thursday night, he said that nobody was sitting on their patio so it was too slow to keep open. (It was 90degrees outside and humid so nobody wanted to eat outside.) We ended up leaving without putting in the dinner order but we were incredibly frustrated that they essentially kicked out a large party because business was slow. We won't ever be coming back here again. read more
