I like a good deal. BJ's is running an all day, week-day only $13 Pizaookie meal deal. Entrees include chicken parm with spaghetti, a burger, a salad wiith grilled chicken- all excellent. Hey BJ's Tuttle Crossing- My daughter's party joined the waitlist with her girlfriends for a Galentine's dinner. They arrived on time according to their waitlist time. They waited over 40 minutes to be seated. So that tells me management was unprepared and mishandled an evening you had knowledge was going to be busy. Their party was finally seated, ordered & their food never arrived. Wait staff never checked back with their table, never gave them an update on what was happening with their food. They walked out. Shame on your establishment for being so ill prepared and ignoring this amazing group of young ladies. Never again will time be wasted at BJ's Tuttle Crossing. We used to love this place... My wife and I do a weekly date days. On Feb 8, we went to the BJ's on Tuttle Crossing. We started out with the avocado egg roles and a couple of drinks. For entrees, she had the slow cooked sirloin and I ordered the New Orleans Jambalaya. The appetizer and drinks were good. My wife's sirloin was cooked perfectly, however, her veggies were slightly undercooked but good. My entree was WAY over spiced and dry. Calling it a jambalaya would be an insult to the good folks down south. I returned my meal while my wife ate. Our amazing server said she would notify the manager. Unfortunately for us, the manager was "too busy" to swing by and speak with us, despite half the tables and bar being empty. I wasn't looking g for a free meal to make up for the jambalaya, I just wanted to provide feedback. Being customer obsessed seems to be lost on them now. Sad to see this place slip to where it is now. Server was excellent, food and most importantly, the management, not so good. Sad but true. read more

Had a great visit today at the Tuttle location! Met family and had dinner at a high top in the bar area. Had sports on TV and a energetic vibe going on. Our server, Kyle was outstanding young man that took great care of us, from drinks to food recommendations. Service was five star, but long kitchen wait and cool food temp made it less. Food wise - i highly recommend the Protein Bowl with blackened Salmon. It was incredible presentation, taste, and quality. Kyle recommendation and it didnt disappoint. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated. That was the high point. From there service was slow. After ordering we waited 30 minutes for our entrees of cherry chipotle glazed salmon, baked ziti pasta, an iceberg lettuce wedge with steak, and a chicken club with fries. With the exception of the baked ziti the other entrees were disasters. The salmon had the "glaze" drizzled on rather than glazed. There was no asparagus so brussel sprouts were substituted. The chicken club came served on burnt toast with no fries. We asked the server twice for the fries that eventually came out 15 minutes later after the club was nearly eaten. The salad wedges were HUGE! They literally looked like an entire head of lettuce was chopped in half and plated with some salad dressing. It came with some steak. The steak was ice cold. After bringing it to attention of the wait staff they quickly tossed the kitchen staff under the bus stating "those guys are killing me tonight!" The steak refire took almost 20 minutes to get and was as tough as a piece of shoe leather. My friend gave me a strip of it and it was beyond chewy. I felt terrible because our friends were "treating" us to the dinner. I've eaten at the Easton BJ's about once a week for more than 5 years and never experienced anything so bad as this evening out. Good selection of beers and alcohol, Large TVs everywhere (most playing sports) but with a additive of good quality food. More of a upscale sports bar. Never really had a issue with service here. But they when they are busy, expect it to take longer than normal Today I got the Brisket burger! This burger is delicious. The brisket is smoked perfectly and a nice juicy burger to match it. Side fries are crispy and are a great side for this burger. I came here with other family members as a request of my college going niece who wanted to celebrate her birthday at BJ's on pizookie Tuesday ($4 pizookie special). We did not make reservations before, but were able to make reservations the day of for a large party of 10 adults and 2 babies under 1 who would require highchairs. They were very accommodating and were able to set up a table and have it ready for us at 7pm. Service was fast. We ended up ordering apps and dessert. We got the calamari, 2 orders of the nachos (without meat), and 9 pizookies. Omg, the nachos were huge! We almost fell like one would be enough to share. We still had some left over and were super stuffed. The nachos were good though! We ordered strawberry shortcake, hot fudge brownie, salted caramel, chocolate chunk, and triple chocolate pizookies. The favorites of the night were the salted caramel and strawberry shortcake. One thing, we would have appreciated is bringing out the pizookies after we finished the apps. We had a reservation and arrived on time. Even tho the restaurant was more than half empty, we had to "wait for the server" to catch up for more than 15 min. Food was mediocre at best (never our experience at other BJs!). The calamari was basically over fried batter with no calamari, there were hardly any French fries on any plate that required them, seasoning was overdone on everything. Our server was horrific! Not the brightest bulb in the box by a long shot and had to be asked multiple times to remove empty dirty dishes that were clearly in the way from the appetizer round even after we had been served entrees. Very average experience. We came into town around 9:40 and most places weren't open or were closing soon so we settled on BJ's. It was happy hour. I ordered a margarita and husband ordered a beer. We also got mozzarella sticks and chips with salsa and guacamole. The margarita was pretty sweet and ended up hurting my stomach so I only drank half of it. The snacks were both good. The salsa was a bit spicy and the guac was actually made fresh, which we were surprised by. When the bill came the margarita was not priced to reflect happy hour but the snacks were and I even pointed to the happy hour menu when ordering. We needed to find a place to watch the football game, celebrate a birthday and be close to several families. BJs was perfect for all of this. They also took reservations, which was one of only a few that would during Ohio State game. I can't say enough for the impeccable service. From the hostess who let is change tables and set up a little section for us, to our server Shannon. She was truly amazing. She made us feel like we were her only table. Drinks were continually refilled without asking. She was so pleasant and helpful. We never felt like we were being rushed, even though we were at the table for a few hours. We started with a jumbo pretzel, excellent! Tavern Pizza was phenomenal and the cookie dessert with ice cream was amazing. I'll just get the negative out of the way first: service was slow. Not in terms of getting our entree but between getting dessert and the checks. Our waitress was friendly, but we were kinda twiddling our thumbs towards the end. Staffing is short, so I can understand delays though. On to the positive stuff: food was yummy!! The avocado rolls were delicious and paired perfectly with the sweet dipping sauce. I burned my mouth because I ate it too fast, but no regrets! I ordered the chicken pita tacos without feta cheese. They were pretty good, but a bit lacking on the chicken. They made up for it by packing it with veggies. The grain medley was made up of cucumbers, cranberries, and some side of quinoa blend topped off with a vinaigrette dressing. Pretty tasty! The star of the show was the monkey bread. Absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of cinnamon and crunchiness. The melted ice cream created spots of gooey bread, which was sooo good. Lousy BJ's! Like most restaurants, BJ's has raised their prices and giving smaller portions. That said, the Baked Ziti I ordered for delivery was unacceptable. I posted photos with this review to show the pathetic portion size. The Baked Ziti was $18.00 and it barely covered the bottom of the small foil container it is served in. The pictures I posted were taken before eating a bite. The sides of the foil container are the same height of a traditional pie tin or pot pie tin. I've ordered the Baked Ziti for years and I can honestly say that the portion was only about 1/3 of the portions I've received in the past...AND IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE! I also ordered a Jalapeño Burger well done and as usual the burger patty was undercooked and red inside. Gross! I've stopped dining in at this BJ's location because we have consistently encountered rude service, chili that is warm at best, and received severe attitude from the hostess when I requested not to be seated next to a table with two screaming children. If I am dining out and spending hard earned money for a meal and drinks, I don't want to sit by a table with screaming kids and parents that just let their kids scream and let them do whatever they want to do, and I certainly don't need rude remarks and dirty looks from someone who looks like they are still in high school and dressed like a bimbo. BJ's looks nice inside with plenty of TVs and it tends to be loud in general. The table tops are sticky even though they look clean. I do like some of the food at BJ's, but I won't return to the location nor will I order carry out or delivery from this location. It is consistently poor. read more

Fantastic as usual! They had some GREAT deals going on from 3-7 pm on week days. We got $6 margaritas and I got a $7 mini bbq chicken pizza. The margaritas were good. My mini pizza was great! It was perfect for just one person. Hubby got a burger and seemed quite satisfied with it. Then we got the trio of pizookies (triple chocolate, strawberry shortcake and original cookie). The original is seriously one of the best desserts ever! The triple chocolate is super rich, it is FANTASTIC! I ordered the chicken Parmesan this evening with spaghetti and it was horrible! I do not think that the chicken was real chicken breast at all. I think it was artificial chicken breast. Please don't ask me what that means but it tasted like rubber with chicken flavoring of course I sent it back and they did let me order something else. But I will never ever go to this restaurant again. I question whether they are using real food and healthy products. And, I wouldn't be surprised if people get sick from this food. I've been to BJs a few times over the years and it's not bad, but this location is always just a few steps above an Applebees to me. They have a great beer selection, so if you go for happy hour you won't be disappointed. But if you go for dinner, their food is very hit or miss. The last time I went I had a burger, and the toppings just tasted "off." Anything fried has the faint taste of everything else they fry... it's not bad food by any means and it's never made me sick, but it doesn't taste as fresh and good as it could. Food isn't served at the right temperature, it's kind of all room temp. We've eaten at this location many times in the past, so while we were out that way we decided try them out again. They have fantastic calamari and their jalapeño burger is amazing. We were seated immediately which was great because it was later in the day and we wanted get in and out as quickly as possible. The waitress was very nice, she kept our drinks filled and checked on us frequently. My hubby and I both ordered the jalapeño burger, medium, with his to have no Mayo since he loathes the stuff. So my hubby waits and waits....and waits until finally his sandwich comes out again, and again is slathered in mayo. Once again, the waitress takes it and we wait another ten minutes for the third attempt which was over cooked like mine, but no mayo. After sitting in the restaurant for an hour and half, having so many issues and inconveniences, you would think the manager would have made a visit to apologize and possibly given my hubby his sandwich for free. The hosts were laughing and talking about how there wasn't anything they could do at that point for the wait time. I ordered for my son and I as soon as we sat and when they food came out I was sooooo disappointed. I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich and it literally looked like roast beef thrown on a bun and French fries. It was missing the slaw it came with and the sauce-- they also gave me about 2 oz of jus for the whole sandwich. The poor server was trying her best but it took her ten minutes to check on us and then she forgot the spread I asked for twice. After thirty minutes of sitting with a plain dry sandwich I asked for a box for my sons food and told her I didn't need anything for myself anymore to which she brought back the sauce for my sandwich 5 minutes later-- no box. I did speak to the manager and he did take the sandwich off for me which was great and they gave me a pazookie to go for my son. I'm no Karen, but this was the absolute worst restaurant service experience we've had in years, if not decades. WE had not been to the Tuttle Mall Area BJ's for a few years and we were in the area and we had good memories of it. First, after we were seated, we waited 20 minutes to get our initial drink order and somebody to say "hi" (only after an inquiry / complaint to the front). I then made the mistake of hitting the restroom. I don't believe it had been cleaned since last time we were there which was during Trump's first term in office. I've actually been in "port-a-potties' that smelled better, and I'm not kidding. Anyhow, I made it back to the table. Another 20 minutes before food order was taken by server. After that, another 30 minutes to actually get the food. There was something wrong with the chicken in my soup and the food was more cold than warm. Connecting the dots on the food temperature, it had obviously been sitting someplace for a bit. Also, I really mean that on the chicken, it didn't taste natural (it had a 'chemical' taste) and I hope I don't get sick. Another 20 minutes or so to get our order in for desert. We then waited for 30 minutes for our desert but we had things to do and left before we got our desert. As I type this, it may still be being made. Was it busy? no.... Did our server have a bunch of other tables? again, no.... he would just disappear for 20 or 30 minute increments, absolutely nowhere to be seen.... Anybody's guess on his destination.... There seemed to be alot of young'ish kids working there, smiling to each other, talking to each other, laughing with each other, having a great time (except for our server, he was just AWOL)... They definitely spent their energy on each other and not the folks attempting to get some food.... Anyhow, that's it for us.... Even though we left before our desert showed up, I still threw down enough cash to cover the check and an unavoidable tip because I wasn't gonna wait for change... Kind of felt robbed in a way, so they won't get my $$ again.... Don't go to this place on purpose, you've been warned.... BTW, if you have a kid looking for their first job, your kid hates to do actual work, your kid has zero work ethic, but your kid loves to stand around and laugh with other kids, send him or her to BJs at Tuttle to work. They'll absolutely love to work at this place, perfect for them.
