Even though the only available seating was at the sushi bar, the hostess didn't blink an eye--she immediately offered a high chair, and it fit perfectly right next to us (zero complaints from me!). Our waiter was incredibly friendly, walked us through the menu beautifully, and clued us in on the big differentiator for this location: their grill. Naturally, we had to test it out. We ordered the A5 Wagyu skewers, and oh my god, they literally melted in our mouths. As for the sushi, it came out fast, and the cuts were incredibly generous. The absolute star of the show was the toro--pure, buttery bliss that dissolved instantly. We also grabbed a sashimi sampler and a few other pieces; everything was flawlessly fresh. Even the side salad was on point and--bless them--not totally drenched in dressing. The only minor skip for me was the oysters, which weren't quite my favorite, but everything else easily made up for it.
