Price was good and food was delicious... until I found a bug on my egg drop soup. Don't get soup I thought I found a hidden gem but I guess not.

The orange "chicken" was all breading and the rice was straight mush. The chicken in the noodles was very rubbery. All had a terrible consistency. Do not recommend

I've been here 3 times since I discovered this gem 3 weeks ago & I just placed a pick up order for dinner tonight!! I have been getting the House Noodles every time and the 2nd item I've explored... loved everything. Sat down to eat once it was a great clean restaurant, great customer service & ambiance. As you can tell... I'll be back with more pictures later.. Lol

The fried chicken would have been amazing if it had more sauce.... There was no crab in the cream puffs super bland as well:/

The food is consistent, portions are generous, and prices are fair. Great local spot for teriyaki and sushi

Awful customer service. The place is dirty and staff does not care about customers. Can't recommend this place.

Love the fried rice, and the salmon roll is usually super fresh tasting. The miso soup is my favorite outside of what they serve in Osaka.

We'd already fallen in love with their Gilbert spot on a previous date night, but this time around? We had a baby in tow. Needless to say, we weren't entirely sure what to expect. Turns out, we had nothing to worry about. We were seated quickly and greeted so warmly. Even though the only available seating was at the sushi bar, the hostess didn't blink an eye--she immediately offered a high chair, and it fit perfectly right next to us (zero complaints from me!). Our waiter was incredibly friendly, walked us through the menu beautifully, and clued us in on the big differentiator for this location: their grill. Naturally, we had to test it out. We ordered the A5 Wagyu skewers, and oh my god, they literally melted in our mouths. As for the sushi, it came out fast, and the cuts were incredibly generous. The absolute star of the show was the toro--pure, buttery bliss that dissolved instantly. We also grabbed a sashimi sampler and a few other pieces; everything was flawlessly fresh. Even the side salad was on point and--bless them--not totally drenched in dressing. The only minor skip for me was the oysters, which weren't quite my favorite, but everything else easily made up for it. If you want top-tier, melt-in-your-mouth sushi and killer grill items, this spot is a must. We will absolutely be back!

They offer a sort of cook-it-yourself experience where you order up to two kinds of broths, and they bring them to you in a large pot that goes over your tabletop grill. You receive meats from your server, and have access to a self-serve bar of vegetables, noodles, seafood, and spices. Because it is so customizable you can really experiment with flavors and come up with some delightful combinations. I was a big fan of the brisket and octopus in the spicy broth, and my fiancée enjoyed the pork belly in the sweet broth. Both pots also complemented each other quite well! My favorite part of the ambiance was the privacy curtains. Because tables are all next to each other I imagine it would be easy to see what other diners are doing, but the curtains add a sense of privacy that made us feel like we were almost dining alone. Our service was also excellent. We had several people working in the restaurant come by during the meal to make sure we had all the broth, water, and meats that we wanted. Definitely try Jin Shabu! It is delicious and well worth the money spent!

Came in 7/31/26, and I got the Creamy Tonkotsu, which is limited edition until end of August. It was really good, with the creamy and fatty rich broth. I like the veggie they put on top of it as well. During lunch time there are 3 types of ramen you can get for $18/bowl, which comes with the crispy rice tuna appetizer. The crispy rice tuna was delicious. The tuna tasted fresh and I like the texture of the chewy crispy rice. Also tried Jinya chicken ramen: the chicken broth was delicious. I tried the Tonkotsu red. It's nice that you get to choose the spicy level from 1 to 10. I got a medium maybe a 5 or 6, which was perfect. I love all the eggs in ramen that it's soft boiled and gooey on the inside and has a light flavor on the outside. Overall Jinya is definitely a staple whenever I crave ramen!

Sushilicious platter with 16 pieces - 4 California rolls, 4 dynamite rolls, 4 volcano rolls and 4 tiger rolls. Chicken teriyaki - The chicken tasted alright. The mushroom was fine. The cabbage had a strange flavor. The thin carrot slices were fine. The rice was mushy, possibly overcooked. The shrimp tempura was nicely crispy, typical of shrimp tempura. The gyoza dumplings were also nicely crispy. The dipping sauce for the shrimp tempura was bland. The dipping sauce for the gyoza dumplings had more flavor. More salty and had sesame seeds floating on top. It came on a plastic container. Atmosphere - No strange or strong odors or smells. No music playing when I visited. I liked that. I prefer no music over loud music. I don't like loud music. It's hard to hear with loud music. I did not visit the restroom. A little cold inside. I have been to some places where it's been hot. Looking at the menu for some reason I had a feeling ramen was not going to fill me up so I decided to order appetizer. It's not really just squid legs had other parts of squid which I didn't mind. It tasted pretty good with slight crisp to it.. Batter had some seasoning which made it tastier. Then my ramen came.. Looked pretty good but portion looked small. But then again for costing $14 can't complain. Broth was nice and hearty and I couldn't quite figure out the flavor. Then I read the description and it said sesame.. Then it made little more sense of the flavor. I definitely would not call it spicy. Ramen noodle was nice and chewy just the way I like it..
