I now have to drive from SE Vancouver but it's worth it and even waiting in the drive thru line during this pandemic doesn't stop me. Nips has a great burger!! They also have GF buns which I appreciate! No where has that! Especially fast food. They have amazing grilled chicken salads! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's always a long wait, only high schoolers or really young people work there, so unfortunately I haven't had the best customer service. However for a real burger that doesn't taste like fast food it's a good place if you're willing to wait! read more

Being generous wit a 3 * rating. While the burgers were 'passable', our 'extra crispy' fries were serve moderately warm. Not piping hot as one would expect from them having been cooked longer. I let the 'high school sophomore-looking' manager didn't apologize, offer to make another order, give a Perrault refund or anything. In the future, I will exercise my privilege of making another choice. Chances are very good that it will be a much better choice. read more

Got the house specialty, Nipps burger. It was hot and juicy, cooked to perfection with grilled onions, tasty sauce, nice soft bun and fresh toppings. Fries were good too, well seasoned and crispy on the outside. Great for lunch if you're in the area. read more

Better then In-N-Out by a long shot. There is always a line at Nipps but it seems to go by pretty quick. The food is phenomenal for fast food. If you are ever in Longview and have never had Nipps you need to go now! My favorite thing from here is there Peanut Butter and Jelly Milkshakes! Oh my goodness they are to die for! Today was my first time in Nipps Burgers in Longview Washington. I asked what meat was in a corn dog and the cashier Alyssa answered a hot dog. I said that's a sarcastic answer and then asked again what kind of meat is in the corn dog? She said I don't know! I said well you better do ask what meat is in the corn dog. She walked away and went around the corn with a " I don't understand" look on her face and then came back and said beef! If she is going to work the front end she needs to know the menu and what items have beef and which doesn't. Foster Farms makes chicken corn dogs. Some people are allergic to some meats and she needs to be better prepared to answer questions and she should NEVER say "I don't know" horrible service! Good food but a dumb I knowledgeable person. Whoa! Looking for some non-chain burgers while on the road home from Seattle. Found strong reviews for Nipps and decided to give them a try. Clear, simple menu. Long drive through line moved quickly. We had a double cheeseburger, chicken strips, fries and a chocolate milkshake. It was all, hands down, the best we've had in a long time! Fried were crisp, tastily seasoned, and not greasy at all. Burger was hot and fresh, with great hearty grill flavor. And the chicken strips were moist, tasty white meat with a very light and tasty crispy coating. And the shake... omg. Thick but not heavy, it had a bright vanilla backing to a fudgy chocolate that was good to the last drop that two 45 year olds fought over! Staff was friendly, organized and fast but not rushed. We thought we would try Nipp's in Longview since they seemed popular by the consistently long drive thru line. We both ordered bacon cheeseburgers then added an order of onion rings and fries. The onion rings and fries were pretty decent. The burgers on the other hand were absolutely DISGUSTING! I about vomited when I took a bite. I had to spit it out. It was soggy and mushy. Stopped by again after Squirrel Fest and still love their burgers! Great food for the price. I don't love the fries but they're solid and also very affordable. And today they had to deal with a very rude and obnoxious customer for a long time and the employees, especially the young blonde girl with the pony tail who was handling the register, responded with kindness and grace. This was around 11:30am today so whoever she was, good job! The other regular customers were also laughing at the absurd person who loudly complained the whole 30 minutes she was sitting there. What a delightful surprise to find this blast from the past family owned drive through diner. We had the 2 piece Cod special fish & chips. The food was hot, delicious & fresh, and appropriately portioned. The Cole slaw seemed homemade and was lovely and bright. This is a hard one because the food is soooo good. The wait is long but that's because of COVID right now. What I can't blame covid for is that it's always a bunch of kids that don't give a hoot that work there. The customer service is not good and my order is messed up 50% of the time. If you can deal with that and just want some good food go for it. read more

Great food, and they're usually busy so it's piping hot and fresh off the grill. Customer service with the young folks that work there has slipped since it opened, but I still visit from time to time. Try the Josh special for the cheap route, or the nipp burger / banner special for the flavor. Great stuff! read more

For years, my grandma has sworn that Nipps is the best burger joint in town. Now, Longview isn't a large city, so that's not a super difficult thing to do. However, I have been there many times and tried many different things. My opinion is that it's not worth the wait. Wait times to order are incredibly long. When the food comes out, it's just okay. Kinda run of the mill burgers. I'm not floored by how amazing they are. They do have shakes and fries and fried fish and such, but there are better places. read more

Fantastic! We're visiting from out of town and we're looking for someplace inexpensive but good to eat. Based on reviews and prices, we decided to try Nipps out. Great choice! Hubby got 3-pc cod, I got the shrimp basket. They and the fries were crispy, not soggy, and flavorful. Great sauces as well. This was the worst ever experience at one of my favorite places. It started with the girl coming over the order speaker with a heavy sigh before she even asked for my order, which I could have over looked since I was ordering at 8:50 and they close at 9. I ordered chicken strip basket and it looked awful. They clearly just gave me whatever fries that were left because it was a mixture of the seasoned and curly fries and they were cold. The 4 chicken strips were the size of their chicken nuggets that you get 6 for about $6 and I paid almost $9 for. I come though occasionally at this time because I work for a clinic until late on Thursdays...so disappointed with service tonight. read more
