Reviews were so good that I had to stop on my way through town. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and seasoned fries. I was somewhat disappointed. It's filling and it's fine, but I found myself wishing I had just gone to Carl's Jr next door. First, the fries were hot and crispy, but I didn't taste salt, let alone seasoning. I got the fry sauce, which was good, but one wasn't enough. Second, the burger was absolutely tasteless. The bun was a little hard, like it was toasted and got cold, and it was god-awful American cheese, not cheddar. Good tomatoes and lettuce. So this place just tells you a number and you stand inside and wait. I ordered a kids meal and waited for a little while because they were a little busy. They yelled out a number and a guy walked up grabbed the food and went out the door! Guess what that was my order. I asked what they did with my food and I said I think they gave it to the wrong person, they then told me it's not their fault. So I had to sit and wait as one person after another that ordered after me walked out with their order. Upon getting my remade burger they tried to not give me my fries with it! On our way home to Vancouver, WA we wanted to find some good fish & chips. We looked at the top 10 places in Longview and found Nipps Drive-through. It took us a bit to find it due to all the construction going on, but found it. There was already a long line of cars , but it moved right along. OMG, my wife had the 3 PCs Cod fish n chips and I ordered the jumbo shrimp basket. Both meals were delicious. The Batter was just right and crispy , but the double fried fries were equally wonderful. This was our first visit, but not our last. Now we have a go to place if we get near Longview. You can't beat their prices, generous portions and service. read more

We are camping at the Silver Cove RV Park and I pre-cooked all of our meals to make things really easy. Husband decides to show me a photo of an In n Out Burger and now I want a burger. We drove twenty minutes to Longview for a Nipps Burger and fries. The burgers were fantastic, hot, juicy and fresh. The fries, however, were lukewarm at best and tasted bad. I'm not a huge fan of the frozen seasoned fries anyway so these were disappointing. If and when we revisit this really nice area, we would just order a couple of double burgers with grilled onions and call it a day. read more

I don't have anything to complain about this place. I don't live near the restaurant so I haven't heard of the place. It had great reviews so I checked it out and it was fantastic! My wife is really picky about her burgers and they got it right, plus she enjoyed the actual burgers too (sounds dumb but she's PICKY) and the fries were great! Nipps is by far my families favorite place in Longview/Kelso area to get burgers...and their shakes are to die for! Sooo many flavors!!! Best food hands down...BUT...none of that compares to the employees and how they treat people!!! FANTASTIC customer service!!! I always have to "fix" at least 3-4 things when I'm ordering...darn kids...lol but they never get impatient they just listen and get it done really fast considering how many people are always there...I hate that 5 stars is as high as I can go...this place truly is the best!!! The burgers and fries were FANTASTIC. My wife and I both got the Nipps Burger. We roll the low carb life so we don't usually do the bun or the fries. But after sampling our kids fries, we decided we would cheat and eat ours. And the buns looked freshly made so we caved and ate the burger with the bun and we do not regret cheating. It's been a few month since I went to Nipps and I miss it so. The burgers leave a taste in your mouth and not any other burger will compare afterwords. The patty grilled with caramelized onions into it. When you bit into the burger you first hit the onions, then the crust of the patty then the juiciness of the beef. You won't need any condiments, just the pure beef flavor is enough. The onions were bomb too. Fresh and when you bit into it, the onions didn't pull away. The milkshake was thick and delicious. I live in Vancouver Washington and it takes about a hour to get here. But if your driving to Seattle and need a pit stop, I would come here over anything else. As I am writing this I am tasting the amaziness all over again. I wish there was one near Vancouver, but then that would be bad because I would literally go there every week. Once again a huge thanks to my Yelp posse for steering me right! We went to county line park to do some salmon fishing and got hungry, hamburger hungry! Fired up Yelp and sure enough, nipps popped right up. The reviews were great, and pics looked even better! So, we went and ordered a round of banner specials, what a deal! $7 for a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a shake? Thats cheaper than bk! Oh man the burger was so good....awesome bacon, good amount of salad on it....but the best part? The sauce on it!! I despise a dry burger, and nipps ain't dry! Soooo tasty. I never thought I would find a burg that could compete with my FAVORITE burger place that's way over in wenatchee..... But nipps is even better! The fries are good too, seasoned fries. Also there is a Fry sauce pump in the lobby, get all you want, delicious. The shakes are killer, so far raspberry is my fave. Next time in longview, go to nipps! Okay when I originally saw the name of this place show up on my credit card bill - I thought my hubby was going to a bikini barista. He swore up and down that Nipp's had the best burgers and shakes around town. While traveling North I was able to confirm what my hubby said about this place having the best burgers and shakes. When we arrived there was a line back to the entrance. We got the burger special that included a bacon cheeseburger, large fries, and shake all for $7.00. I was skeptical until I tried the food. Not only was it a great value but it was fabulous!! The burger was juicy and all of the toppings were well distributed for a perfect bite every time. The pumpkin milkshake was absolutely delicious and covered in real whipped cream. I can't wait for the next time I travel North to stop at Nipp's!!! I can't believe this place has good reviews. Remember people the good reviews are only because the locals have very little options and of course any burger is gimme be GREAT!! Lol Frozen fries, frozen patties just frozen everything and recooked. It's all crap. This place is actually a joke and it's run by children who are trying their best but let's face it they don't have a clue about good food. 12 bucks or so for two prefrozen fried halibuts sitting on a bed of wonderful frozen soggy fries French fries. I was super excited to try this after reading the reviews. I rely heavily on reviews when I'm in an area that I do not call home. This was so bad I had to throw it away and buy something somewhere else. Maybe it was an off day. I was so hungry when I got there I would've eaten about anything. Nope! The fries were excellent. I'll give them that. But the burger was so soaked in grease that the bun was wet. Not in a good dirty-diner kind of way but just gross. The line was insane and it was a 20min wait to order so there was no way things were just sitting around. There was major turnover but the freshness was forgettable due to the inedible food. With this day and age it definitely is nothing what it used to be. The food makes people sick and many people have allergies. GMO products used in everything do not contribute to a healthy way of life thanks to the USDA. I have a serious request for this business. Could there be options for gluten-free burger buns/products.
