Great food, and they're usually busy so it's piping hot and fresh off the grill. Customer service with the young folks that work there has slipped since it opened, but I still visit from time to time. Try the Josh special for the cheap route, or the nipp burger / banner special for the flavor. Great stuff! read more

This was the worst ever experience at one of my favorite places. It started with the girl coming over the order speaker with a heavy sigh before she even asked for my order, which I could have over looked since I was ordering at 8:50 and they close at 9. I ordered chicken strip basket and it looked awful. They clearly just gave me whatever fries that were left because it was a mixture of the seasoned and curly fries and they were cold. The 4 chicken strips were the size of their chicken nuggets that you get 6 for about $6 and I paid almost $9 for. I come though occasionally at this time because I work for a clinic until late on Thursdays...so disappointed with service tonight. read more

I heard a lot of hype about this place so I had to give it a go. I can only compare it to an average food joint. My burger and fries were very bland. No taste to them whatsoever. This place is pretty good! I really like the little burger and prefer the crinkle cut fries over the seasoned fries! Shakes aren't good unfortunately. Tried a couple of flavors and doesn't taste like real ice cream. So that could use some improvement! But overall, the burger is really good, so I'll be back!! read more

I do enjoy going to Nipps, and usually do so once every month or two. and I honestly would/do recommend them. Pros: -Tasty burgers -Chicken strips are best in town. -Locally owned -Good house sauce! Cons: -Food temperature is never predictable. It seems I have been loosing out on the hot fry lottery more and more. -Sometimes the wait can be rather long. This place has alot of hype but really to me its ok.. its a soft tasting burger and usually fresh but when they get backed up which unfortunately is daily the stuff comes out cold and less than tasty.. Fantastic independent burger place, classic Americana. Went with my wife (pescatarian) & my folks, with my Dad being coeliac, whilst driving from the Oregon coast to the mountains, but this place had a banging vege pattie & gluten free buns, so all good. Service was friendly, fast & done with a smile, whilst the burgers, fries & onion rings were all excellent. My folks both had grilled chicken, I had a 1/4 pounder with cheese & my wife the Garden patty with grilled onions & cheese. Refillable drinks, amazing fry sauce & a decent space all added to the experience. Would happily come back if in the area & heartily recommend to others to give it a go. Great spot. read more

So I love nipps more than any place but I was taken aback when I went to pick up my food and only one person working inside was wearing a mask...I almost got sick just thinking about it . Great little burger shake! Cute for a quick stop with the family before we hit the park across the street. Service was quick and cheap Definitely only recommend eating the burger and fries here and nothing else. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Once I opened my sandwich it was two very flattened pieces of hamburger buns with warm mayonnaise on each side and TWO CHICKEN FINGERS ON IT! If I would have know that my chicken patty was just two chicken fingers slapped on a bun I would have saved the money and effort and just ordered the chicken fingers . Overall not a bad hole in the wall place . Just highly recommend only ordering the burgers and fries. read more

This was a tough review. We were passing through the area. We heard great things about it. We had burgers and shakes. The burgers were simple and tasted fine, but not great. Shakes were likewise fine not great. We waited more than 25 minutes in the Drive-Through to get our food and I suppose it was a bit anticlimactic. I wanted to really like it. With the other fast food places in the area I probably would not go there again for the mix of product quality, price and time to wait. read more

Decent burgers and milkshakes. By far my favorite item on the menu, is the onion rings. They are the best I've ever had! Great prices to boot! We can both eat for around $20.00 or less. This was a very cool diner style burger joint! The great burger and great fries. Their "secret sauce" was delicious too! I wasn't much of a fan of the vanilla or chocolate milkshake. Both tasted as if they were made with powder instead of the real ingredients. Fast service though and cool atmosphere with good food and GREAT prices. read more

Road warrior passing through down I5. Definitely worth a stop for excellent local fast food. I had the combo Halibut sandwich. Fish was breaded with panko crumbs, perfectly fried, fresh with very fresh shredded iceburg and exvellent tartar sauce. Only thing less than perfect was the portion was smaller than the bun. (I did notice that woman next to me had fish and chips platter and portion there was good.) Fries are lightly battered/ seasoned and again perfectly fried. Was there mid afternoon and they were busy, lots of locals. They have a Five Guys across the street and CarlsJr next door, and most customers were ordering burgers so you know the burgers have to be great too. Only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the bathroom (outside entrance around the back) was like a bad gas station one. Glad that was after I ate or I might have left for somewhere else. read more

Went to Nipp's today with a coupon for a fish sandwich meal. I paid almost $11. When I asked why I didn't get the coupon price, they stated that they raised their prices. Pretty sure this is false advertising and the casheir never told me the coupon was no good even though it was far from expired. Pretty crappy customer service. read more
