My husband and I visited Nikitta for their Bite30 promotion and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The restaurant has a beautiful, modern aesthetic with an Asian-inspired flair. We ordered the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice and Belly Baos for our appetizers, Beef Lomo Saltado and Kobuta Ribs for our entrees, and Pistachio Tres Leches and Nikkei Tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious, although the portion size of the ribs was a bit on the smaller size. Our only complaints were that my husband has a nut allergy and couldn't eat either dessert on the Bite30 menu, and the restaurant wasn't able to accommodate his allergy or offer an alternative dessert. We also weren't made aware of the automatic 20% service charge applied to the bill and accidentally tipped an additional 18% on top of it which felt a little scammy. Despite those issues, we genuinely enjoyed our meal, loved the atmosphere, and thought the food was excellent. We definitely recommend Nikitta for a fun date night or special occasion! read more

Review on Nikkita Orlando... First, if you're participating in Bite30 but don't offer the menu every day, that should be clearly advertised. There were quite a few people coming in expecting it to be available. Second, during happy hour, the pricing should ring up correctly. Customers shouldn't have to point out pricing errors. I was also expecting a larger, more lively atmosphere based on what I had seen on social media. The actual space felt much smaller than I anticipated. As for the food, it was unfortunately very salty. The drinks were okay overall, but the Lychee Martini wasn't great... IYKYK. Dessert, however, was delicious and easily the best part of the meal. Overall, there are a few operational issues that need attention. With clearer communication and more consistency, the experience would be much better. read more

We dined in and things were off from the start. I am rating this restaurant a 2 out of 5 because the manager and hostess were absolutely unbelievably rude to me in particular theybdidnt have anything to say to my husband which wasnt even a surprise. We came here to try some authentic Peruvian food and was met with congested parking which made it impossible to even enter the parking lot to this restaurant. Despite calling ahead and advising them I was in the parking lot and traffic was at a stand still due to there being a ton of businesses in one centralized space (A Charley's Steakhouse, Orlando Eye and Icon, I drive traffic, hotel traffic etc) the manager and hostess still gave my table away because I arrived 17 minutes late. Despite them acknowledging that traffic was at a stand still due to the way that whole area (and the valet for Charley's Steakhouse) was set up. They tried to give us a lesser seat almost like they thought it would be a punishment, but we were fine with it because the restaurant is extremely loud and rambunctious like a night club (its very over the top). Our waitress was fun, she had a great attitude and had great suggestions and was helpful and SMILED. The manager and hostess literally glared at me as soon as we entered the restaurant and it was giving...we don't want you in HERE. Pretentious for absolutely no reason. To top that off after we did have a nice dinner when a secondary waiter came to take my plate he looked at it and he said to our waitress, "that's all she ordered?!" with an attitude. He was unaware I could hear him Despite it being loud in there. So, on a special occasion they gave away my table le, they gave me attitude upon entering the establishment, they stuck me in a back area and I got shamed for not ordering enough food. Bear in mind, I ordered a large starter dish as my meal; the ceviche trio. To make matters worse, when another group came in to be seated and we were literally about to get up to leave they look at us disgusted and say, what...what is this? And the manager runs up and says "they were just a situation we had to deal with and they are about to leave. SO NOW WE AREN'T EVEN CUSTOMERS WE ARE A SITUATION. ONLY THE FOOD AND SERVICE OF THE WAITRESS SAVED YOU FROM 1 STAR. Not only were some of the staff insanely rude and hating, but you all were unprofessional! I would not ever recommend this restaurant. Despite the food being decent, you shouldn't and don't have the right to try to treat people like they are less than or not good enough to eat in your establishment based on their looks, sex, race etc. Paying customers are customers. As for my opions on the restaurant: Its located in a strip mall. They have their own complimentary parking, but you have to fight a steady stream of traffic from International Drive and the street parallel to it which can take upwards of 15 to 20 minutes depending on the time of day and where you entered. The food was great. I had the ceviche sampler. I love Peruvian food and I have been to Central and South Americamany times so I knew exactly what I wanted -even if that waiter did not think I ordered "enough". It was a lot of food for about 28.00, more than enough for one person as an entree. The fish dish (entree) was the stand out for my husband and the ceviche for me. There was a special menu for that night and it was never even offered to us as well. Our waitress was the stand out. Everyone else was extremely problematic. And it was a special occasion. Japanese and Peruvian fusion?! Yes, please! This place was so fun! From the decorations to lighting to the menu, everything was unique and the food was delicious! Everything came out quickly as well. Our waiter was super nice and attentive. You get to keep the bracelet that wraps around napkins at your table which I thought was so cool. Just remember to bring some cash to tip your valet person. I would first like to say thank you to Juan for such EXCELLENT service. He gave be great suggestions and was spot on with food. I was there to try the bite30 menu as it was my first time and I thought this would be a great way to explore. I had the crispy rice, lomo saltado, and pistachio Tres leches cake. EVERYTHING was literally 10/10 starts. The crispy rice had great flavor everything was balanced. The beef with the saltado was cooked to medium perfection. The steak was flavorful and juice, the onions cooked excellent (and as someone with Caribbean descent) the rice was perfect and piping HOT. The tres leches cake had true pistachio flavor there was the soft/moist of the cake with crunch of the nuts. I can't wait to visit the establishment again!! read more

Like, why say "yellow pepper" if no spice! Maybe if I asked the server she would have told me otherwise but when I make ceviche with ají Amarillo it's meant to be spicy! Flavor wise, it was fresh, and you get a good amount of fish to sauce ratio. My main was the Inca Wok Rice. I give it a 90% there was just something missing... I enjoyed this place! I liked the attention to detail and the bracelet they gave you as you sat down! came with a friend thinking that this was part of the Bite30 menu and made a res only for us to see on the confirmation text that this was available only Sunday-Thursday. However since we did not want to get charged the $25/pp cancellation fee we decided to still go. I was glad that they had complimentary valet so we did not have to look for parking. We started off with a lychee martini and a watermelon mocktail which were both delicious. The ambiance was super cute and def a place that you could come for a bday or celebration. We had ordered a few appetizers such as the spicy tuna crispy rice, the ostras chalacas, and tuna kobachi. All of these were great no notes! For entrees we ordered the nikitta volcano and the lomo saltado which were also yummy options. The sushi and lomo saltado were also great! However I was a little disappointed with the desserts. We got both the pistachio tres leches and the tiramisu but I didn't not like the tiramisu because the cookie brownie was so hard we had to force our spoon to break it and the marscapone cream was just giving whipped cream. I liked the pistachio tres leches but wish there was another dessert like a flan or something with Japanese influence to tie back into the Japanese fusion of the restaurant. I really enjoyed the ambiance and liked that they did celebration shots which was fun, and the cute photo ops. Nikitta on I-Drive has a nice vibe and solid food, but the service experience left something to be desired. We started strong with bao buns and sticky rice as appetizers, and both were excellent. The sticky rice especially is worth ordering, I'd recommend it to anyone. The main issue came during service. Our server only appeared to bring dishes, never checking in on us or refilling our waters. The entrees came out in reasonable time, but waiting for water or fresh napkins definitely created a frustrating experience. For entrees, I ordered the beef stir fry and it was good, though the execution had room for improvement. The dish was beef with onions and tomatoes, but there were so many onions it overshadowed the beef. If they'd dialed back the onions and added zucchini like other hibachi restaurants do, it would've been perfect. Even with that issue, I still enjoyed the meal overall. We were visiting during Bite30, so dessert was preset. Both options contained tree nuts, which I can't have. When I asked the server if they could modify the desserts without nuts or suggest an alternative, they said no. I understand the menu is fixed, but the inability to accommodate even a simple request like a scoop of ice cream for someone with an allergy was surprising. If you love the nightlife, club experience with your meal, this place may be for you. However, for me personally, I was way too overwhelmed with the strobing lights, loud music, and overstimulating ambiance. A few friends and I wanted to try this place out during magical dining and to celebrate a couple of the girls' birthdays. Since the Icon park garage is near the place, there was plenty of parking between the garage and surface lot right in front of the restaurant. When we entered, there was a live DJ which was cool, but we could already tell that it was going to be difficult for us to talk during our dinner. When our table was ready our server was really great at introducing us to what they had to offer and gave us recommendations. It took a bit longer than expected for our food to arrive. The food was good, but I think I expected a bit more richness in flavor with my dish. There were also dancing performers that came out to performed for a few minutes every hour. They were very talented, but I kept getting distracted by the overwhelming strobing lights around the restaurant. Toward the end of our night, we were approached by our server about the names of our friends who we were celebrating birthdays for. We were excited to see that they had brought out a marquee sign with their names along with our desserts. What we were not excited about, was that we had no warning that it was an additional cost on our bill for them to do that for us. The ambiance is great--it definitely has that "nice date night" aesthetic--but the experience didn't quite match the atmosphere. I ordered the seafood paella; the flavor was decent, but the seafood itself was noticeably overcooked. Decided to try Nikitta for its showcase of Nikkei cuisine. We went based on the social media marketing it seemed like a modern classy restaurant. Ambiance: can be described as club like vibes, modern. With a live DJ. It reminds me of STK. Food: we tried the cooked octopus appetizer, ribeye, and duck. The octopus appetizer was absolutely delicious! Due to the nature of it being slow cooked then grilled, it was borderline on the tougher side, but seasoned well. The ribeye dish was average, nothing spectacular but nothing terrible. Thin, but wide. The mashed potatoes with truffle was banging!!! The duck was cooked perfectly to a medium rare. The dish comes with a lot of rice. Drink: we got the Nikitta drink- nothing too special, I would say this is a pretty much a lychee sakitini. The server informed me this was one of their more balanced drinks, but definitely on the sweeter side. What was interesting was we were never offered tap water, only still and sparkling. I assumed it was the filtered water that some restaurants do and put carbonation in it. However it was bottled only. For those reading, I'd advise you to intentionally ask if you are looking for tap water since it was not offered. I did notice all tables around also had bottled water and none tap. This leads me to think servers are trained to ask customers still or bottled water and specifically leave out offering tap. We went through 3 small bottles and found out they were 6$ each. Service: our server was friendly and wonderful and checked on up frequently. Food came out relatively fast. There is an automatic 20% service charge added to your bill, with the option to add additional gratuity at the end when you are paying. Newly opened @nikittaorlando is a Japanese & Peruvian fusion restaurant the idrive area needed! We came here on a weekday but it's worth mentioning that they have live dancers and a DJ on weekends! To start with, we had the Nikkita Volcano Roll which was deep fried and contains an amazing mix of scallops and baked krab..as you can tell in the reactions we all APPROVE this roll! They ordered the Waygu sliders which was perfect to share 3 between the group and it was perfectly cooked. The pork belly in the bao buns were super crispy and a savory bite with the pillowy bread. We had to try the Paella with mixed seafood which was presented beautifully and well made. The paella was thick yet not too gooey and it came with a generous amount of protein in this dish. Our all time favorite entree was the Yami Udon with shrimp (or your choice of protein) and it was so delicious. The kimchi truffle sauce in this dish is so good we found ourselves dipping the seafood from the paella into it. My cousin tried the Lychee Martini and enjoyed the flavor. We loved the vibe here and truly enjoyed catching up with family over unique and creative food! The server was attentive and good at recommending her favorites to us. There's so many picture opportunities around this restaurant and multiple mirrors for selfies, it would be perfect to celebrate an occasion. I went on a Wednesday and opted out of Magical Dining to try out their Wednesday special, Taste of Nikitta. This menu is very similar to Magical Dining but it includes a cocktail for just $45. Our server gave great suggestions and was very attentive. I believe going on a weekday made parking and our service a breeze because it wasn't too packed. this place is a scam. food was mid except for the A5 japanese wagyu. wagyu was a negative point for me. for appetizer we got a bunch of things from the happy menu and the truffle fries were pretty good. for main course i got the wagyu and it was disappointing given there were only 4 pieces for $90 and each piece had way too much sea salt. usually when i get wagyu it's lightly seasoned so you can taste the quality of the meat. this one pretty much all you can taste is the salt. no, ts not wagyu, like serving leftover meat. when we told the waiter about the saltiness of the meat, he said it was supposed to be like that. i'm not sure, ive had wagyu in japan and it was not like that. there was no mitigating action to make our experience better. the service and the design of the entire restaurant was alright, however we were a party of 4 and they added a service charge that was hidden when we were making the payment. we didn't see it and added tip in addition to that. there was no note for the added service charge, waiter didn't say anything. terrible. dishonest. unlawful. $40 service charge for a little torch on the wagyu and dry ice? and the fact that it was hidden with tip on top. pretty ridiculous. although the waiter was nice, they are not honest with their operations. also they said they're like a japanese fusion but there was nothing japanese about it, more like cultural appropriation. i probably would get a better meal at outback steakhouse. read more

Walking into the beautiful entrance and decor this restaurant really lived up to the name of an experience. The bar and sushi bar were set up nicely and perfectly decorated to match the vibe of the restaurant. Our service was great, attentive and the food arrived quickly. Visited Nikitta for the $39 three course meal and it was amazing, the ambiance was very vibrant and energetic, the service was a 10/10 the food was absolutely delicious, tried the Lomo Saltado it was cooked to perfection the meat was nice and tender and the flavor very bold, I also tried the Ribs presentation 10/10 and it was very flavorful, the pistachio tree leche and the chocolate cake delicious! The cocktails were fantastic and well crafted. Overall I give Nikitta a 10/10. Perfect place for a fun night out! read more
