When doing the installation, I was concerned because he seemed pretty confused with what he was doing. And every time he got even a little bit frustrated, he would curse up a storm which I really didn't appreciate along with his constant gas that he trumpeted without the slightest bit of shame. Just an all around awful guy. Doesn't know what he's doing and I have to get my son to fix three of the blinds that have been put in back to front.
