They came well prepared, with samples of products, took all the measurements, and helped me pick out a variety of roller and zebra shades that matched well with my current decor that were affordable without trying to upsell me on anything fancy or excessive. In fact, they had to talk me out of more expensive options when I inquired about them! They even came back out a second time without hesitation because I had second thoughts about the initial choices and wanted to look at products. You pay a deposit of half the invoice amount for them to order the products, and the other half after they finish installation. Very fair and straightforward. It takes about 2-3 weeks after placing the order for the product shipment to arrive, and my installation was scheduled for a couple days after that. Incredibly quick turnaround. They do everything themselves, including the installation which went smoothly. I had a few motorized shades as part of my order, and they were setup with various groupings and presets and paired well with a remote. They are committed to coming back out in the future if anything needs to be adjusted or fixed, which is very assuring. They even took the time to help me with some lingering items around the house that I have neglected for a long time due to my inability to do it on my own, like changing some light bulbs in high hard to reach places, and moving large pieces of furniture up a flight of stairs! I called the main office and was told that the owner would call me or they would forward my complaints to corporate...the email address they gave me for corporate bounced back and the owner has yet to call me. I believe the company changed ownership sometime in late December/early January and that may explain the drastic change in customer service.
