This review is long overdue! We love our custom shutters thanks to Real Window Solutions. We were completely satisfied with our coverings AND the impeccable service we received from the walk through, to quotes, and another quote to the installation and follow through. We met with three different companies but felt more comfortable with Real Window Solutions. David brought a high level of care and quality to the table and he really takes good care of his customers. We never got pressured and always got great answers when we weren't sure about what to do for the rooms. Love supporting small family businesses. Love this company, its staff, and now I love my home even more!!! read more

This review is long overdue, but I had to take the time to share what a great experience I had! David, the owner from Real Window Solutions, was fantastic from start to finish--very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the perfect shutters for my home and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. George, the installer, and his assistant did an amazing job as well. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The installation was clean and precise, and they made sure everything looked perfect before leaving. The shutters came out absolutely beautiful--great quality, perfect fit, and they've completely transformed the look of my home. I couldn't be happier with the final result. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-notch shutters and exceptional service! Lastly, I contacted a lot of companies but there was the best price for my budget. read more

David came to our home, took accurate measurements and gave us multiple options for motorized shades for the 8 foot windows in our family room. We also chose UV protection film. The materials arrived 2 weeks early, Tom scheduled and performed the install and everything was perfect! Highly recommend!! read more

Excellent experience with David and Tom. Have an east facing storm door that just bakes. They installed some tint that has really helped. She showed me options and answered all my questions. Very happy and highly recommend! read more

David from Real Window Solutions was friendly and honest. Along with his estimate for blinds, he also sent me information about the brand he prefers to install because of their excellent warranty and customer service. My house's windows are all different sizes, so getting custom blinds was the only way to go. David lives in the neighborhood, and did a great job helping me get light blocking honeycomb blinds for my game room so we can use it as a movie viewing room no matter the time of day. The blinds same in within the time frame David quoted, and his price was reasonable. I plan to slowly replace all of the blinds in the house, and this is the company I will stick with to do it. read more

After replacing all of the windows throughout our home, we needed new window coverings. After receiving a few quotes from various sources, all wildly expensive, we found David at Real Window Solutions. Upon setting up an appointment with David, he came to our home, took all measurements, showed us various samples based on our input, and promptly provided a detailed estimate of three options we'd chosen...all affordable and deliverable within a fairly short time frame. David's installer came back before installation to verify measurements and ultimately installed our chosen coverings (top down/bottom up). They're high quality and exactly what we wanted and we could not be happier. read more

My review is a bit overdue. We had our new blinds installed in July of this year and we are totally agreed with the other reviews. We had all the blinds (around 20 windows and all were custom) in our house replaced by Real Window Solutions and we are HAPPY with our new blinds. The quality and warranty are Excellent. The prices are reasonable, especially if compared to other blinds companies in our area (North Austin) or even blinds.com. We were satisfied during the whole process even if I needed to work on our budget, and went back and forth about what kinds of material should we picked. David made an estimate for 3 kinds of material and types of blind, so we could make a decision under our budget. STRESS-FREE Process. David and Tom are professional, efficient, polite, and highly skilled. Tom could tell right away when he felt something went wrong. Importantly, both David and Tom were doing their best to commitment to customer satisfaction. Our Norman Blinds are absolutely beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Real Window Solutions. I don't think anyone can be disappointed with David and Tom. read more

After replacing the windows in our home, we decided to have shutters and blinds installed. We reached out to four companies for estimates. After receiving the estimates and researching each of the companies, we decided to go with Real Window Solutions. The owner, David, was great. He was responsive and provided solid recommendations. Once we signed the contract David and his team went to work. The blinds arrived first, followed by the shutters. We are completely satisfied with the products and the service provided. Dave from Real windows solutions, is someone who will provide a great product at a very reasonable price, only exceeded by his support and commitment to his clients. For example, he came over on a weekend to move two screens to other windows, at my request, and didn't charge me extra to do this. Now that's a testimony to his skills and dedication to his clients - and that's no bull! read more

Dave was the perfect solution to our window problem. He was prompt and supportive of our process. He was prepared and brought samples, and walked both my wife and I through options within our budget. David at Real Window Solutions provided plantation shutters for my entire 4000 sq ft home...the colors match perfectly and his pricing was competitive with even mail order shutter companies! I highly recommend him and his company, they did outstanding work! read more

David at Real Window Solutions was great to work with. He was quick to respond to e-mails, which was not the case for some of the other blind companies we quoted with. He was also very helpful. He listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions to help me get the look and feel I was going for. He also worked with us to get this in our budget, which was great. At first, a couple of windows were accidentally left off the quote, but David corrected the mistake and worked with us on pricing so we could do the whole house at once. We love the quality and look of the blinds. When they came to install the blinds, they were missing a few and one of the blinds was manufactured a touch too wide. They came back the next day to install the missing blinds, but the mismanufactured blind had not been fixed, so they had to come out a third time to get everything installed correctly. I appreciate them trying to get us what they could as soon as possible. Thankfully my husband works from home,. read more

CALL David at Real Window Solutions! We wanted the shutters and the ability to see out the whole window when opened. We got the white wood 4 inch shutters and they are hinged to open and close like a door, plus the shutters pivot up and down for partial view. The "CLEAR VIEW" Shades are Perfect for country living, privacy when needed and open wide when want to see the sunset and wildlife! David was helpful in helping make the decisions for what would work best and had lots of samples. He was on time, hard working, and we have called him back already for more estimates for more projects. KEEP READING!!! WINDOW 5 ft Tall by 7 ft wide! MY FAVORITE window in the whole house is the one where he helped me create a motorized window shade with my kids timeless photo printed on it...this I took when they were little! It is a timeless sepia-tone photo of our four boys that will never get old. With the push of a button it comes down and another push-IT goes up in the casing and out of sight. It is the hit of our new home. Everyone that comes over says...show us AGAIN! read more

David worked with us on budget and helped us come up with a solution to fit our needs. David is THE BEST to work with. He is very professional and you can expect quick responses from him. He has a wide variety of selections and will also work with you patiently until YOU get what you wanted. We had blinds installed in our house from him. We had to make multiple changes to our selections before we finalized one and David has been very patient answering all our questions and gave us the revised pricing every time we made a change. I have the blinds in my home for little more than a year now and am very satisfied with the quality and the service provided by David. I already recommended him to some of my friends and would highly recommend to more. read more

David at Real Window Solutions installed plantation shutters in my home of 3,000 square feet and did an excellent job. He brought samples of different window coverings we were interested in and worked with us to stay within our budget but still get what we were looking for. He has a quick response time for phone and email, and continued to send me more pictures of his work when I was trying to decide which shutter I wanted. I am very picky and detail oriented, and David did a great job of being patient and getting the work done to my satisfaction. He also followed up promptly when I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention. His prices beat 4 other bids I had obtained. Nice guy and does good work....hire him!! read more
