From ordering to install the process was seamless. He even had a record of the color match to a previous install with the manufacturer. We had the bottom front of the house done and some of the windows were 20ft high. Arched. I was skeptical but it was measured perfectly and installed expertly. Let me update the review since the owner replied. The owner canceled on us and did not want to meet in person because we were shopping around for the best price. The original reply was very different from the one posted now. He threatened to sue us in that response. I am not removing the review. Michael came into our initial meeting late after not checking the correct address. He came in rudely and was very pushy in having us make decisions. As never doing this before or making these choices it felt extremely rushed. He had an arrogance of seeming to be annoyed with me asking any questions or hesitating to make decisions. When we realized our shutters were installed incorrectly upstairs, we asked if they could come back to fix them. Instead of replying with kind and proper customer service after hesitantly giving them our business, he replied that they would only fix them for an even further fee and then continued on trying to insult my character and that I was too "scattered brained."
