After a year of temporary blinds and an Olympic-level search for the right company, I finally found…read moreBest Blinds--and thank goodness I did. Sarah and Tim arrived with the perfect balance of options: enough to feel curated, not enough to trigger decision fatigue. They respected my budget and guided me toward materials and styles that made sense for my home's "architecturally adventurous" windows. My roman shades turned out beautifully--subtle, sophisticated, and perfectly in harmony with my walls so my art can keep its spotlight. They understood the assignment. Beyond their talent, they're simply great humans: honest, precise, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I recommend Best Blinds wholeheartedly. Give them a try--you'll be thrilled you did.

Lovely husband and wife team. Tim and Sarah were the first company I contacted, and my interactions…read morewith them didn't make me feel the need to search further. Sarah handles most of the communication and she was extremely responsive and patient with all the questions I had. Scheduling an in-house consultation was easy and didn't cost a thing. They came well prepared, with samples of products, took all the measurements, and helped me pick out a variety of roller and zebra shades that matched well with my current decor that were affordable without trying to upsell me on anything fancy or excessive. In fact, they had to talk me out of more expensive options when I inquired about them! They even came back out a second time without hesitation because I had second thoughts about the initial choices and wanted to look at products. You pay a deposit of half the invoice amount for them to order the products, and the other half after they finish installation. Very fair and straightforward. It takes about 2-3 weeks after placing the order for the product shipment to arrive, and my installation was scheduled for a couple days after that. Incredibly quick turnaround. They do everything themselves, including the installation which went smoothly. I had a few motorized shades as part of my order, and they were setup with various groupings and presets and paired well with a remote. They are committed to coming back out in the future if anything needs to be adjusted or fixed, which is very assuring. They even took the time to help me with some lingering items around the house that I have neglected for a long time due to my inability to do it on my own, like changing some light bulbs in high hard to reach places, and moving large pieces of furniture up a flight of stairs! That is something they 100% did not have to do and not part of their job description, but that's simply how sweet and accommodating they are. If you would like to support a small local business, they truly deserve your consideration.

We appreciate her genuine care for us as her clients. Since then, we have had her come back a few times to change out a few rooms as our lives have changed. Fast forward to 2026, we were now having to have our windows replaced (all of them) and Cherie saved the day as we were told we had to remove all the blinds/shutters in the house prior to windows being installed. Cherie coordinated with her installer Gary to come out and remove them all, then the next week after installation of the windows, he came back to put everything in it's place. Thank you Cherie and Blind Outfitters for an excellent product, and excellent customer service.

Can't support them, sorry. We needed ONE BLIND for the Livingroom. My quote from Austin ShadeWorks totaled $1,136, which included Blind: $715, Shipping: $40, Install: $295. $295 to install ONE BLIND? 12 screws? That is $25/screw. Went to Lowes, requested a quote for EXACT same blind - same size, same texture, same features. Only difference is they quoted using Levolor, a top name brand. Total cost: $324, which included Blind, free shipping and 10% military discount. If I wanted them to "measure and install," it would have been only $18, or $1.50/screw. One Blind: $1,136 vs. $324 (without installation) = difference of $812. I will install he Lowes Blind myself - in 10 minutes.
