We researched numerous Austin window designers on Yelp, BBB, and "Best of Austin" sites, etc., and decided to reach out to DECO Window Fashions after reading rave reviews and testimonials by previous customers. DECO owner, James Covian, responded quickly to our email inquiry and arranged an in-store meeting with one of their "best design consultants, Denise McIntyre." Denise was wonderful - she understood exactly what we hoped to achieve, made specific Hunter Douglas model recommendations, and visited our home to display specific design samples from which we made our selection. She completed measurements, customizing the shutter designs to accommodate specific nuances of furniture and room layout, and wrote up an estimate that included special discounts. The whole sales and order process couldn't have been any easier or more satisfying!!! We're looking forward to our installation and updating our Yelp review in the very near future - thanks greatly James AND Denise - DECO rocks!!!
