And every time he got even a little bit frustrated, he would curse up a storm which I really didn't appreciate along with his constant gas that he trumpeted without the slightest bit of shame. Just an all around awful guy. Doesn't know what he's doing and I have to get my son to fix three of the blinds that have been put in back to front. DECO owner, James Covian, responded quickly to our email inquiry and arranged an in-store meeting with one of their "best design consultants, Denise McIntyre." Denise was wonderful - she understood exactly what we hoped to achieve, made specific Hunter Douglas model recommendations, and visited our home to display specific design samples from which we made our selection. She completed measurements, customizing the shutter designs to accommodate specific nuances of furniture and room layout, and wrote up an estimate that included special discounts.
