Kennie offered to remove a pine tree at a price and I agreed but later on, he did a sloppy job of planting the replacement and blamed me for not paying him enough money for the job. I also had to remind him to pick up the loose branches and left lunch box garbage on the property. They also broke a garden lamp and few sprinkers in the process. read more

We used their service to trim some trees and remove a small tree. Kenny came to the job, trimmed the trees and removed the small tree, but he left the tree stump and promised to come back to remove it. We trusted him and paid him the full amount. Then he just disappeared. We called him numerous times, he picked up the phone the first couple of times and said he would come tomorrow to finish the job, but he never showed up. Now he stopped picking up our calls and doesn't return our messages. I just noticed a similar case in the review that they never went back to remove the stump of the tree that they're removed, and doesn't return phone calls. Avoid his service. read more

So, looking for someone to take care of a broken tree that part of it fell onto the PG&E service line to my house. New Horizon did a great job and was the one that quickly got back to me, came out and looked over the tree, gave a quote, and came out when he said he would. I wasn't there for the whole job, but we consulted on the tree that morning, and what trimming would look good and be safe going forward. I let him and his small team do the rest. I was very happy with their service. They were on time and did an excellent job pruning 5 of our trees plus removing the dead bamboo. They covered our pond and cleaned up all the trimmings. I asked my neighbor if they made a mess in their yard because some of the trees were hanging over the fence and they said no not at all. Trimmed 4 palms and removed 1 palm tree recently ( all of the trees are about 3 stories tall). They did a very good job In trimming and checking with us to make sure that they trim enough and not over trim them. The trimmer stayed up on the first tree trimmed until I confirmed that was how much I wanted them trimmed. The other trees were trimmed the same as the first tree as the template of my desire.
