This Nespresso shop is always fun to come into and see what they have. They are always so welcoming and offer coffee as well as you wait to place your order. They have so many colorful travel cups and ice coffee cups as well. I'm always tempted to leave with something new. Today I grabbed some of my favorite espresso but also grabbed some new flavors such as pistachio. I was told it was seasonal last spring but was so popular it was brought back again this year. I'm not going to lie, the Nespresso Boutique is an overstimulating experience. Whenever I go to North Parked, the store is always packed, but luckily this time around, I went during a slower time. Since I'm familiar with the pods I like, when the employee at the front greeted me, I immediately told them what I was interested in purchasing. You get put in a queue and are told to wait. You can sample their featured pod flavors, but the only additives are sugar and no creamer or milk. The inside also has a cafe, but my review will not cover that service as I did only purchased pods. I didn't have to wait too long, and I got some freebies with my purchase. I'd go again to avoid paying shipping fees and get access to the more rare varieties. I do wish there was an online order pickup option though, as I think that would make things more efficient, especially for customers like myself who already know what we want and just need to restock. read more

Let's start out by this disclaimer, I am not a coffee drinker and sometimes the who coffee craze amuses me, and my shopping experience here was no exception to that. My first observation was that I was amazed at how busy the place was on a weekday afternoon. They were a happening place for sure! There were people enjoying a cup in-house, and there were people with their assigned sales consultants, and there people everywhere. This place had all the hustle and bustle ambiance of an ant mound. As a "visitor" into the coffee world, I will say I was a bit disappointed in how difficult it was to figure out how to get assistance. I knew what I wanted, but not how to get what I wanted (I know, typical Christmas shopper, right?). I finally located an associate who was walking into the back of the store and he was able to get d plain to me how to get assistance, which was basically a take a number and wait your turn kind of a system. So excited to get a new machine. Noticed the insides have switched from metal to plastic so told salesman I wanted the higher end and heavier built. He showed me the model on shelf and opened where the capsule goes and it was the 2 metal pod holders. It was a more expensive machine but better made. Opened the box at home and it was all plastic. 800# told me to drive 2 hrs to take it back. The brand has cheapened and their customer service has way decreased. I was so excited to get to the Nespresso Boutique, i traveled from Kansas for this and sadly i will never go back. The lady who started to help me told my 14 year old granddaughter in spanish that my 7 year old granddaughter was a liar. Why i have no clue because my granddaughter didn't tell me till we were long gone. I heard her tell her something but i don't speak Spanish. Loving this new nespresso store! It was opening weekend and very busy. I love that you can brew a cup of coffee while you wait to buy your pods! I got to test out the new strawberry mocha flavor and it was delicious, sad they were out of milk but still love this highlight of the new store. Ordered 5 sleeves and got 1 free, they forgot to put it in the bag because they ran out of this particular flavor but luckily I caught it before leaving the mall and they handled it quickly. I love the Nespresso boutique. Everytime I visit they are nice and welcoming and very helpful. They always offer you a sample of a new flavor or something they're featuring. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is 1) I wish they have online ordering with store pickup, it doesn't even have to be curbside.....just let me order online and swing by to pick it up. 2) Whey they offer you a sample, they don't allow you to add any creamer to the sample, which is usually a small serving of coffee. I understand they probably want you to taste it without any additives but I'm not there in life. I still need creamer in my coffee! I drove all the way from Stillwater Oklahoma to come to this store! I am highly disappointed! When I walked in it was super busy (to be expected this time of year) just to be ignored by the staff. When i finally got ahold of an employee she was SO very rude and super unhelpful. There are so signs on being checked into the waitlist anywhere- as a first timer here I was so lost. I came here recently and I really enjoyed my experience throughout my visit! It was my first time here so I did ask for some assistance and suggestions, and this very nice young lady named Ari with curly black hair guided me. She was a huge help and she gave me some excellent recommendations, the coffee here is divine!!! Overall, the ambiance of nespresso at northpark is amazing and I really enjoyed the whole experience. Clean, kind, and hospitable! I appreciate the customer service at Nespresso located inside North Park mall. I got a Nespresso machine for my birthday in October and have become slightly obsessed with the Ethiopian blend. (Nothing beats my mom's coffee ceremonies though, don't get it twisted!) The boutique is well organized and has an actual cafe on the inside. They have multiple displays of different Nespresso machines you can purchase, and plethora of pods/capsule flavors to choose from. The coffee is five star however the use of space is inefficient. I went in on a Saturday afternoon. There was a 25 minute wait. If it were just a line of customers waiting for the next available employee fine. Instead it's two staff members walking around with iPads to check you into a queue. Another tending the free coffee bar and a third person doing coffee demonstrations. I saw as many people walk out of the store upon hearing the wait time as those of us who waited. It's awkward. You're in the way while standing waiting your turn and employees are bustling around. This needs to be streamlined. read more

Terrible customer service. I walked into the store already knowing what I wanted, but unknowingly was 1 minute past close due to their limited Sunday hours. This was my first time visiting the location, and would expect them to just quickly ring up my order rather than sending me away and telling me to come back tomorrow, when like most people, I will be at work. It's a shame you can't give zero stars. This store is confused on what it wants to be- a cafe, a coffee store or an Apple Store. They require you to check in on an iPad before you can be assisted by an associate which just seems like a push to sell you more things. Baristas are very professional and well dressed, coffee is priced well and they bring it to your table. I got a double espresso which was very smooth. The ambiance is also very nice. Highly recommend this place over the other coffee places at NorthPark mall. read more

It's a clean coffee boutique where you're always greeted at the door. They have a full lineup of machines and coffee capsules plus a great coffee bar. I generally order online but it was fun to try and see some new products today. When I came in to drop off my bag of recyclable capsules, the cashier offered me a free drink at the bar. I chose the honey cinnamon iced latte and it was made prompt and delicious. Really glad we have a nespresso boutique here in Dallas so I don't have to do all of my business with them online. I've been trying to find redeeming value in Nespresso but, to tell the truth, they're not all that exceptional. The Northpark store is always out of whatever overpriced product you are after--and many times you have to be put on a waiting list to be told, by some less-than-knowledgeable employee, that they're out. This is what happened last night. So I pulled out and descaled my old K-Cup machine and popped in a pod. I had forgotten how good it tasted. Nespresso Boutique is a lovely spot at Northpark for literally, a coffee break. Whether it's hot or iced, be it an espresso or cappuccino, each cup is full bodied and rich in flavor. Nice service most times. I also love my Nespresso's coffee machine, making wonderful freshly brewed coffee and espressos at the touch of a button. Fun it is to sample different flavors here before replenishing my capsules. Crowded it is on weekends and holidays. Nespresso is known best for their well made coffee and espresso, made with the use of their machines and tiny, colorful capsules. My husband really enjoys Nespresso's beverages and so when we saw this store, my husband decided to grab a drink. This Nespresso Boutique is located at the Northpark Center, on the first floor, between Kate Spade and Carolina Herrera. We came in last Tuesday, around 7:30 pm. My husband decided he wanted to get the Peppermint White Chocolate Latte, $8.66 after tax, after seeing a display photo on the counter. It did not provide the price so we were both surprised how expensive the drink was, especially for the size. Anyways, when my husband tried his drink, he thought it tasted horrible. so he opened the lid and stirred everything together. He said it tasted much better after doing that. I am not a fan of coffee so I didn't like the flavor of this all. It was just too bitter for me (I like coffee in my sugar and milk if you know what I mean). There are a few tables and chairs in this store and towards the back of the store, you can purchase any of the capsules (and possibly taste test the flavors, as that is available in all the other Nespresso store that we have been to). My husband wasn't as thrilled with his drink and the price (but being that this is Nespresso, I guess I can see why the prices are bit higher than your typical coffee house). I didn't think the service was very welcoming. We waited a little while before someone acknowledged us when we approached the counter to order. We probably would not come back here. read more

This is one of my happy places. Going into this Nespresso location is always relaxing and the service exceptional. I can't wait for the coffee bar to open back up post covid and we can get back to our regular Nespresso experience. I went in recently because we were in a pod emergency. I was very impressed by the lengths they went to require physical distancing and all of the precautions to protect not just customers but also employees. Always ask what special they're running because if you can buy in bulk, you usually get a couple sleeves for free. read more

The Nespresso Store is Simply Amazing! Nespresso Vertuo is 20,000 X times better then the K-Cup or a regular coffee maker. The Vertuo outputs a thick cream every time it brews your pod. If you own any line up from Nespresso being the Vertuoline or the Original line I urge you to go to the Nespresso Boutique Store. If you want refills of coffee or espresso pods you can buy them online at the Nespresso Website but your minimum order is a $100 or 10 sleeves of coffee.. That's where this Boutique comes into play, If you want to try the flavors before you buy or just buy 3 sleeves or even 1 sleeve a time! Well you can at this Nespresso store! When I got my Vertuo Line Nespresso maker that i ordered online i used all the sample pods to get a idea of what i liked. I went to this store and they had a Special if you have bought a Nespresso Maker and when you buy $100 (10 sleeves) you can get 3 Bonus Sleeves of coffee AND A Mystery Prize! Not really a Mystery... You get options. My options were 2 Dispensers for my pods or a travel mug or a 2 pack of coffee glasses! I went with the $90 2 pack of coffee glasses lol. I got to try a Sample of the Mexico line! It is freaking amazing! Then a sample of the Columbia... "I hated it" Happy I didn't buy it online for $10... I got every espresso they make for the vertuo line including the double shot scurro, and a few intenseo and Melozio, and Vanilla... yes the names are a little confusing... I just remember what I like by the color of the pod lol. ----------------------------------- Inside the store / Café ----------------------------------- Now as far as the inside goes... it's amazing decorating as in on the back wall where you pick up your pods it's a cool design with 100,000 Pods on the wall with different colors. The cafe right by the front door had a small menu and you can order for here or to go for either a desert or coffee. My absolute favorite is the Espresso/Coffee Milkshake. I get Double Shot Dark Espresso MilkShake I just like espresso... I'm addicted.... its 1Million times safer, and healthier then a Monster Energy Drink! The only item I have had on the desert menu was a Mousse togo. It is rather lilliputian in size for $8.00 but it does taste exceptional. The top layers of the mousse is light and fluffy. The bottom layer is thick and velvety with a hit of a caramel taste... or it was just me. If you do not own a Nespresso Machine of any type? You can still come here and buy some coffee or espresso, a shake, or a mousse to give it a try. If you do like it they do sale machines here. Every few weeks they'll have a new specialty flavor released. Paris Black Espresso just released and Cuban should be coming out shortly and then some Christmas - Seasonal Blends! I even ended up purchasing a nespresso machine and then came to the free coffee classes they were offering! They have a new flavor every month so there's always something to look forward to the next time you come! Service: super friendly and fast! I wish this location had more seating, it's really my biggest peve with them. This location is super popular, so getting a table is usually pretty impossible, but at least you can get the drinks to go! We love the drinks from Nespresso. The coffee is divine, and the hot chocolate is some of the best I've ever had. You definitely pay a premium for their items, so for us this is a rare treat. The last time we were in we actually got a table and were able to enjoy one of their mouthwatering desserts. We got the meringue cake with raspberry drizzle, and enjoyed every last scrumptious crumb! I actually had an issue with my drink on that visit, where they had obviously only used 1 weak shot of espresso in the drink. I let them know that the drink had very little flavor, and they promptly brewed a fresh shot and added it to the drink, which made it perfect! I think the employee that made my drink the first time was new, he seemed very nervous and unsure, so no hard feelings. :) One other note: there is no signage telling you where to order your drink to-go and where to wait for your drink to be ready. I find this to be quite annoying, and the first time we went in, the employee was very snooty and condescending to us when we asked questions.
