And why would you have an option on the app for 'cream cheese on the side' for the bagel but you proceed to slap a glob of cream cheese on there anyway. Love Dunkin but this location -- idk if they don't have customer service training or what. I think it may have been the shift manager? She was at the cash register, blond hair and glasses. She was either having a bad day or I pissed her off, but I left in a bad mood because of her attitude. Here's what happened. I ordered the meal deal a coffee and sandwich boom easy. I waited until I heard my number called, went up and CONFIRMED which cup was mine. I grabbed it and there was a bag placed right next to drink. Gollie, you would not believe what i witness here on a Saturday. The cashier was picking his nose and wiping snot away while helping a customer in front of me. He didn't think anybody was starring at him but I was. I saw everything. I told myself if I pay with a card I don't have to touch anything he touched. His coworker was getting donuts. From a horrible experience at the Preston and Alph location, we drove all the way down here. Service was fast and all staff was friendly. The only problem we had, was the two kolachies we ordered took longer than expected, the person that prepped them put them to the side and no one else checked on it until we asked for them. Newly opened in the shopping center at Northwest Hwy and Abrams, this place is clean and modern. We usually go to Krispy Kreme for a donut for the little one after Central Market shopping, but the wife found this place and likes it because they have donut holes and KK does not. Also, there is a wide selection of breakfast items such as English muffin with sausage and egg. They also have mini-hash browns which are about the size of quarter. The little one loves them and will actually eat them! Because this location is on the way home it is convenient. So now we have two options for that morning sugar rush. read more

They are a light slight bit of chewy, buttery, melt in my mouth heavenly coolness that always makes me go ahhhhh. Do not think I don't like other donuts. I love all kinds of doughnuts, beignets, éclairs, etc. Dunkin' has a decent pâte à choux Cruller! This was my first visit here and this is what I saw: This new location is a donut shop trying to be 21st century. They have all the boxes ticked on the review. Parking, parking for bikes, clean restrooms, outdoor tables, a few tables inside, take cash, credit, special orders and more! Even have a place to place your e-order and pick it up! The menu is on flat screens and has a video screen advertising menu options (ones they were out of). They do have a confusing ordering line queue which moves along to their order stations. I personally like one person to give my whole order to and not three. They can make you a bagel sandwich. Too bad on this visit, they had run out of all but plain bagels by 10:45 AM (REALLY! How does a donut shop run out THAT early?!?!) They have lots of coffee (which some people think are amazing). They have some bottled and packaged drinks as well. The bagel with egg, cheese and bacon was horrific (skinny bagel with huge hole, thin tasteless bacon, something that looked like an egg patty and a slice of cheese that didn't melt). Gross. I had never tried Dunkin Donuts before and was not impressed. The donuts lacked flavor but the flavor it had included a strange subtle after taste... like they had absorbed the flavor of the container they had been stored in. For instance if you store something in the refrigerator overnight without a lid and then the next day the food has a taste of the refrigerator. The coffee was ok, better than I thought it would be, as I am a Starbucks regular - but not impressed enough to make Dunkin my new spot. I'd rather give my business to a local spot or Starbucks (when choosing a chain). Oh Dunkin... smh. Why oh why can't your customer service just be better?!?! I had high hopes for this location. I should have known better. This Dunkin Donuts location is by far the cleanest and best designed one I've been to in the DFW area. When I entered, I couldn't believe how full the donut display case was, how fresh the donuts looked, and how modern and clean the inside of the shop was. This is where the good aspects abruptly ended. The cashier took our orders. I ordered my usual chai latte with almond milk. What I received definitely was not made with almond milk. Thank God I could taste the difference between milk and almond milk because I would have been sick if I had not know and had drunk it all **I am lactose intolerent :-(** My friend returned my drink for me. A different person (from the one who took our order) spoke with her about the issue. She was rude... My friend: "Hi, we ordered this with almond milk and it seems to have been made with regular milk. May we have it remade? DD employee: "Next time, can you ask for almond milk when you place your order?!" My friend: "We did ask for almond milk. Perhaps you should listen when the customers place their orders". At that point, the manager had overheard and was quick to remake the order and apologize for the inconvenience. I just don't understand why that employee couldn't just remake the drink and give us what we ordered. There was no need for all the extra rudeness. Monday 6:03pm we try to buy a coffee and drinking inside because outside was raining the manager was so rude telling us that we can't seat inside because they are about to mop. At the beginning one lady said they close at 9:00 pm then the manager come out at said we cannot drink the coffee inside because they need to mop and close early today. This location seems to be short staffed or poorly trained. I just ordered a vanilla cream and a maple frosted and ended up with a coconut donut and a bavarian cream.This is at least the second time an order I received was not correct. I ordered a double chocolate donut. They are stingy with their chocolate icing. There is barely any icing and it is so thin you can see the donut thru it. Went in around 3:30 and the place was empty. Staff was not great and had no personality except the one lady that actually made the drink. Place is brand new and really clean. Different from any Dunkin' with the different coffee taps/coffee bar, a new display of doughnuts! Definitely a cool location to check out if you like Dunkin'! read more

The staff is extremely rude. The general manager walks around without a proper uniform (blue jacket and white t shirt and boots.) He shoved past my husband and I without an excuse me and when my husband said "excuse you?" He turned around and LAUGHED in his face! At first we just thought it was a customer until he got behind the line. When I got to the register and asked who he was I was shocked to hear he was the GM and his name is Hermès I think. That explains why the staff is so bad, they need to go back to training. Speed of service was too slow. We had come in a couple times when it had just opened and there was a friendlier staff I'm assuming they came and trained people and left, they need to come back. I have came to this Dunkin Donuts numerous of times and honestly each time has been a great experience. I know they have had a grand opening promotion of a free medium coffee which has been great! I am personally a fan of their coffee. I use to live on the east coast so I grew up with going to Dunkin Donuts by my house and always going. So I was so excited to know they had this one coming so close by! I have been a fan of the vanilla chai tea latte so that is my default drink to order. I love their donuts and their munchkins especially. Their donuts Are super affordable. They taste fresh every time and compliment my drink every time. I'm always met by a friendly staff. The orders are made quick and they definitely have an efficient system going. You can see your orders on the screen that it is in progress and get notified when it is ready. I wish they had a drive thru but I guess you can't have it all lol. I'm so happy this Dunkin Donuts is in the neighborhood. read more

So I have an egg allergy and I came in yesterday morning, and I asked one of the staff if the kolaches were made with eggs. She proceeded to respond with "No, they are just made with sausage and cheese". I told her that I was actually asking about the dough, because sometimes it is made with eggs. She said she would go check, and then came back and said they weren't made with eggs. I thought I was in the clear, so I ordered one and ate it. 5-10 minutes later, I started having an allergic reaction. My friend was with me, and she also clearly heard the girl working say that the kolaches didn't have eggs. My friend checked the website, and the kolaches had eggs in them. Thankfully, my allergic reaction wasn't that bad, but I still ended up getting sick. I am very disappointed in the girl's negligence in checking the ingredients. She clearly said that she would double check. Maybe it was an accident, or maybe she just didn't actually check despite me telling her I have an allergy. I also work in the food industry, and I know the importance of giving accurate allergen information to customers who have allergies. There are people who have allergic reactions wayyy worse than mine, and they could seriously get sick if they are misinformed. Also, I have been trying to call this location to speak to a supervisor and I have just gotten the busy signal every time (I have tried calling 5-6 times so far, seems kind of weird that I've been getting the busy signal EVERY time). So, FYI, if you have a food allergy, it's probably safer to check their website instead of asking the employees. read more

Native New Englander here! Where we truly run on Dunkin haha. The joke back in New England is that you know where every single Dunkin location is, and you know the ones that make your coffee right. This Dunkin is the BEST Dunkin I have ever been too. I frequent this location anywhere between 3-5 times per week, and they get my order right every single time. I moved away from Dallas recently and will still drive 20-30 minutes to order from here because the ones in the town where I live now can never get it right. read more

Dunkin Donuts is great because they don't close at noon, but the inconsistency sends the wrong message to customers. Some employees will add icing to an old fashioned donut whereas others won't. It stinks to drive out of your way to maybe get what you want. read more
