this was my favorite place to go to, but it's been already 5 days in a row that I try and order the cookie crumble cold brew and they said they can't make it because they're out of syrup? for a whole week? sometimes i'm starting to think it's just because they don't want to make it.. at least give everyone a warning before they order and let them know it's not available. hopefully they can get themselves together. & they seem to have an attitude when you ask them why? maybe they're just being lazy. read more

Absolutely Awful! Worst customer service ever. As someone who works in the service industry I was embarrassed for them. The rudest barista I have ever met. Skinny Hispanic girl said 'no you didn't' when I told her I had asked for cold foam and it wasn't on my iced latte. Even though it is written on the sticker. I was given the wrong type of milk in my latte and I have an allergy. So I was very very sick. My husband and I went the morning after the Cowboys won to get our free iced coffees. The staff was genuine and very pleasant to us from the time we walked through the door. We wanted some donut holes and they stated the ones displayed weren't fresh because the others were still baking. We honestly didn't mind so we asked for a couple anyway. When checking out, Sonya said don't worry about the cost, and gave us bonus donut holes! It was an amazing experience all because the staff was amazing and efficient! I ordered a vanilla latte. I wasn't told they do not serve vanilla lattes. Instead the worker ordered me a French vanilla swirl. After picking up my order (as I had originally ordered it) I noticed the label was different than what I ordered so I thought there was a mistake and I went back in to get a regular vanilla latte. The manager was adamant that I try that instead- even though I said I simply wanted a vanilla latte. He then told me that they don't have regular vanilla lattes. That would have been better info, for me, than just giving me something different... I said I really didn't want a French vanilla swirl. I asked for a regular coffee. He again said even more adamantly that I just try it and if I don't like it then he'd give me something else. The cafe was then pretty busy and to just get out of the store I took it and left. When we got there almost all of the donuts were gone at 12:30 (they are open until 9pm) and the person working rudely told me that they wouldn't be making anymore, which doesn't make sense if they stay open that late?? We buy a dozen about once or more a month at this NW Hwy DD. Overall okay, but it seems more expensive with every visit for same dozen lately. Some misses include often getting what appears to be day-old donuts (i.e. a bit firm) and the typical sign of overused/old frying oil (e.g. w/French crullers). And yes, you can tell both. read more

Smaller Dunkin' Donut's location without a drive-thru. Clean and the staff was friendly. Military discount (10%) and senior discount (10%) at this location. The parking lot is large enough overall that I expect parking should be OK in the mornings. Good coffee. I drove +15 minutes to this Dunkin' location because it is the closest one. I got there 15 minutes before closing, and I made sure they were open bc there was a customer in there so I proceeded to turn off my car. While I was turning off my car, the customer inside left and the girl with glasses came to the door and locked it. I hadn't noticed so I walked to the door and that's when I realized she had locked it. 2 other customers got off there cars and were shocked at the way the employee acted. So disappointed in our experience there this afternoon. The girl taking our order argued with us about the iced cappuccinos we were ordering instead of asking a manager what the correct way is to make them. Then, the girl that made them had such a bad attitude and clearly doesn't like her job, just sat them down on the counter and walked off. There were a lot of people in there so it could have been anyone's drinks. Our drinks were made wrong, they taster terrible and we love Dunkin' coffee. Big communication breakdown and if someone doesn't like their job there get rid of them. There are plenty of other people who would give anything to have that job. read more

Very disappointed today. My mother and I come here all the time and never have had an issue until today. It was pretty crowded for a Sunday afternoon and we just wanted to order 2 iced cappuccinos. I get this drink all the time at the dunkin closer to me and know exactly how it's made. As we tried to order them today, the girl taking orders must not of understood me and assumed she knew how it was made which was incorrect. I tried to tell her I never got asked questions about ordering that specific drink but she said otherwise so I went along with it. The drinks we got were basically iced coffee with cream and this hazelnut swirl which we never get. It tastes awful and is way too sweet. I knew it was wrong and was going to be but didn't feeling like arguing or correcting her due to the crowd. Also the girl making drinks didn't seem to understand either and her attitude was pretty bad about being there. She put our drinks on the counter without saying what they were. If I hadn't been watching, none of us would of known what they were. Maybe tell the employees to listen better to customers or have them ask questions instead of trying to say how we should order things or how they come. Hopefully this won't happen again. read more

There are few things in life that can cause a riot. I believe line jumping is one of them. This morning I had about 10 minutes to spare and dropped in to get an iced coffee and some munchkins. I walk in there's one person ahead of me and I think this will me *perfect*. That was my first mistake. There's about 5 people behind the counter one is checking people out, one is staring at a machine, two are pacing back and forth and one is standing near the iced coffee taps. After a few minutes a girl finally comes over and takes the guy in fronts order and then mine. As she's getting my order together one of the pacers asks the lady behind me if she's been helped, has her pass me up and gets her stuff together while my girl is still trying to count out 10 donut holes. I get mine I try to pass back up to pay and she (pacer) tells me to wait my turn. Oh, I did. Finally make my way to the front order an iced coffee and I expect that would be a quick process, ice + coffee bam. Then I realize they haven't even begun to make it. The girl who was staring at the machine I found out, it's her job to get the cup, fill with ice or whatever and hand it to the pacer who hands it to the guy at the end near the coffee taps and he slowly fills each and then gives it a little stir. By now I'm pissed and he asks me what I had ordered. I said one iced tea coffee with cream and sugar, now he's asking how many and I finally say "I ordered one, I'm going to be late to work, either give me a coffee or don't, but I have to leave". I get my coffee and start to walk out and I hear one of them say "have a nice day and mumble something about me being rude". I could have turned back but again late to work. If you cant get donuts and coffee together in less than 10 minutes you need to look at your operation and fix it. read more

Second time at this location however Won't travel the extra mile anymore to come here after asking for the freshest coffee brewed, The cashier pointed to the decanter with the freshest brew however the Woman working to dispense the coffee purposely pulled from a decanter that was not the freshest. This isn't rocket science, time to buy another coffee pot to avoid this issue and brew my Own fresh coffee at home. read more

This Dunkin Donuts have very friendly staff. I love the way that they greet you as you walk in with them smiling. I also enjoy their delicious donuts especially the vanilla cream. The cashiers are actually extremely friendly and give great service and they look young which shows how great they've been trained. read more
