Dunkin Donuts is great because they don't close at noon, but the inconsistency sends the wrong message to customers. Some employees will add icing to an old fashioned donut whereas others won't. It stinks to drive out of your way to maybe get what you want. read more

Order through the mobile app and you will never be disappointed. Walk in 5 mins after you order and your drink/food is waiting there for you. Always consistent and tasty. Iced coffee is so good and not as pricy as the other coffee chain. read more

Every time we come in and visit. I feel as if I'm a burden to the employees. I'm never greeted and they appear to always be in a bad mood. I'm sure it gets busy but even when it's not same mood. read more

Dunkin' - Strawberry Cosmic Coolatta - Donuts Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I run on Dunkin. I go to this location at least twice a week and their iced coffee always makes my day. The employees are friendly and fast and the location is always clean. One time, an employee even let me borrow their jumper cables when my car died in the parking lot (thank you for that!!!) which I appreciated very much. Love Dunkin!!! read more

this was my favorite place to go to, but it's been already 5 days in a row that I try and order the cookie crumble cold brew and they said they can't make it because they're out of syrup? for a whole week? sometimes i'm starting to think it's just because they don't want to make it.. at least give everyone a warning before they order and let them know it's not available. hopefully they can get themselves together. & they seem to have an attitude when you ask them why? maybe they're just being lazy. read more

this place has amazing service. I usually order off my app and it's always prepared quickly and everything is fresh!

Absolutely Awful! Worst customer service ever. As someone who works in the service industry I was embarrassed for them. The rudest barista I have ever met. Skinny Hispanic girl said 'no you didn't' when I told her I had asked for cold foam and it wasn't on my iced latte. Even though it is written on the sticker. I was given the wrong type of milk in my latte and I have an allergy. So I was very very sick. I went inside a second time to check on the milk because it wasn't written on the sticker, but she assured me it was correct. Absolutely appalled. read more

My husband and I went the morning after the Cowboys won to get our free iced coffees. The staff was genuine and very pleasant to us from the time we walked through the door. We wanted some donut holes and they stated the ones displayed weren't fresh because the others were still baking. We honestly didn't mind so we asked for a couple anyway. When checking out, Sonya said don't worry about the cost, and gave us bonus donut holes! It was an amazing experience all because the staff was amazing and efficient! Definitely only coming to this Dunkin Donut location for now on!! Iced coffee and donuts were delicious as well read more

Dunkin' - Iced coffee with cream - Donuts Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I ordered a vanilla latte. I wasn't told they do not serve vanilla lattes. Instead the worker ordered me a French vanilla swirl. After picking up my order (as I had originally ordered it) I noticed the label was different than what I ordered so I thought there was a mistake and I went back in to get a regular vanilla latte. The manager was adamant that I try that instead- even though I said I simply wanted a vanilla latte. He then told me that they don't have regular vanilla lattes. That would have been better info, for me, than just giving me something different... I said I really didn't want a French vanilla swirl. I asked for a regular coffee. He again said even more adamantly that I just try it and if I don't like it then he'd give me something else. The cafe was then pretty busy and to just get out of the store I took it and left. It was odd that he was so persistent that I try a drink I clearly stated I did not want. I know my own dietary preferences. read more

Dunkin' - Not a vanilla latte. - Donuts Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I was really looking forward to having a Dunkin right near my apartment. I was so excited, I love their donuts and coffee. When we got there almost all of the donuts were gone at 12:30 (they are open until 9pm) and the person working rudely told me that they wouldn't be making anymore, which doesn't make sense if they stay open that late?? I brushed her rude attitude off and went to the register to pay where the cashier sneered the amount we owed and was so rude. I am really sad, I would except more from a dunkin. read more

I love Dunkin' Donuts. I think the coffee is better than anyone but this location opened right near me I was so excited I've come here every day since it opened and every order has been wrong. This will sadly be my last time at this location. read more

We buy a dozen about once or more a month at this NW Hwy DD. Overall okay, but it seems more expensive with every visit for same dozen lately. Some misses include often getting what appears to be day-old donuts (i.e. a bit firm) and the typical sign of overused/old frying oil (e.g. w/French crullers). And yes, you can tell both. read more

It's Donuts.....who isn't a fan! This place it the place to go for hot and ready donuts. The unlimited options can easily take at least 3 hours to eat all kings... At least so I've heard lol. No, seriously this place is one of the good spots to check out. read more

Have terrible customer service here. Never get orders right and they seemingly also rush us to order and jump to other people whenever we are ready to order. Not sure who the manager is but whenever he is there everything runs smoothly but when not, everything is a shit show. Go to a different location to spare being angry. read more

I honestly do not understand how they have so many negative reviews. I visit the this place at least once a week and the service is always great! The staff is friendly and attentive. read more

Decent donuts and coffee but this place will screw you if you order a nitro here. Ordered one and only got half a coffee. They just said, that's how nitros are. BS, fix your lines. read more

Smaller Dunkin' Donut's location without a drive-thru. Clean and the staff was friendly. Military discount (10%) and senior discount (10%) at this location. The parking lot is large enough overall that I expect parking should be OK in the mornings. Good coffee. I think my favorite donuts at this location are the all-chocolate donut and also the vanilla creme donut. For the bagels the everything bagel at this location. read more

I dropped in maybe 10 minutes after they opened to get donuts for my team. It was already pretty busy but they were well staffed and very efficient. Line moved super quick and I was in and out with no hassle. Very clean location. No drive thru! read more

I drove +15 minutes to this Dunkin' location because it is the closest one. I got there 15 minutes before closing, and I made sure they were open bc there was a customer in there so I proceeded to turn off my car. While I was turning off my car, the customer inside left and the girl with glasses came to the door and locked it. I hadn't noticed so I walked to the door and that's when I realized she had locked it. 2 other customers got off there cars and were shocked at the way the employee acted. Mind you there was still 15 minutes before closing! read more

So disappointed in our experience there this afternoon. The girl taking our order argued with us about the iced cappuccinos we were ordering instead of asking a manager what the correct way is to make them. Then, the girl that made them had such a bad attitude and clearly doesn't like her job, just sat them down on the counter and walked off. There were a lot of people in there so it could have been anyone's drinks. Our drinks were made wrong, they taster terrible and we love Dunkin' coffee. Big communication breakdown and if someone doesn't like their job there get rid of them. There are plenty of other people who would give anything to have that job. read more

Nice new location but the glazed donuts should be called half glazed because they are dry with minimal amounts they of glaze. I want enough sugar glaze in my donuts in the true Dunkin' Donuts fashion like they make in the east coast that I'm teetering on instant diabetes after eating. read more

Very disappointed today. My mother and I come here all the time and never have had an issue until today. It was pretty crowded for a Sunday afternoon and we just wanted to order 2 iced cappuccinos. I get this drink all the time at the dunkin closer to me and know exactly how it's made. As we tried to order them today, the girl taking orders must not of understood me and assumed she knew how it was made which was incorrect. I tried to tell her I never got asked questions about ordering that specific drink but she said otherwise so I went along with it. The drinks we got were basically iced coffee with cream and this hazelnut swirl which we never get. It tastes awful and is way too sweet. I knew it was wrong and was going to be but didn't feeling like arguing or correcting her due to the crowd. Also the girl making drinks didn't seem to understand either and her attitude was pretty bad about being there. She put our drinks on the counter without saying what they were. If I hadn't been watching, none of us would of known what they were. Maybe tell the employees to listen better to customers or have them ask questions instead of trying to say how we should order things or how they come. Hopefully this won't happen again. read more

Whole staff needs an attitude adjustment. I've worked in customer service my whole life and I know for a fact the way the treat their customers is not how you do it. Would order using the app but it doesn't work half the time. read more

There are few things in life that can cause a riot. I believe line jumping is one of them. This morning I had about 10 minutes to spare and dropped in to get an iced coffee and some munchkins. I walk in there's one person ahead of me and I think this will me *perfect*. That was my first mistake. There's about 5 people behind the counter one is checking people out, one is staring at a machine, two are pacing back and forth and one is standing near the iced coffee taps. After a few minutes a girl finally comes over and takes the guy in fronts order and then mine. As she's getting my order together one of the pacers asks the lady behind me if she's been helped, has her pass me up and gets her stuff together while my girl is still trying to count out 10 donut holes. I get mine I try to pass back up to pay and she (pacer) tells me to wait my turn. Oh, I did. Finally make my way to the front order an iced coffee and I expect that would be a quick process, ice + coffee bam. Then I realize they haven't even begun to make it. The girl who was staring at the machine I found out, it's her job to get the cup, fill with ice or whatever and hand it to the pacer who hands it to the guy at the end near the coffee taps and he slowly fills each and then gives it a little stir. By now I'm pissed and he asks me what I had ordered. I said one iced tea coffee with cream and sugar, now he's asking how many and I finally say "I ordered one, I'm going to be late to work, either give me a coffee or don't, but I have to leave". I get my coffee and start to walk out and I hear one of them say "have a nice day and mumble something about me being rude". I could have turned back but again late to work. If you cant get donuts and coffee together in less than 10 minutes you need to look at your operation and fix it. read more
