This place is so cute and the drinks are dangerously delicious. While in town I went everyday on my way to the office. The quaint and vibrant set up. Quick service and cute cups are just the start. I tried the Chai latte , matcha Chai latte and lavender Chai vanilla matcha. All so delectable The bright yellow color is so inviting. The pricing is reasonable the flavor combinations undeniable and the staff is welcoming. If I have to pay for a sweet drink this place makes it worth it. read more

It's a cute Instagram latte place, the cups are small. The drinks are super sweet Generally Speaking. Everything is good just overpriced and sweetened to the core. It is cute for Instagram or visitor. read more

La La Land is a bright, whimsical coffee chain that caters to coffee consumers who like sweet treats and sweet coffees. Located off Inwood in North Dallas, La La Land provides an escape for those looking to be transported to the west coast. My Overall Rating - 2 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food) Atmosphere - Inside of La La Land is very bright and yellow. As you enter, your eyes will be drawn to the front where stacks of cups act as a wall to let the baristas craft your drink. Outside, there's an outdoor seating area with a white picket fence that acts like a barrier between you and the city. The patrons consist of a good mix of students, moms with little children, and ladies who lunch. This may or may not be your kind of vibe. It wasn't mine. 1/2 Star. Service - The staff was very cheery and happy. They were patient with me as I looked at the menu and even suggested what to order. They even cleaned up after me when I stepped out to take a personal phone call. Great experience. 1 Star. Food - The coffee is a sweet (and expensive). I tried the barista recommended Banana Cloud Latte. The fresh banana and cinnamon work well together. That said, it was a little too sweet for my preference, and the price makes it more of an occasional treat than a regular order. La La Land does a great job with the packaging, and it truly seems like it was made for Instagram. 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - No. I'm not the target demographic for La La Land. I'd rather drink a latte at the other popular chain or visit a mom-and-pop coffee shop. I'll leave La La Land for the patrons that live in the area. No Stars. read more

Fall flavors are back at La La Land and I had to try out the banana cloud chia & pumpkin spice latte. Both drinks were very tasty. I love the cute patio setup at this location. read more

I tried the Matcha with strawberry and this was delicious. I also tried the banana sweet cold foam coffee and I think this one was my favorite. The Chia seed pudding was fulfilling and the egg bites tasted good as well. My favorite thing is their branding on their packaging. I would order from this place again. read more

We stumbled into La La Land almost by accident while wandering the mall in search of matcha--and immediately understood why the line was out the door. From the moment you walk in, the branding makes itself known. The iconic yellow, the design, the details--it's impossible to miss that this place is intentional, curated, and deeply invested in the experience. It's not just a café; it's a moment. The space itself is stunning. Every detail feels thought through, and you can't help but pause and take it all in. The matcha was fabulous--truly standout. We also tried the avocado toast, almond croissant, and black coffee, and everything was excellent. Elevated, indulgent, and worth the hype. Despite the long line and quick turnover, the service remained warm and upbeat. You could tell the staff was genuinely happy, which somehow made the fast pace feel welcoming rather than rushed. Even the mugs felt intentional--beautiful branding through and through. This is a five-star experience across the board. That said, it's not an everyday stop for me. The wait and the immersive nature of it make it feel more like a treat than a daily routine. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I bring guests here? Without question. Would I come here for a slow, indulgent morning or a special occasion? 100%. La La Land is where you go when you want coffee and a vibe--and when you do, it delivers. read more

Hands down one of the best places over ever been for Matcha! This place steps on Starbucks neck! Like to Biscoff cookie flavor?!?! Omg! Perfection. Also it is super cute inside! Love the ambiance. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have avocado toast! (Which Starbucks doesn't have). read more

Went with my daughter to get avocado toast. She ordered at 9:50 am. After waiting in the car, I went inside the store at 10:10 to see what the issue was. I see my the store full of people sitting down enjoying their coffee/food. No one was ordering at the time I walked into the store. My daughter asked what was taking so long and they told her they were making the toast. How long does it take to make an avocado toast La La Land? I don't think the answer is 20 minutes for a $12 food item. I requested a refund and will never go back. I am sure other coffee places would love to have my business. read more

La La Kind Cafe has been my favorite coffee franchise for so long! So once my friends and I heard about the grand opening, we knew we had to go. La La Land Kind Cafe has always kept up with the beautiful concept of kindness. It shows aesthetically, but also within the staff. I'm glad they're opening more, so it's more convenient anywhere I go! Keep up the hard work :-) Also, I had the pleasure to speak to the owner and he's an amazing person. You can tell that this place is truly ethical inside and out! Food: Drinks - It's winter, so I had to try one of their seasonal drinks. I got the peppermint mocha and it was incredible. Never once has La La Land ever failed to make amazing seasonal drinks. Toast - I've never had any of their savory toasts, so I ordered the truffle burrata avo toast and it was amazing. I also tried my friend's la la dream toast which was amazing as well! Service & Ambiance: As usual, amazing inside and out because of their kindness and ethical purposes :-) read more

I was happily greeted & taken care of by Britt. She was very friendly and helped me decide on which matcha to get - I got the Kieth Lee matcha last time, and it was amazing. LaLa has so many choices the decision can be overwhelming if there is a line. I decided on a strawberry matcha, dairy free. There was plenty of space to work and plugs by the booths so I could charge my phone/laptop. Every time I leave this store they say "love you!". I love the positive movement of LaLaLand shops. This location was especially intentional. Thank you. Love you! read more

Every time I order on the app for pick up , it always takes between 25-30 minutes for one simple drink. I've ordered different days and times. No complaints on the staff but they need to be more organized. So if you're going to order from this location make sure you have time to waste. read more

This place takes FOREVER to make coffee. I made an online order and it took them 30 minutes to make it! I sat in the shop for at least 15 waiting for them to finish making it. La La Land - Best matcha around! - Cafes Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Although It took me sometime to post this, I just wanted to reach out. I ordered a drink from this location on Friday before the holiday since I was in the neighborhood. I noticed a dark looking color omindide my drink and thought it was possibly the matcha. There was actual mold in my cup, on the ice. Now at this instance I'm already in my car and have left the parking lot. I literally just spent $8 on a drink that I just tossed away for health and safety concerns. Not sure how I feel about this, I might be making drinks at home for a little while or frequenting my regular location but that was definitely alarming and just made me more cautious to observe my drink, not only that but I'm out of $8 .sigh Not to bash the customer service, the girls who took my order was awesome, I just think maybe the protocols or even maintenance if machines should take place. Just sad I couldn't enjoy my drink. read more

love their coffee, especially the secret sauce! The employees are super friendly, great atmosphere!

consistent. tasty. perfect place to go to if you're looking for something that's more of a sweet treat than more traditional coffees/matcha. and that horrible experience when you get a matcha and it's the color of mint chocolate chip ice cream? hasn't happened yet. vibe-wise, I don't like to come to study/work because the chairs are generally not comfortable enough to sit for several hours. but a quick drink with a book or meeting a friend? definitely. read more

La La Land - petitioning to make the banana cream top matcha a permanent menu item - Cafes Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Talk about rip off/false advertising ... went to order an already insanely priced $9 hazelnut strawberry and banana toast this morning .... and got basically just bread with barely any thinly cut fruit on it. Not sure why they are advertising a densely packed breakfast meal and then giving me basically this crap. Great quality control . Don't worry I put the photos below for comparison. read more
