The word Italian word "Lavazza" translates to English as " persistent aroma". Not a bad name for a coffee shop that is constantly brewing up fresh LaVazza brand coffee. This place lives up to the name... Caffè Lazazza is nestled on Eately's first floor near the entrance from the mall. You can literally smell the coffee in the mall as it brews. Like a moth drawn to the light, so was I to the intoxicating aroma. As I walked to the counter to order, I was impressed at how friendly the staff was here. They stay pretty busy, but they also stay friendly and welcoming. Once I was greeted I ordered, a cup of LaVazza Classico, and a freshly in-house made cheese danish. I ordered the matcha and latte macchiato, and both were great. The drinks came with waffles, which paired perfectly with the coffee. Considering it's located in a mall, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the space felt. A nice friendly spot to take a break and enjoy a good drink. read more

The service at around 5:15 pm on Sunday April 26th was atrocious. After waiting patiently behind the customer being served, the rude man working the resister and taking orders, refused to take my order and then proceeded to take the order of a customer who walked up much later than me on the right during my interaction stating "the line is on the side". The customer who walked up even said I was waiting first and the rude dark haired man working the resister refused to serve me and told me to go to ye back of the line. I left and will likely not return. read more

This place used to have great coffee and decent service. But that was only when it first opened. Unfortunately, the coffee has gone way down hill. I would expect an Italian cafe to make a good cappuccino, but no. This time had way too much milk in too big of a cup, resulting in coffee scented warm milk, I had to throw it out :(. The time before, they scalded the milk and over frothed. The pastries were stale and old. Service is also not very friendly. The ambiance was nice though. read more

Caffe Lavazza is such a nice little coffee place, right downstairs from Eataly. They have many wonderful treats, along with your typical coffee shop favorites. They also offer other options than milk, such as oatmilk (I cannot recall the other ones). They have vanilla, hazelnut, and caramel for coffee syrups. They have delicious food and sell some wonderful treats. I found the service to also be decent. I like the decor, and everything was clean and put together. It's a great place to check out and have some coffee. read more

I have been a weekly regular at this coffee shop for years, and it's always something I look forward to every single week. The staff is always welcoming and makes my drinks to my specification every time. Pastries are often well sorted and I enjoy bringing some home in the very nice packaging used. The cappuccino's are the best. I love that they offer decaf espresso and plant-based milk which is a must for me. My partner loves the regular cappuccino and the espresso pound cake or the chocolate croissant. So yummy! read more

Cute place, but my latte wasn't great. Ordered an oat milk vanilla latte. The vanilla was super strong, and there was a bunch of it sitting in the bottom of the glass. It tasted watery too. Wouldn't get coffee here again. read more
