I got a large latte. It was great coffee, but I'd hoped for a little bit more. Food: The biscuit from the good friend was excellent. The gravy and the sausage were outstanding. Just to be aware, it is self serve. You order at the counter and then have to find an open table. That part was a little bit chaotic, especially since they required a few people on a Sunday morning. I wish there was a hostess to help guide the chaos. From an aesthetic, it's fine. A little bit more industrial than I had wanted, open kitchen, and grocery store type industrial fridges. Felt like the aesthetics were more of an afterthought. Filling portions, decent price I would definitely go back!

Upon entering,…read morewe must've looked like first timers because the girl working offered to explain the menu to us! She was super thorough and shortly after we started both our orders. The salad looked super fresh and they were very careful stuffing it into the bread. The guy mixing the salad was really nice as well and explained the dressings to us and even offered a sample. We got our orders done, paid and left much quicker than we would at any other fast casual food place. The food was amazing a half hour later back at the hotel and we both enjoyed our first zepplin!!

The latest innovation: you can't get your salad chopped anymore! Like, that was the entire PREMISE of this place. First they came for the Kale-ifornia, then they came for the currants, then they came for the chopped-ness. Make it make sense! Did BZ get bought by a bunch of bros in private equity or something? Why does this place suck so much now? And the people working have such nasty attitudes! We're so sorry to put in our order with you. And thank you for providing 75% croutons in the caesar salad. We used to love BZ so, so much and always made a point of stopping here before heading back to Austin, where we would lament the lack of BZ presence. But now? You're better off at Eatzi's!

No table service. Think of a chipotle concept for salads and sandwiches. You pay at the end of the line. The people behind the counter were very friendly and nice. They clearly wanted us to be happy. Food was average at best. Seating area was clean and well lit. The fried chicken sandwich had soggy breading, but the chicken itself was pretty good under the breading. The french fries were not good - too greasy and pre cooked. My companions seemed to like their salads. Lots of people come through there as it's the only shop in town for the building. Pretty good for what it is.

Our daughter has celiac disease, so we were really excited to try this place -- and it did not disappoint. What made this experience so special was that our daughter could order essentially anything off the menu, which is such a rarity for someone with celiac. She had eggs, hash browns, sausage, and crêpes, and she ate so well! It was honestly wonderful to see her have so many choices instead of having to settle for one or two gluten-free options. Our server was fantastic -- incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of the precautions that need to be taken when serving someone with celiac. I believe the vast majority of the menu is gluten-free, with the exception of the toast for those who eat gluten, which makes this such an easy place for our family to enjoy together. The rest of our family does eat gluten, and we were all pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. We had eggs, pancakes, toast, hash browns, sausage, and all the classic breakfast favorites, and everything was delicious. There was also a display case of gluten free goodies so we grabbed a few on our way out! Definitely worth the trip!

I went to the host stand to ask who our waiter was just to not assume we had gotten passed up on... best way to put it she seemed high as a kite and couldn't give me a straight answer. My wife ordered biscuits and gravy with the pepper gravy. 0 flavor, biscuit was crumbly and grainy and tasteless. Our waiter who seemed to maybe be the owner.... Seemed nice enough, took the biscuits and gravy off the check.. brought a slice of cake to us to eat and said sorry.... After we got the bill, I read it and he actually INCLUDED THE SLICE OF CAKE onto the bill as if we ordered it? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. No wonder the reviews are bad.
