The servers come to you and you order through their tablet. I had to take a minute, but you have to make sure you have your blinkers on and they will come to you. I ordered the following #5 Special with bacon #1 The best burger and then the cheese fries I got the order within 10 minutes and did not take too long. Once they deliver the food to you, I paid through credit card and then you can tip them so I gave them an 18% tip as they were nice and serve the food to me. The food is very messy and oily so make sure you bring some hand sanitizer. They packed in a lot of napkins as well. The burger itself was just alright, was a little cold for me though so not so sure how long it was waiting. The lettuce and tomato was a little on the soggy side. The meat itself was just alright. When I ate it, I did not experience the wow factor. I can not complain about the price however. Overall, I rather go to Inn-n-out, but I am glad I got one of the places to try in Dallas out of the way.

I don't even know how you make a burger taste so bad--it was terrible and just extremely disappointing. On the positive side, the restaurant was nice and clean, and the service was quick and efficient. However, the food itself was less than desirable. This is definitely not a place I would ever want to return to.

It's amazing how many options this place has. And they have 3 types of mustard- yellow, grey poupon and jimmy mustard, a sign of a good deli. Their rewards program is generous and easy to use. This small shop has fantastic options and they make your order super fast. My only wish is that they had a way to toast the bread put a minor bump considering the options and quality. So glad we have this shop close by.

I asked the fellow who I ordered with who I definitely confirmed there would be two turkey patties to please add the missing turkey patty, and Jemena came out and said I will be charged for the second turkey patty. I said no that there are two beef patties and i had confirmed with the guy I ordered with that they would substitute two turkey patties and then Jemena said NO, I said OK, let's refund the entire order, which she did. And I asked for a manager, she said she is the manager. Then I asked for the district manager's phone number, and she walked away, but in a moment she came back and said the General manager was getting your phone number for me. Then Stacy came out and said she was the manager and NO she will not give me the manager's personal phone number and all I get is the email. Stacy added the "personal" part. She didn't greet me, she didn't ask the situation. I was being dismissed and sent away. I'm clearly a bad person. Besides the presentation being much smaller and much less food than your photos, the patty that did show up being torn and a bit missing, the level of condescension, entitlement and absence of respect or understanding of the promise/delivery makes me wonder how long this will continue. I'm obviously a big chicken and turkey burger fan and I find places that serve them, and I bring friends and spend a bit of money over time. I like to find a place and keep coming back. So: If your clerk sells me two patties Im probably pretty hungry and have driven, parked, lined up and ordered then gotten my napkin and fork and am anticipating a delicious meal. Instead it's made clear to me by tone, language and behavior that I'm unwelcome and the promise made and paid for will not be honored. There's no accountability to management.
