I enjoyed my iced Mexican mocha; it wasn't too sweet or creamy. If I lived closer by, I wouldn't mind getting this more routinely. Oh, their service was surprisingly fast and efficient. The Habibti latte came with rose and cardamom, and it was really good, very light rose flavor. The pistachio matcha was good too but I wish there was more pistachio flavor, since the rose flavor was more dominant. I did some research, and was originally going to purchase on Amazon, as I do most of my ordering there. I am happy that I went and purchased my "Marcuzzi 1601" model in person from RMI coffee.This machine is wonderful and whisper quiet compared to all of the other machines out there. This machine is the RMI Coffee house brand. It is just as good if not better than a Jura. The staff is friendly and amazing. It does not matter whom you walk by, any staff member from the owner down to the techs are super friendly and happy to assist. They gave me a huge free bag of coffee with my purchase. As far as I know, this is the only store like this, in the Dallas/FW area. Trust me these machines, are highly complex. Do no buy on online. RMI does servicing as well and will resolve any issue with a smile.
