My mother in law bought us a bag of the Christmas Blend and had it ground for a cone filter but it was ground way to fine and passed through the filter making the coffee table. I bagged up the other grounds and took them back to Starbucks and the guy at the register was extremely rude and basically told me he couldn't help me because he couldn't guarantee it was Starbucks coffee. I am not sure who would take time to return grounds to a Starbucks that weren't Starbucks. Either way the counter guy was super rude and demeaning and I will not be returning to that location. read more

this is such an amazing starbucks ive been to so many different locations and this is by far my favorite. The baristas interact with customers so perfectly and remember the regulars aswell. they are very communicative with your order and make sure they ask the mobile order peoples about their order to make sure they're quick. they hire enough baristas so it can be fast paced and efficient. the seating areas are also big and they also have an outdoor seating which is so nice. i love coming here to study with my friends it is amazing i 10/10 recommend read more

This is my favorite Dallas Starbucks for a number of reasons. 1. Proximity to my bubble. I do not drive north of LBJ, south of downtown, east of 75 or west of Marsh Ln when in Dallas. Although there is a Starbucks closer to my parents house at Northwest Hwy and Midway, this one is closer to everywhere else I go and easier to get in and out of quickly. 2. They know how to make my drink. The woman I grew up babysitting for passed on her addiction to me and these guys not only all know who she is, but they know how to make the black tea properly. It's never cloudy and when i order it - iced venti unsweetened unshaken black tea, no water, light ice - it comes out exactly that way. Thus, this is where I go. This is usually a good place to stop but today the "manager" Ryan was one of the most repulsive people I have had to deal with there. When I was in line and had a question that the young lady could not answer she asked him and he could not be bothered to give me an actual answer. He just restated what the drink was called and said it had a more toasted flavor. Then I get the drinks to my wife and she looks at them and they were not full. She called up there and the same "manager" answers and was very rude and hung up on her. This person is not meant to be in the service industry let alone be the manager of any store that has high volume. He can not handle it and it shows when you have to be rude to costumers because you can't deal with the stress of a busy coffee place in the morning. read more

8:47 PM Saturday evening June 1, 2019 we had two choices for dessert place and coffee - Starbucks or it sees Preston/Royal shopping center. We chose Starbucks for their delicious coffee and for dessert - we walked in - there's no desserts in the case and employees are standing around like they're ready to go home; therefore, we looked at them and asked where the desserts are...they put them away since they close at 9:00 pm. Not knowing how to respond we turned around and went to Eatzi's down the corridor. Not sure if I am overreacting; however, customers should be waited on even if it were 3-5 mins before closing. The costumer appears to be low on the priority list at this location. A coffee bar that does not have any coffee made at 9:30 am. When I asked for a dark roast I was told the only type they had was holiday blend and that was not made yet. I pay for the cup of coffee and the (Only) employee then goes on to take the order of the only other person in the shop before making the pot of. Coffee. I honestly think Ms. Beth hates me for some reason. Every time I come in there is a problem with what I ask for, but only if she takes my order. One time she had a problem with me using my expresso happy hour promotion because I wanted the hazelnut mocha coconutmilk on ice, without mocha and add caramel, this most recent time the issue was because I asked for a trenta cup of ice with my order, which I get without issue from other locations, she couldn't part with the trenta cups. Perhaps we where enemies in a past life and her spirit still recalls the quarrel. I just don't know. read more

I don't get it. We're in the fancy part of town and this place is so dingy. I don't know if it's the lighting or the color tile... and there's always a line. That probably good for business, but today I'm sitting here and watching the speed of service. It's sloooooow. We ordered 3 drinks, and they each came our about 3 minutes a part. There are 6 people behind the counter. I think half of them a wiping down surfaces and unpacking boxes, oh, and chatting. It'd just weird. I never get this place. Here's what I like about this Sbux location: great staff, knowledgeable baristas who know the product, friendly. The store is clean, and has a cool new look that I haven't seen at many other stores. It has ample outside seating, due to the corner location and its large portico. Dislikes: The seating is so tightly packed in here that a private conversation is well nigh impossible. Given this store's well-heeled location, I think they could stand a little more real estate. I came here to this location to get breakfast and coffee earlier. I probably accidentally threw my receipt away. When I came back here after 2 pm, I didn't have the receipt but the cashier was very nice about it. She still gave me the discount for my grande cold drink for $2. I've been to this Starbucks once and it's the pits as far as Starbucks go. A barista was chatting with a customer (who appeared to be an off-duty employee) the entire time I was in line, not doing anything work related as the line grew and grew and grew. It was also kind of dirty inside, like they hadn't swept in a long time. Outdoor seating seemed nice and I mean, it's a Starbucks, so you know what you're going to get with regards to food/drink. Just don't have to travel far to go to a location with better staff. read more

Customer service was terrible this morning. The girl behind the counter was yawning and then forgot my coffee that I had ordered. I went back to get it after the crowd died and she didn't believe that I had ordered it and was looking at where I was sitting. I was waiting on egg bites and had bought a paper. I told her I had order a coffee with room for cream. She said she thought she got it. Nope. So she was getting it and filling it to the top. Then when I said I will have to pour some of it out for room and she said I didn't tell her that. Then I said it is not a good morning here and she said well now you have it, goodbye. Just moved to the area and this is the coffee shop closest to my apartment. I put in a few years with a green apron a while back and have worked at many other coffee houses. I just want to leave a review to comment on how great I think this store is. I've only been a handful of times, its always a little hectic, but the chairs are full of regulars every morning. And despite the large rushes in the morning, the get through the line and make the drinks quickly. I feel for them with their really small bar area, doesn't seem big enough for the type of foot traffic they have but keep up the good work! read more

I am here 75% of my life in the last year and a half. I have tried to go other places but they just don't do drinks right. The staff is very entertaining and they like to make sure customers get what they want. Although some of the kids that straggle in at night are loud and the kids that the parents let roam free inside are very loud and the fact there is a Baskin Robins next door makes ice cream find its way all over the tables outside. Other than those small factors I gladly drive about 15 minutes out of my way on the toll way almost everyday to see the smiling faces and cheerful staff at this store. Good job everyone! read more
