Starbucks - A limited edition FIFA reusable collar - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lewisville, Texas

No drive through at this location, but the service is quick! I like this location because it's on the way to my work and it gives me an excuse to get out of the car.. mostly to wake up my body by moving around. The employees are friendly and the teamwork is on bar! It helps if you have the Starbucks app and order ahead of time. However, make sure that you select the correct location. With many locations, it easy to make a mistake. read more

We love this store. Staff are always so nice & accommodating. Today Ali waited on us! She's so professional & pleasantly accommodating. My wife had an oat milk expresso cold & I ordered a dark roast pour over. They perform service with a smile & are always very courteous! We're always trying to visit bc though far for us; their service is worth the drive! Thank You read more

Ryan is so kind and generous. We came in 20 minutes before closing and his service was excellent. Our drinks also came out amazing!

Unfortunately, some of the staff at this location need retraining. It was mid-afternoon, so the only drip coffee readily available was Pike Place Roast. Both the Christmas Blonde Roast and the Christmas Blend were available as "pour over" per the signage. When I asked for the Christmas Blend, the cashier told me only Pike Place Roast was available. I asked if the Christmas Blend was available as a pour over and she said no. When I pointed to the signage, she asked the barista who confirmed it was available as a pour over. In the process of taking the pour over order, she named several blends and asked which one I wanted. I again repeated myself requesting the Christmas Blend. I am not a regular customer at this location. So, I do not know if she was a new employee or not. On prior visits, I had wonderful experience at this location with superb employees, like the one who jumps up and down with a big smile on her face when she is happy. Just not today. read more

After picking my car rental at the airport, I made my way to the hotel. Originally, I had thought about hitting a Target. Instead, I saw this Starbucks and decided to get a beverage. The cafe is in a small plaza away from Target. I backed into a parking spot and went into the cafe. I was greeted by two baristas. It wasn't too busy. I ordered a grande iced unsweetened green tea. I then eyed the red velvet loaf and ordered it. The male barista said that it wasn't that good. I appreciated his honesty. He said that it just ran out of a cheese pastry, which sounded heavenly! I let him know that we don't have the red velvet loaf at Starbucks in Canada. He then added that perhaps I'd like it. Folks here are friendly. I got my order fairly fast and walked to my car. This cafe does not have a drive-thru. I ate my red velvet loaf as I drove. It was yummy and moist. The drink helped wash the loaf down. If I'm back in this area, I'd definitely revisit this cafe. Never have I ever had a sub par drink at Starbucks until I came here. This is my regular location. There are Consistent mistakes. Vanilla cold brew with cold foam and no vanilla, what is this? Mocha with where my whip cream? Very slow service here. read more

I've ordered this at other locations including this one and I've never had the problem of having powder at the bottom of my drink like this. After addressing the issue kindly with the barista there was an attitude. As an ex barista there's no reason to have an attitude. I wouldn't had an issue because mistakes are going to be made, but since there was a bratty attitude you should know how to make an order right, If you don't like your job just say so. read more

I am a huge fan of Starbucks My place of go to in San Diego the baristas know my order so well! I always order a green tea matcha latte hot with soy and no foam. Reason for no foam is I will usually get 1/3 of the latte and rest is foam which I'm paying almost 5 dollars for foam which is not enjoyable ! The barista at this location was not a big fan of me when I received my order which consist of the green tea matcha full of foam I asked her if she could remove the foam and to my surprise copied an attitude threw the ladle in the sink and with a negative body language "ok I will make you another one due to she saw joe much foam was in the first cup !! Well I did receive the second drink which made no difference ' o suppose every baristas has a style to prepare drinks and she just didn't know how to prepare this drink as if I was putting her at an inconvenience ! Not a fan of this place read more

Seems like the girl with black hair and glasses is a constant drawback of this place according to many reviews here and on google. For my personal experience, she started the order with an insult saying that she can't understand what I'm saying. Even though I was speaking in perfect English, for her and her pigeon brain, it must have been a hard task. Funny thing is the blonde girl next to this chimpanzee instantly noticed what my order was and started making my drink. When the blonde barista (the only proper worker in this starbucks location) finished making my drink, this black haired girl carried my order at where I was sitting. But no, even that was too difficult for her. She had to insult me again for supposedly "making" her walk to the table I was at, even though they never asked my name nor announce the finished order. If the store manager is reading this, please fire her. It's for your own benefit. Even a random high school kid would be more mannered and professional. Incompetence can be fixed with reeducation and training. An attitude can't; only a life changing experience can change that. read more

I give three stars not because the people working there aren't friendly or that my drink wasn't made wonderfully, but that they closed super early. We were actually kicked out of Starbucks at 10 p.m. I guess you know you're not in Dallas anymore when you get kicked out at 10 p.m. of a coffee shop. Large location, so great for meeting a small group. Small espresso bar, so I imagine the mornings may be a little slow. read more

My experience,Was a great experience with a young lady by the name of Deja great customer service this young lady had a line full of people more than eight she was very professional very very well trained in how to work under pressure that was the most experience young lady I have seen in a Starbucks she handled it with grace very respectful to her customers even under pressure and I just wanna take the time to thank her.. read more

I was always cautious of getting iced green tea latte because they never mix it well. So I tried my luck and asked the lady nicely to please mix/blend/froth (whichever) the drink before she puts in the ice. She said nicely, okay! I'll mix it well for you. And when the drink came out she yelled out, "two grande iced green tea latte, stirred very very VERY VERY WELL!" When she said that, it sounded somewhat sarcastic with attitude. And when I picked up my drink, sure enough, there was a thick layer of matcha powder on the bottom. So, we went up to her and asked her nicely if she could mix it for us better. She then proceeded to snatching the drink out of my friend's hand, dumped the drink with attitude, and said kind of rudely, "I'll remake it for you." When she remade it, it was very bland and she had blended it with little ice, which probably made it bland. This was not a pleasant experience. I know other places when I get iced green tea latte, they do not mix it very well either, but this time it was ridiculous. Anyways, I will not be coming here again, not just because of the drink but because of the service as well. read more

There were five people behind the counter and me and another customer in line. None of them acknowledged our presence. Paul was closest to the register and didn't look up. I figured out the secret and thought I would update anyone who is a fan of the chai tea latte. Don't let them add water! In my opinion, it's much better without water. Most Starbucks that I have been to do not typically put water in the chai latte, but this location does. read more

I know that they are expensive but for whatever reason we still indulge. I have pondered before wether to eat or buy a green tea frappacino and Starbucks has been my lunch. Sunday mid morning and I've been waiting on my iced caramel macchiato (skinny/upside down) for going on 15 minutes now. I'm cannot comment on the quality of the drink yet but either way it prompted me to type out a review. The staff was not mean but they also didn't do a good job of greeting myself or any other customer that came in. I stood in line and wasn't even asked how I could be helped when it was my turn. I calmly placed my order and then stepped away. No thank you - but they did ask my name, so I guess they have that going for them. Overall, this was a very slow paced location and I'm thankful it isn't my day to day location. Restaurant presence: dirty windows & tables. Low on napkins and complementary items in the coffee bar area. read more

i LOVE Starbucks but HATE this location. They run out of everything, have poor customer service and just need some better employees. I refuse to order ahead to this location because they dont have an up to date list that states they are out so you are charged and then takes them 30mins to give the money back. Although i am 4 mins from this location i would prefer to just wait until i am closer to the Park Lane location to order my items. They need to go to that location that handles WAY MORE customers to learn a thing or two. read more

Came here because I had a free drink coupon but for some reason it didn't seem to register in the system. However, The barista in front (I believe here name was Becky) still honored the coupon and I got my drink. However there was an issue, I had ordered a passion tea lemonade but the Barista told me they had just ran out of lemonade, but she suggested me to try it out with cool lime instead and it was even better than the lemonade. Both staff members were extremely nice and enthusiastic! I'll cry back just for their service! read more

The people are friendly, and they've always gotten my order right. I have no issue with the quality or the people, but every time I'm there I have to wait about 10 minutes to get my coffee.
