As a golden retriever, I love starting my mornings with a ride in the car, especially when it's with Mom's boyfriend heading to 151 Coffee to surprise her with her favorite drink-- large West Coast, light ice. The energy here is so fun, and I can tell it makes both of them happy, which makes me happy too. But let's talk about the pup cups. They're okay, but honestly, I'm not a fan of how they come in coffee cup lids. It gets messy on the ride home because I prefer to enjoy my treat in peace, not in the car. Dutch Bros definitely has better pup cups, but I can't argue with how much Mom and her boyfriend love 151's coffee. Overall, I enjoy the vibe, and the car rides are the highlight of my morning, but I really wish they'd upgrade the pup cups to be more dog-friendly. This was my first time to this small chain of coffee shops. I loved the variety of the drink menu. Our drinks were tasty and even with several cars in line everything moved really fast. It was really nice that they follow a similar drive thru process to chic fil a that they have people go up to your car and get your order while you wait. Loved the staff, they were all friendly and its located right off i35. My favorite is The Islander with a little bit of everything: coconut, white chocolate, and macadamia nut. The Irish Sin is also a hit! I tried my friends chocolate mocha and its not my kinda thing ( I do not really like chocolate) but its great. All the drinks were pretty large for $4.20 each a medium which is plenty! Quick, tasty, great location, great people, what more can you ask for!? read more

Then add the fact they throw out the elevator music and you are jammin' from placing your order to receiving the most awesome and delicious coffee ever!!! Please, please try the Irish Cream coffee. The people at this 151 Coffee are officially my favorite people in Texas. I have been unemployed for over two months, now, but today I FINALLY got two interviews! I slipped by 151 as a personal treat (and to try one of their infused energy drinks because I could certainly use the help). I shared the news with the wonderful girl taking my order - I genuinely didn't know her, but I know the infectious energy that surrounds each and every employee and I wanted just a little bit of that seeping into me for extra luck and encouragement today. She gave me my drink for free. She just... said it was on the house and "You got this!" And what do I do? I started CRYING! I have no idea if any other 151 is specifically staffed and trained to be so thoughtful, fun and generous, but I have never received anything less EVERYTIME I've been here. Today just... just caught me off guard, even though I really should have expected it by now. I have gone through so much the last few weeks and this unexpected generosity just broke me a little. Thank you so so so much. To the managers that cultivate such an amazing culture at this place. To the employees that smile and laugh and make me feel like I'm not only at a party every time I visit, but that I'm at a party with a bunch of my best friends. The coffee is delicious - so smooth and rich, not the burnt/acidic flavor Starbucks sometimes has - and they have tons of sugar-free syrup options and generous sizes (32 ounces!). The whole vibe is so fun, the girls at this location are all so sweet and helpful; they always come out to the cars so even the longest lines move really quickly. Went to this location this morning (have been here before and it was great-super fast and attentive like all the other locations) and sat in line for far too long. Why? Because the employees just stood there talking to whoever they knew in this car. We had a whole line behind us and they just stood there talking like they didn't have work to do. My husband physically had to get out of the car, to go up to the door to order our drinks. This place is pretty incredible! The staff is super friendly and hype! The menu is extensive with a ton of different options for whatever you're in the mood for. I ordered the cinnamon dulce and it was made with love when I tell you this drive thru line was wrapped around the building, I'm not exaggerating. They had to use the parking lot to move cars through. Not only is it organized, the line went fast from what I could see. I decided to come sit on the patio which is enormous! I went to this location EVERY SINGLE DAY of this recent trip That should be a decent indicator of how much I enjoyed 151's coffee product(s). Came to this place for my first time today, I have always heard good things about it, but had to try it for myself. I order a iced vanilla latte with oat milk, it was very good not too sweet.
