I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, and once again, I wanted to step out and try something different. I'm not sure if I'm just spoiled and accustomed to the way Starbucks prepares their drinks, but I still can't seem to find a liking for DB. This location has great customer service and was very clean, and tidy. Lonely Ghost Chai: (Chai Tea, Cherry & 2% Milk w/ Soft Top® & Cinnamon Sprinks) When I had this in the past (somewhere else), the cherry was only in the foam, and it worked perfectly. With this drink, I felt like I was drinking a cup of milk with added flavoring and cinnamon foam. Unfortunately, the taste of the cherry syrup leaves an aftertaste. I will not get this again, nor will I suggest this to others. A lot of people rave about DB, but those people are also coffee drinkers. I'm not a fan of coffee, but I do enjoy Chai's, London Fog's, etc. I'm not going to give up on DB. I believe they have a drink or maybe a few of them that'll hit the spot. First time trying Dutch and we were hooked. The line seemed long when we pulled up but it went so fast. A girl came out and took our order before we ever got to the window. We ordered a cocomo. A coffee with added coconut and it was yummy. They even gave my Jackson a "pup cup". Line was long but went fast, coffee was tasty, price was decent and attitude was vibing. Overall will definitely hit it up again soon. That's a 4 from me, and that's like 5 because I rarely give a 5. Good job guys ! read more

Making my way through all the Dutch Bros around! My little brother came in town so I had an even better excuse to find myself back in a Dutch Bros drive-thru. He's a big lover of coffee and had just been telling me about all the $$$ he spends at one of his favorite coffee places in Long Beach. I was like "that's nuts, you need a Dutch Bros!" A Monday around 12:15pm is a pretty busy time here -- I suppose everyone could use a midday boost, whether it's from caffeine or sugar or just a nice dopamine rush from treating yourself to something tasty. Anyway, I'm always impressed by how fast the drive-thru line moves, so don't let a line deter you. We ordered 3 medium drinks, all iced: The Annihilator, The Golden Eagle, and The Cocomo (quad shot)-- each entirely delicious and under $15 for all 3. You can get most any coffee drink iced, hot, or as a "freeze." I love the prices here and the staff is super sweet and so efficient, mostly college-aged kids. read more

We constantly get free beverages. Their customer service (at all locations) is spot on! We discovered our love for Dutch Bros when in vacation in Oregon. Absolutely fell in love on our first visit! It was our family treat every time we went to Oregon, Washington or California. We made daily stops! Slowly Dutch Bros has expanded to Texas and we no longer have to catch a flight for this treat! Dutch Bros are popping up on every corner! And I have been a committed and faithful Starbucks drinker for decades, but they're just not doing it for me anymore. Dutch Bros has a ton of options and flavors so you can create any drink you want. They also carry seasonal drinks for longer than Starbucks. My new favorite is a German Chocolate Cold Brew. My 3 year old's favorite is a Not So Hot Cocoa. Once I got him a soda for fun and he really loved it. I love that Dutch Bros is kid friendly because you know how little ones always want to steal your drinks. Here have your own for under $3. And of course the customer service is impeccable. I've never had a bad experience at any location.
