Still so good!!!! Today, the ap was turned off so I was concerned I would be sitting there for a long time. However, I was wrong as the team was working very hard and quick as they could :) There were, unfortunately, bees by the window and they had it blocked which is why I asked if the workers were okay. They said they were, just didnt want anyone to get stung or have allergic reactions. Super sweet crew! And our beverages were perfect! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Adorable broista entrance - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

See all

I love Dutch Bros. Wished they had a location that was on my way to work. When I'm looking for smooth and creamy coffee, this is my go-to. Their coffee is not overly sweet, which is just the way I like it. If you have not already, I would download the Dutch Bros app. It's super convenient to look at their menu while waiting in line. I'm always checking their seasonal menu to see what's the latest. You will find fun drinks like "birthday cake" with festive sprinkles; they even have popping boba. The weather is still warm outside, but I had to get my fall vibes on with the caramel pumpkin brûlée latte. The other perk with the app is that you can get a birthday reward. Unlike at Starbucks, I didn't go the day of my birthday, but was still able to claim the reward about two days later. You can also load money on the app, and conveniently pay through there. I showed up at the drive thru around lunchtime on a weekday, and my barista made my drinks very quickly. I'll be back. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Caramel pumpkin brûlée latte - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Dutch Bros has a fun vibe and I like it, but the drinks are a bit too sweet for my taste. The flavors are good and the service is always friendly, but I usually have to ask for less sugar. Still a good spot if you like sweet drinks, just not ideal if you prefer something less sugary. read more

Ordered at 9:30 for 9:45 pick up. By 9:57 it still wasn't ready. There were 10 other people standing around waiting. - one had been waiting over 40 minutes. Bc I had somewhere to be at 10, I told them I couldn't wait any longer and to credit my account. They told me they couldn't cancel my order and I'd have to EMAIL someone. Ridiculous. I want this order credited and all my "Dutch bros" cash returned. With several other coffee shops in the area I won't be back. read more

My new favorite go to for all my frozen drinks... Make sure to download the app to see full menu and get rewards I've already had 4 free drinks!!! The freezes are Frappuccinos and the Frost are shakes. I'm trying to go down the entire menu however it's a lot to choose from. The frozen lemonade is awesome as well... We just drove past and they are not too far from Dunkin however they are far better than Dunkin and Starbucks in my opinion... Their customer service is on the same level as Chick-fil-A so even better to grab a drink and chat it up with the Mafia Team as they call it! Drinks I recommend; White Zombie Frost Bob Marley Frost Dragon Egg Frost Picture Perfect Freeze Tiger Blood frozen lemonade Anything with Caramel lol read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - This is a medium Picture Perfect Freeze - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I had never been to Dutch Bros before but they opened up near me and I decided to give it a try. We ordered a "Flap Jack" blended coffee drink and a "Snickerdoodle" mocha. They were fantastic. They use Torani syrups and their concoctions are delicious. I can't wait to go back and try all their combinations as well as some non coffee drinks, too! A huge variety of flavor options. It is a chain and they have a rewards app as well! The people in the drive thru were so kind and friendly, and though they had a line, it moved SUPER quick. Oh, and the lemon poppy muffin top!? So moist and delicious. Can't wait to come back to try everything else! read more

When I tell you I love this location... I was having a bad morning last week and the Cami wow my experience.. I was in tears cause I needed that moment frfr... this location is freaking phenomenal and I never go no where else... that 7am-9am staff is top tier.. I wish knew everybody name so I can personally shot the out.. read more

This was one of the nicest locations I've been to, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. My drink was also perfect, I'm usually a Starbucks regular but I will have to start going to Dutch more often! read more

Only been here once but my drink was very very tasty. I had to wait a couple of minutes but the guy at the drive through was having full conversation with me which I like because I hate not being acknowledged at a drive through window because my order isn't ready lol. All my friends have said nothing but positive things about this new location. Coming back like today read more

Hannah was so helpful and kind, helping navigate menu, which is new to us as we just moved berry, very good customer service read more

Service is habitually slow. You could chance it by walking up and ordering instead of sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes...but it's still a dice roll. Recommend going somewhere else if you value your time! Update: Got order at 46 minute mark. Casually asked the employee at the window what took so long and she said they only had two employees working inside today. Not good. read more

I love them! Dutch Bros staff is super friendly 100% of the time. The Grasshopper is delicious in all forms. As a Freeze or a Frost. Yum and yum. And I highly recommend downloading the app to your phone so you can see the entire menu. They have so much to choose from. Thank you for coming to town Dutch Bros! read more

I love this coffee franchise! Their coffee is the perfect blend of not too bitter and not too strong. Every time I visit this location, the staff are always friendly and service is quick. I've tried their Dutch classic (Annihilator with oat milk and on another occasion with almond milk). Both times it was made well. Prices are fair for portion sizes compared to another well-known super popular franchise in the US (who we shall not name lol). One more thing to note is that their rewards program through their app is pretty awesome. You can earn free stickers for you kiddos and also free drinks after purchasing a certain number through the app. It truly is great for frequent visitors! If you're in the area, give 'em a try. I don't think you will be disappointed! :-) read more

Sat in line for 34 minutes with only 6 cars ahead of me. Couldn't get out of the line because cars in front and back of me. At the 25 minute mark the "manager" came out to take orders. By the time only two cars were ahead of me we had to leave because I was already late dropping my daughter at school and for work. The manager said the reason it's taking over 6 minutes a car is because they're short handed. We noticed that walk up customers were getting their drinks within a couple minutes. If that's the case, have an exit lane so people who can't wait over 30 minutes can get out of line. And/or let customers know the real wait time. Torturous and unacceptable. Maybe learn from Starbucks and Chick-fil-A on time management. You lost another customer. read more

Do the baristas taste what they make? Because the drinks I ordered were not good if I wanted a black coffee I would have ordered one.

I've been going to Dutch bros for years. Long before they arrived in Texas. This location is the SLOWEST location I have ever been too. Easily 25+ minute wait for your one drink. Let's try less talking to cars and more people making drinks. read more

I did not enjoy my drinks from here at all, but I'm giving 3 stars because the service was really great. Every employee I spoke with was super friendly, respectful of allergies, and willing to make the situation right. I had originally ordered two cold brews with light ice, one with syrup and one black for my husband. I tried both of them and they were so watery, it was like sugar water. I went back around and they refunded me and even offered to make me a free drink! I got a hot drink, the annihilator, and it was ok. I am still just very disappointed in the quality of their cold brew. I will probably return to try an espresso beverage iced and give them another shot. I recommend this place for a decent espresso drink and wonderful service but if you are a cold brew fan you're better off going elsewhere! read more

Great coffee, service, and people. Nitro cold brew is my favorite & definitely works wonders if you have long work days sugar free coffee options is always a bonus read more

Fast and Friendly Service. Delicious Drinks. Pup Cups! The crew really makes the visit different because of their awesome energy starting with the order takers outside and then the personal interaction at the window. I'm so grateful for the attentive and friendly service! I really appreciate the associate at the window. She repeated my order, communicated what I was waiting on, asked if I needed a drink carrier, kept the window open, the baristas behind her shared eye contact and smiled.... Everything just went so perfectly well and I hope y'all keep up because that was some amazing service. I ordered 4 different drinks, freeze, iced, hot... less than 5min wait during a "5pm rush". read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Golden Eagle Freeze & Blue Rebel - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I love your Kicker Iced Latte. Its my go-to. But i wish you do order ahead or app order so i dont have to allocate 30 mins for a coffee. The drive-thru is extraordinary slow. read more

A newer location so understandably slow, but Dutch bros needs to pick it up. Every location takes an average 20-30 minutes for drive through. Your customer loyalty would skyrocket if you fixed these locations. read more

I went by the drive thru and Josh B. Was taking order and it was truly a pleasure to interact with him. He was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely keep coming by. read more

Pulled in at 2:01 on a Sunday. Didn't pull out until 2:48!!! I am typically a very patient and understanding person. But 47 minutes for coffee??? They really need to figure this out. Doubt I will ever go back unless there are only 1 or 2 cars in line. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love me some Dutch bros, but this location specifically needs to work on their time management for their drive thru. I have never waited 30+ minutes in a drive thru in my life and definitely never at a Dutch bros. Every other location is timely and the line goes by quickly. I am not planning on coming back to this one unfortunately. Pretty ridiculous save your time and go somewhere else. read more

Awful. Avoid at all costs. If you have an hour to waste in line for an average drink, have at it. How is this place even open? To make it even more laughable, they ask for a tip when you place your order. Before you realize you're going to sit in their inescapable drive thru line for at least 25-30 minutes. read more

The coffee is good and the staff is nice but HOLY CRAP the wait is not worth it. There's an attempt at the Chick-fil-A style ordering that many drive-thru places are trying to imitate. This one missed the mark. read more

The line moved slowly but the drinks came out quick once I ordered. They adjusted my drink flawlessly. Friendly staff.

If you want to wait in line FOREVER this is the place it go! You just serve drinks....why did I have to wait in line so long! You should look at letting people pay and tip at the window so they don't tip first expecting speedy service and waiting over 10 minutes for a drink. Overall very disappointed with my first (and likely last) experience here. read more

Literally always takes absolutely forever, never seem to have any motivation to keep the line going and quicken the pace. It's rather frustrating because the drinks are decent but the time it takes to get the drink makes me want to drive two minutes in either direction to get Dunkin or Starbucks. I'd return if they could speed it up. read more

Dutch Bros coffee is really good actually! I got the mocha whatever the full name is and it has German Chocolate and coconut. Being someone who normally always gets a mocha from Starbucks this was surprisingly better. The only thing I did not like was how rushed I felt. It was my first time and I felt like I was ordering at McDonald's. They do a Chick-fil-A style ordering and come up to your window to take your order. I asked to see a menu and got told " I'm pretty much a walking talking menu, what do you like?" Now most ppl are simple that way, but especially at a new place I like to see everything that's offered to make a choice on what to get since I always get something different. Since I was rushed I only got one small coffee thing, and I don't even remember what the name of this coffee I got even is since I was so rushed. Normally when trying a new place, I would've tried multiple diff things. The coffee is good, the style of them coming out to take orders is fine but they really need to have a menu for us to look at and give us time to make a choice. Not everyone likes talking on and on about what to order. I'd rather just see a menu... read more

Great service and coffee. Always have a good experience at this stand and can't recommend the cold brew enough! Add soft top to your cold brew it's top notch. read more

Love this location! The drinks are always perfect and the employees are always super nice!

I had to give at least a one star. I do not recommend coming here. You sit in line for so long and they don't even take you in the order you come in. I'm sitting here as the vehicles that got here after me get their orders taken. You have so many employees working on the inside and one outside taking orders. Friendly employees but the service is horrible! Starbucks isn't even this bad. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Waited 25 mins for a plain cold brew coffee. Our orders were taken ahead of time through a person outside with an iPad. That said person goes inside (assuming to help) and I waited 25 mins for drink after ordering. Absolutely crazy! What is going on inside that tiny little coffee store. I have no clue, but I rather just order my Starbucks on the app and pick it up. So much more convenient. read more

The coffee is good but they are ridiculously slow.... There were a total of 3 people at the walk up window including myself and it took over 20 minutes to get any of our drinks... read more

While I love Dutch bros, this location is the one I avoid. The line takes way to long for a couple of drinks. This is ridiculous. Please stop the window conversation and just give us our orders. read more
