I asked for a cappuccino and got this amazing set up with mineral water! They always go above and beyond and are so friendly. Plus I love the ambiance. There's also a play area in a semi private section.

Been coming here for 3 years! It was already cute & amazing, but they just did the Cutest remodel! LOVE this little hole in the wall. EVERYTIME I walk in it feels like a warm hug. Ambiance is wonderful, staff are friendly and welcoming. Tons of seating! Even have an outdoor area out back. I've loved everything I've ever ordered. Excellent little coffee shop doing big things for the community. #supportlocal

Desperately looking for a good cup of coffee--sorry starbucks--and came across this gem. The atmosphere is calm, seems like a wonderful place to sit and work. Got two orders and both were absolutely delicious. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and helpful. Our drinks were ready really quick! We are just in town visiting, and hope to be back tomorrow--but will definitely return on our next visit.

I had the Carmel Macchiato and it is absolutely the best I have had! Not too sweet with nothing but good flavor! The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful! Good place to work from your laptop and has a great relaxed ambiance! I only wished that I lived closer to this coffee shop!

Packed house; enjoyjng my drip coffee from the parking lot.

Two days later we enjoyed the chicken fried steak for dinner, which was the best. The cook was amazing, staff was so very welcoming (Maria) and the atmosphere said Stockyards all over it! These were good, although the cheesy bread was a bit too salty. We shared the following and it was enough for us. The ribeye and chicken fried steak are particularly big. - Ribeye: 16 oz, and it was tougher than I'm used to in NYC but I wonder if that's the TX style? The sauce was good, and not overpowering, and the string beans/cauliflower along with the mashed potatoes were good too. - Country fried steak: the crispy breading and steak itself was good. The gravy was good too but it was missing something - more salt or something to offset. I ate this with their signature pepper sauce which helped. - Calf fries: testicle, but if I didn't know, I don't know that I would have caught on. Similar to the CFS, it needed something to add to the flavor besides the gravy. - Large salad: a basic spring mix with a balsamic vinaigrette

She was so inviting friendly, great conversationalist, and knowledgeable. You could tell that she loved working at the post. Having a bartender like her guarantees that I will come back and I want to bring everyone here. Greeting - when I first entered it appeared that a server was at the host stand, and she was so inviting even when I said I was just going to sit at the bar. How you get greeted at a restaurant is your first impression and every single person made me feel welcome especially coming in as a party of one. The drinks are absolutely phenomenal and it looks like they have performances quite often as band members were coming in to get set up for a performance. Bloody's were very good. Not sure what was in the pitcher, but they were not made by pouring out of a bottle of Zing Zang. (which I do like btw) This is in a very rustic, hastily put together space, and now that the problem child is gone. it is time for some upgrades and a makeover - as John has suggested. You have your proof of concept, now just dress it up. A suggestion on the sound. It was pretty much inaudible upstairs. I could hear that ya'll were talking - just very hard to make out the words. Which was a shame because I really wish I could have made out the Q&A Session better. I saw speakers everywhere - they just were not sending words to me. Not sure if it was better downstairs.

From what I understand the establishment is under New Ownership. Management, from my experience is killing it. The menu has a lot of options and literally everything wa appealing. I'm a Wing guy so that was a given. Big Wings cooked and seasoned perfectly served with what might be the best hand cut Onion Rings I had in a long time. If I remember there were like five flavors and I'm sure there was no bad choice on flavors. There is also a Steakhouse from what I'm told serves a very good Rib Eye. I should also mention the Burgers were said to be the best around. The Bartender Jennifer was very nice and made some tasty Cocktails. They also had a very good selection of Beers and some that seemed to be Texas favorites lol. I had a chance to talk to the Manager Reggie who was a nice guy. It's off the beaten path but as I said a great place to go to get away for a few Hours. Next time I'm in Fort Worth I'll probably go again. Especially if I find a business that Rents Bikes. Still thinking about those Wings. Lol. Yallhollatchaboy'.
