So glad we did. We walked in and we were instantly greeted and I'm assuming they could tell we were new to the whole process so they gladly explained the menu and such. Ernest was so friendly and personable, definitely a breath of fresh air when you can tell someone enjoys their job. I ordered the Captain America Tea the Cookies-n-Cream Protein Shake and my boyfriend got the Tigers Blood Tea and the White Chocolate Snickers Protein Shake. Of course we sampled each other's. All four items we ordered were perfection, it didn't feel like I was getting anything with a ton of artificial flavors in it. Very impressed with the whole experience. The price seems kinda steep but when you taste the quality of ingredients they use you won't even think twice about it. The decor was fresh and the place was very clean. The ice is that super finely shaved ice with its perfect texture and they have a ton of flavors. I always get a small and it's plenty for me, and they serve each snow cone with a yummy gummy frog. A small is only $3 and worth it to me. You can also add a scoop of ice cream for extra. They also serve smoothies, soft tacos, quesadillas, paninis, and grilled cheese sandwich, all of which are served for a decent price. I've only ordered the grilled cheese (basic but for $3 it's enough for me and comes with a pickle) and snow cones, but I always make the effort to come down when this food truck comes to work to try more flavors.
