I will give it another shot sometime, but the one time I did try the line was SO LONG because the service was slow, took like 30 minutes to get through to the window, and then was not particularly impressed with the coffee. I love the coffee and lemonades, and most of the girls are super sweet. I'll say that they tend to sometimes rush when you're trying to order for yourself and a car full of kids. I also wish that they would ask if you have checked in to the clover app before taking our payment. The first time the girl was unapologetic when I handed her my money and told her I checked in. She said I had to tell her before I paid her.. which I did because she had literally just taken my payment. The second time I had to check in with her, I checked in before handing her my card, she said ok.. then nothing changed on my phone so I said it again and she said I had to tell her first.. she handed me a punch card this time, but seriously it's super frustrating that they don't ask and she clearly doesn't listen. The big solution would just have them be required to ask if we have checked in. read more
