Staff was a tentative and extremely courteous. I asked for something that was not on the menu. I was explained it's not normal, but we would like to accommodate you. For this type of Asian meal, I have a lot of friends from this country in which this type of food is a regular in their household. I will be returning with my family again. We were all very satisfied with our choices

I'm wavering between 3 and 4 stars. On the one hand, the chicken wings were large and tasty, even though our server did not know what the "signature" flavor is. FYI, it's a dry rub. Thuy had the Vermicelli Noodle Bowl, with pork. She gave it an "OK" and that the nuoc cham (dipping sauce made with fish sauce, nuoc man) was not quite to her liking. It had no acidity, lime/vinegar was missing. I ordered the beef pho, with meatballs and beef. When it was delivered, our server said they are out of meatballs, so I got extra beef. Pho was OK, a very light on the expected flavors (cinnamon, star anise, clove, ginger, etc.). Made us wonder if they might be using a pho soup base (cot pho)? It's a cute place inside, with a mural depicting a Vietnamese street food scene. Oh, and as the name implies, they have a large menu of boba options. The to go business for boba was quite brisk. Boba is not out thing, so we did not indulge. One last thing, at least for the chicken wings. The price on the menu, $12.95 was not what we were charged, $11.95. It was less, so no big deal. *** First YELP review of 2025 ***

What a gem! My sister brought me here for lunch with our kiddos. The inside is very bright and welcoming. We were told to sit where we wanted. Each table has napkins, chopsticks, spoons, packaged silverware, soy sauce, chile oil, hoisin sauce, and sriracha. Everything you need is easily accessible. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. She kept our waters full and brought our appetizers out pretty quickly. We ordered a spring roll, order of 3 egg rolls, and the truffle fries. Everything was flavorful and delicious. As our main dishes we ordered beef pho & chicken pho. I personally had the beef pho. The broth is one of the best I have had. So many layers of flavors, plenty of meat and noodles. All the veggies were fresh. What a great meal!! I am sad that I'll have to make a bit of a drive to get this delicious meal again but it's well worth it! Highly recommend for your pho cravings!

We visit at least 3 times a month. The Pho is as authentic as you can get. Service is good. The have Ban Mi and fried rice and Boba as well. Lots of room in the dining room for families.

We drive up from Granbury to have this wonderful Pho!! We've tried many places in the area and this one is the best!!! Many places serve their pho with too much sugar...it's sweet, but not here! This pho is savory and delicious!!! The Korean short ribs are A++++ they are meaty and delicious! The fried rice is the best I've had! They serve boba tea and smoothies and they are fabulous! The service is GREAT!! They are friendly and accommodating! It's a casual, clean little place to have a great lunch or dinner!! Love it!!

Nice mural on the wall inside.

We found this place online and decided to give them a try when we saw pics of the Vietnamese Sandwiches on their postings. So glad we did, the sandwiches were excellent. Also ordered a plate of chicken and noodles, equally excellent. Highly recommended you give them a try. FYI: sign says they're closed on Tuesdays.

Loved it! This place has been open about a week. Facebook reviews have been very favorable. We tried it on a Wednesday night around 5:15 pm. The place was half full. Good news for us. Our server was on us as soon as we came in the door. She escorted us to a table, handed us menus and brought our water. She was very pleasant. The 2 of us ordered as follows: - Spring Rolls with Shrimp - Stir Fry Noodles with Shrimp - Pho Beef, small Wow - all the food was great as was the service. Love that Bobacane is only 10 minutes from our home. I look forward the trying the Korean BBQ Short Ribs, the Banh Mi and more.

Picked up the chicken vermicelli bowl for lunch today and a small beef pho so I'd have something for dinner. The chicken was seasoned well and had that great char grill flavor! It was delicious! Love this little gem in our town. The owner Andy is always behind the counter greeting you with a smile!

Amazing food! So good, yall. We also had really good service which is rare at a pho restaurant. The restaurant was clean and I loved the tvs showcasing all the food. The drinks were good too! Happy to have a place like this is Weatherford!

I always love supporting what appears to be a family owned and operated restaurant. Place is nice and clean and the atmosphere is comfortable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Those looking for a more traditional pho experience won't be disappointed but they will feel the pho offering is good, but conservative; like to appeal to their average clientele. The broth is not as bold with flavors I am used to with more traditional pho (again probably due to the target market) and the proteins are definitely limited. For example, no tendon which is my all-time pho-avorite. Haven't tried everything they have to offer yet but based just on the pho, I say 4/5. Everything else is 5/5 for me. Overall a good experience and would definitely recommend to others. Not the most traditional

Beef pho had no flavor. Had to doctor it up to eat or it tasted bland. Not impressed. Maybe I'll try something else.

The restaurant itself felt clean, spacious, and relaxed, which I always appreciate for a pho spot. Nothing overly trendy or complicated.. just a simple place where you can sit down, slow your day a little, and enjoy a warm bowl of soup. I ordered pho and really liked how light and clean the broth tasted. It didn't feel overly salty or heavy, which made it easy to keep going back for another spoonful. The noodles were soft without being mushy, and the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeño on the side helped bring everything together nicely. It had that balanced, comforting quality I usually hope for when ordering pho. The Vietnamese iced coffee was also a nice little highlight for me. Smooth, sweet, and strong enough to feel satisfying without being too much. Overall, this felt like a solid neighborhood spot for a casual Vietnamese meal. It may not be the flashiest place, but it felt warm, unfussy, and genuinely enjoyable.. which honestly goes a long way. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the mood for something simple, fresh, and comforting.

ThaiBinh's totally vegan menu looks delicious. Every item has a photo and although I only have appetizer photos, our entrees were just as tasty looking. My favorite edible, though, was the battered and fried eggplant half moons with garlic and green onion ($8). The creamy interior in juxtaposition to the crunchy exterior was dynamite! I could order that again and again. Equally pleasing was the crunchy rice paper wrapped Spring Roll ($8). I'm sure the protein choice makes a little difference from roll to roll. We had the vegan chick'n. It was a good flavor component. We noticed that there are a number of new items (for us). I ordered the spaghetti noodles in garlic sauce with cilantro and I picked Oyster Mushroom as my protein ($16). In retrospect, this is a dish I would take home and add more veggies to. Which is what I did do with the leftover. The portion is generous and delicious; it's just a lot of pasta to mushroom. My husband ordered a side of broccoli ($8) and somehow he also ordered this enormous mound of seasoned brown rice with it. It was too much even for two people. We took most of that home as well. And still, exactly as I remember him, Chef/Owner ThaiBinh Ho is friendly and unassuming. He actually remembered me from the first time I wrote a review and asked permission to take his photo. His food reflects his spiritual philosophy and his joy in sharing it with customers at the Desoto Marketplace. There's oodles of parking here with food trucks outside and the food kiosks inside. There are two areas with tables and chairs if you want to dine in and there's picnic tables outside. Since there are other non-restaurant businesses here, too, you can browse while you wait. Restrooms are in the back. There's even a playground if you have small children. Hours are weekday only, Tuesday through Friday with a break in the afternoon.
