Ŵe went there on a Sunday night around 8pm. They must have been really busy earlier, because there was paper trash all over the floor and the trash cans were overflowing. No food spilled, just the paper was everywhere. The food took about twenty minutes to come out. The food itself was tasty - the ribs were cooked to perfection, but the chicken was overcooked. In town for a softball tournament, saw this place and stop in. Sure glad we did, the food is here was so good. This place is must stop, you most definitely won't be disappointed. The salsa bar is nice touch with a good selection of different salsas. The chicken sandwich was fried to perfection. The bun was crispy on the outside nice and center. My favorite the Gorditas so flavorful. The pastor and Tripas. No real words just stop and order them. Lastly the stuffed poblano pepper. The sauce really made the dish. Fantastic Mexican Rotisserie Chicken Spot! This place is a gem! The rotisserie chicken is incredible, and the salsa bar is amazing--so many fresh, flavorful options to choose from. There's plenty of parking, which makes visiting super convenient, there is also a drive thru, and the customer service is phenomenal. The whole restaurant is clean and welcoming. We tried several dishes and loved everything. The barbacoa tacos were packed with flavor--served simply with a side of grilled onions, so you can pile on all your favorite toppings from the salsa bar. We also had the chicken quesadilla, nachos, and tamales--each dish was bursting with flavor. Fire roasted chicken makes the most wonderful aroma in this little place. I had the 3 tacos with rice, refried beans, grilled onions, and a medium drink for $12.99. Very pleasant staff. Clean restaurant. Place orders at the counter then sit at any table. There is a small salsa / condiment bar with tasty toppings. They have cake and flan pre-packaged in individual servings. There is also a small selection of bottled or canned beers. The corn tortillas were filled to the brim with chicken. Each taco had two soft corn tortillas which I separated to accommodate all the chicken. Chicken was a little dry. Refried beans might have been canned. They didn't have a homemade flavor. Rice was also a little dry with not much flavor. The salsas added quite a bit. My meal was as filling as any fast food restaurant. In fact I didn't finish everything. Mainly because I was full. The Asada nachos were cheesy and wonderful, extra thick chips that don't get soggy quickly when adding the huge assortment of salsas!! 1/2 chicken came with beans and rice and tortillas, we added an order of asada nachos, one horchata & one Mexican Coke for $32. Enough left to take home leftovers. Minimum plate price is 11.99 which seems high hut hey it's 2024, and $32 for two is actually a bargain these days! This is a Mexican rotisserie chicken place! They serve a variety of other items as well! The chicken in my opinion was juicy and well seasoned and cooked to perfection! My family was the very first in line for the opening day of this restaurant and although they had a few bumps with us being the first in the drive thru they handled it very well! And we have been back a few times and they are smoothing out the kinks The chicken was moist and quite tasty and the star of the show! The burrito however was mostly rice and a little bit of beans and not enough meat for to justify the price! Although I did finish the plate and the salad! Would have preferred less rice or even none at all! Would I get it again? Maybe with no rice! The tacos were 5 street tacos to the order and came with charro beans and rice! I opted for a mix of chicken and Al pastor tacos! Everything was one point and very tasty! Definitely be back for the chicken and those tacos! The salsa bar is well stocked and had the red (hot) salsa and the green verde (little less hotter) with also was good! The pico de gallo was also well made and tasted good as well! They also had some pickled onions on the bar which were also very good tasting with just a small pop of the vinegar! With them opening a few days ago they still are very busy and you have to be patient with them as they can only cook so much chicken at a time. We ended up waiting awhile tonight but it was so worth the wait! So go check them out I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed read more

Wow! Delicious chicken and sides of bean soup and rice with so many grilled onions have turned us into huge fans of Chicken Pullita. First time visit but not our last. If you enjoy soft juicy rotisserie chicken then this is a must destination. I'd say the spices and marinate give the chicken the flavor bomb of deliciousness. The bean soup was a surprise with both bacon and sliced hotdog (really filling like grandma used to make). There are 3 other locations but this is closest to us. Hubby also ordered the pork ribs and they were soft and meaty and very flavorful, also with lots of grilled onions. Oh and you also receive thin hot corn tortillas and an assortment of yummy hot sauces. The rice was perfection. You must try this new restaurant destination in Weatherford. First time here. I think the food is great. Beans were very flavorful. Once you dress up the chicken in a taco with all the salsa, it's delicious. Chicken isn't overly seasoned, but once you add the fixings, it's similar to pollo regio. Will be back. read more

Came here as a quick stop. But it was the wrong choice. I order on the drive-through and the only thing I saw wrong was that I ask for 2 large drinks and 2 medium and the girl ask me what flavor. When I got to the window I got my ticket and everything on it was wrong (except for the ribs and chilaquiles) . I seen the girl in the window bring out 2 topochicos and when I seen them I said nicely that I didn't order them. She laugh and close the window and went to get the drinks . Then I notice she only put one burrito and ask her if she had added 2 and she got in her register and added the second burrito and told me "yes , I did" . Mind you, I wasn't saying anything bad. I just wanted to get my food and leave. That's considering us not saying anything about the drinks because she charge 2 topochicos for 6.50 each and we were just getting 2large drinks. Then the cook came and gave us our food and was explaining that he put the beans on the side. I was confused because I specifically said 2 burritos with just beans and said it again at the window to the girl. He said "I was listening and it sounded like you said asada" . First of all how is 2 bean burritos with just beans nothing else sound like 2 asada burritos with beans on the side. It make no sense. Still didn't say anything till they came back and gave us our food and he told me that it was my fault because I was the one that said asada burritos . It made me more mad when my partner ask if there was going to be any price difference sense THEY got our order wrong and he said "no, because is not normal that they ask for a bean burrito with just beans, and she was the one who said it". That's when I told him "that's not my fault. She was the one who doesn't know how to do her job." Our total was 62.75 so you best believe I need to make sure my order ir wright . Specially if I have two kids who are hungry . I don't like leaving bad reviews to anyone but when people are this pathetic, then I will. Only complaint and reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 was a 32oz unsweetened tea is $4.00. $4.00!!! I thought $2.50-3.00 at most places was exorbitant. This is robbery. This is our new favorite place!! You walk in and the smell of chicken roasting over a real wood fired rotisserie welcomes you in like a warm hug. The service was excellent. The cashier took our order and then quickly brought our food to our table when it was ready which was less than 10 minutes. The restaurant was also very clean in the eating area and the food prep area. We ordered the half rack of ribs and half a chicken. Both were flavorful and juicy. It also came with tortillas, beans, and rice, and they have a buffet with all the condiments you could want including several types of salsas, lime wedges, chopped onions, and cilantro. The atmosphere feels like stepping into your abuela's kitchen. The smell of the wood fire permeates the air and makes you feel like you're at home. But my favorite things were the absolutely to-die-for beans and the horchata. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT EATING THE BEANS!!!! They are well worth any resulting fragrance you make the day after!!
