We shared a slice of Lemoncello cake for dessert. It was moist and real tasty. I want to call out the service here. It was excellent. Kalee was helpful with the menu, with our orders, with checking in on us. Overall great service. Though we thought our entrees were decent but could be improved, we liked the new space and service a lot, so we'll try other entrees at Zeno's down the line.

We love this bakery and have visited several times over the last 2 years. The cutest bakery ever and always helpful staff. Always consistent, fresh and delicious. Try the chocolate chip, lemon-glazed - and for sure the frosted sugar cookies - my very favorite!. My kids always get cakeballs of different flavors and they're always delicious. My latest awesome finds were the Italian cream cupcakes and the pumpkin bread - which was absolutely amazing! Jeri's bakery has made many cakes for my family, including a wedding cake. Each cake was beautiful and delicious to boot! Jeri's Back Home Bakery is the only bakery we use because we have never been disappointed. Unless you go there yourself you have no idea how adorable the bakery is decorated....and their cookies, cupcakes, and cinnamon rolls are as good as their cakes. read more

I really enjoy Back Home Bakery in Weatherford! They always have a great variety of treats, especially cookies, and their tres leches cake is one of my favorites. I also love their homemade version of a Ding Dong and all the other goodies they offer. Located in the Weatherford Historic Square, it's a charming spot and definitely worth a visit. They offer a wide variety of cookies, and their cakes and pies looked absolutely tempting. We tried a good mix of cookies (more than half a dozen!) and each one tasted homemade and delicious. As for the food, it was good but not extraordinary. My husband and I both went for the half-sandwich combo. I had the chicken salad on homemade white bread with a side of vegetable soup, while he had the turkey club on homemade seven-grain bread, paired with house-made chips. It was all tasty, but nothing to write home about. I wish they offered lattes instead of just filter coffee, but that's just me loving lattes. The service, however, was fantastic. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very patient as I took my time selecting cookies. They really added to the welcoming vibe of the place. I'll definitely be back, mostly for the baked goods and excellent service. Can't wait to try even more cookies next time!
