I went to Pic Coffee today for a networking event. The service was excellent for such a large group of people. I love their lattes with oat milk. Perfectly sweetened with caramel and vanilla syrup. I like it sweet! No bitterness and delicious to the very end. Too bad they only have 1 size, but I guess that's how they make it perfect every time. Such a cute cafe in weatherford! I order the iced matcha with agave and oat milk and it was perfectly sweet. We also tried the sausage breakfast tacos which were delicious and the chocolate chip cookie was soft and chewy, probably one of the best cookies I've ever had. Service was quick and friendly-- I appreciate them showing us what matcha and coffee they use. My friend asked them what roast they use and they were transparent about everything. We loved this little coffee shop in a strip mall. The workers were friendly and kind. We ordered a oat milk decaf latte and a regular coffee. We stayed there about 45 minutes because our flight had been canceled and we needed to book a replacement flight. It was the perfect setting to do so and sip on great coffee. They have couches and chairs and some counter seats by the window and sell some cute trinkets. We would definitely go here again. read more

Coffee- I ordered a cappuccino with whole milk and cinnamon. 10 stars if I could! Keep in mind, this is a traditional cappuccino, not the giant sized ones some places offer. The milk was perfectly textured and the espresso was well-balanced between sweetness and bitterness. Probably one of the best milk-based espresso drinks I've had in a while. Next time I'll probably try their espresso straight. Food- they have a huge selection of baked goods, as well as protein options like quiche and yogurt parfaits. Lots of gluten-free choices. They also have some lunch items. I got a sausage quiche (they also have a veggie) and the pumpkin spice muffin. I would probably do two quiches if you're a breakfast meal person. I don't think one would fill you up. Muffin was soft and had a buttery crispy topping. I actually liked it better without the topping, but that's just me. Staff- super friendly and helpful. Sometimes coffee shops can feel a little pretentious but I didn't have that experience at all here. Smiling faces and warm service. Atmosphere- it's such a vibe, honestly. I love the colors and wood tones. Also nice to have soft, comfy seating options. Blame it on my millennial hipster upbringing, but I could live here haha. read more

I've been eyeballing this coffee shop waiting for it to open and it was well worth the wait. Hands down the best coffee spot in Weatherford and west Fort Worth. I talked with the owner and they make all their syrups in house (I witnessed this at my visit today) as well as all the baked goods and foods. They have a large variety of gluten free and even gf + vegan combination of baked goods which is a nice change of pace from the very limited options at most other places. The vibe is calm and classy, low volumes even when busy, multiple cozy corners to choose from to chill or sit and read or study which is nifty given it's located across the street from Weatherford College. There is a nice display throughout the shop of plants that bring life (literally) to the space. There's a corner of local goods to shop from including Pic roasted coffee beans. I imagine this is on a seasonal rotation as their Christmas display has adorable ornaments for sale. As for the taste, I thoroughly appreciate that they don't overload their drinks with sweetness. Their chai is nice and subtle but in a classic way, the Hedwig's Theme is great hot and iced (I prefer this warm though) and tastes like butterscotch, and their cold brew is smooth and nutty with low acidity and easily enjoyed black. The molasses cookie is soft and fluffy and you can't even tell it's gluten free. It tastes like a mild and less spicy version of a gingerbread cookie and has the softly coated sugar dust on top which leaves you with a feeling of "ahh". On top of all of this, they have high chairs and a basket full of toys as well as a baby changing table in the bathroom, so they are very kid and parent friendly. Parents especially need a caffeine fix while the munchkins are around and Pic Coffee Roasters allow that to happen! This is definitely my new favorite spot. read more

Came in on a Tuesday morning to get an iced americano and some coffee cake. Great depth of flavor in their beans. Baked goods are created in-house. They also have little shelves of artisan goods featuring local entrepreneurs, including aspiring youngsters. Ambience was great...really looking forward to having my next meet-up with my friend here. The tides have changed! I had a wonderful experience! The latte I had tasted delicious. The customer service with lady at the register and the man that made my drink was on point!
