If you know, you know!…read more Miguel hooked me up with what should honestly be on the menu--a secret breakfast taco that's absolutely incredible. It normally comes with chorizo, but the best part is you can substitute it with any of their breakfast meats, so you can customize it however you like. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The combination of ingredients makes for one of the best breakfast tacos I've had, and Miguel's recommendation was spot on. Great food is one thing, but great customer service that makes you feel like an insider takes it to another level. Next time you're here, ask Miguel about the secret breakfast taco. You won't regret it!

I was visiting from out of town Saturday night, and this was my first -- and unfortunately, my only…read more-- time eating here. I ordered the brisket sliders to go, and after taking just one bite, I immediately noticed that the brisket had a very strong chemical-like taste. It was absolutely disgusting, and I was unable to eat the food. I called to report the issue and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the young manager refused to refund the purchase back to my debit card and instead offered to remake the order if I came back to the restaurant. I explained that I was visiting from out of town and was already an hour away. I was not going to drive an hour back just to have an order remade that I had already been unable to eat. I told the manager that, since they were unwilling to issue a refund, I would have to dispute the charge with my bank. His response was that he essentially didn't care. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. When a customer receives food that has an unusual chemical taste and cannot eat it, I would expect the restaurant to take the complaint seriously and make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, both the food and the customer service left a very bad impression. Since this was my first experience here, it will also be my last. I would strongly encourage management to review how situations like this are handled in the future.

Get the Texas Roll it's a lot and a definite win! We also ordered the Shrimp Tonkatsu Ramen soup (enough for 2), and Jalapeño Roll, all really delicious! You order, they give you a flashing pager so you can wait on the benches or in your car. I like that they separate the Ramen ingredients from the broth for to go orders which allowed us to eat some at home and save the rest to be made fresh again later. I know most people would be like us initially and be leery of getting sushi from a food truck but don't be. The wait is about 10-15 minutes so plan ahead. They are very nice, service with a smile. I have no complaints. We were delighted with our order and will be back!
