When she returned, we were ready to order--which is always a minor victory when dining with my youngest grandsons. One of them eats like a champ; the other... not so much. On this visit, hash browns were the sole winner for him. As for me, I went big. I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelet topped with hollandaise sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. The breakfast also came with two large pancakes. The only minor downside was that the pancakes arrived just slightly warm--not hot. I understand they're likely made ahead and held under a heat lamp while the rest of the table's orders are finished, so it wasn't a dealbreaker, and I still enjoyed them.
