My daughter brought me a smoothie today and it was AMAZING! I can't believe this was our first time trying it out. Cannot wait to go in and try their cold pressed juices!

Absolutely Outstanding Dining on the Square - Christina's Never Disappoints!…read moreChristina's has become one of our absolute favorite restaurants in Granbury. The location right on the square is perfect, and the ambiance is warm and inviting, ideal for a special night out or a celebratory dinner. The food is consistently excellent. The Chilean sea bass is a standout, perfectly cooked every time. The seared scallops are wonderful, with a beautiful crust and tender inside. I've had the salmon multiple times and it's always nicely seared on the outside and wonderfully tender and flaky. For appetizers, the pear & Brie crostini is a must-order sweet, savory, and absolutely delicious. Yes, it's a bit on the pricier side, but the quality, presentation, and service more than justify it. This is a busy spot (especially on weekends), so reservations are highly recommended. From start to finish, everything about Christina's feels special. Attentive service, beautiful plates, and food that tastes like it was made with care. If you're in Granbury, make the time to eat here -- you won't regret it. We'll definitely be back again soon!

Being a semi-regular visitor to Granbury, I have always wanted to be able to visit Brew Drinkery,…read moreespecially since I've sampled many, many beers from not just the US, but from everywhere else. My first visit to this location was yesterday, a Wednesday. Two of the people there were the bartender/owner Jacoby, and Mary who was in charge of the selections. Their beer offering was not a printed list, but a list displayed on three big screen TVs. There were 40 taps and only ONE "stable", the Guinness. A few non-Texas beers, but mostly they were Texas crafts. I actually liked that because that was their goal/model. I was able to sample 7 beers I have never tried before. Considering my purchased record at my home store is 707. That being said, if you're looking for a "stable", go next door to The Filling Station. BUT, if you're willing and want to expand your pallette, and you're in town for whatever reason, this is THE place for that. All of their pints are $7-8, a very reasonable price. Came tonight because it was "pint night" featuring Cowtown Beers, four of them. Fired off a flight, enjoyed them all. $10 for all four. Oh yeah, the best part, at least for now, they have the Chimay Cinq Cents on tap for $9.50.

Should've been a clue when we walked in and the booth was filthy and I took my napkin off my appetizer plate and it was covered in a layer of grease. We decided to stay and give it a chance but the Chicken Pasta Primavera I ordered was quite literally chicken noodle soup. There was a puddle of bone broth at the bottom and the noodles were chopped into such short pieces I needed a spoon to eat it. If I was looking for chicken noodle soup I would've probably been okay but chicken primavera is my go-to usually and I've never had one like this:( Service was okay, but the experience as a whole was a major let down.

I ordered the salmon which, when it arrived it was not cooked all the way, and the side of broccoli was hard, look like it hadn't been cooked at all. I also ordered a side of Spinach. It was supposed to be. Sautéed however it was more like that of a spinach salad. I ordered a chicken dish to replace the salmon and it was tough and overcooked. This restaurant is nowhere near as good as Randy's other two locations in town. Disappointing! Our server was polite however the manager never came to our table considering the issues we were having. Won't be back.

It was a busy Friday evening, but that's not surprising considering the location. Being right on Lake Granbury gives Stumpy's a fun, relaxed atmosphere and makes it a great place to hang out with the family. I wasn't overly hungry, but my daughter ordered the Chicken Caesar Tacos, while the boys went with the dependable kid favorites -- chicken fingers and a hamburger. Everyone enjoyed their food, and most importantly, the boys were happy! And just when you think dinner is over, Stumpy's has another temptation waiting -- a sweet-treat section with cookies, baked goods, and ice cream. That certainly gets the attention of two grandsons! Good food, a fantastic lakeside atmosphere, and a very family-friendly place to spend an evening. It had been years since my last visit, but Stumpy's reminded me why it's such a fun Granbury stop. We'll definitely be back!
