the costumer service was the worst I've ever experienced. we got to the store an hour before they close and as we were getting out of the car we saw one of the workers walk over and lock the door right in front of us. after we got back in the car we called to ask why they are closing early and dolce ( the workers name) rudely said "bye" and then hung up when we were simply just asking a question about why they are closing and hour early. We will never be going back there again do to the poor treatment they give to their customers. read more

Recent visit to Stephenville on a Sunday and a quick Yelp search revealed very few ice cream/frozen yogurt options, but Yogurt Delicious popped up so we stopped in. My daughter had a sorbet mix with all the candy toppings!! There were sooo many options! I had the white chocolate with cheesecake cubes and butterfinger sprinkled over. Sooo yummy! It's a typical frozen yogurt stop with the exception that they still use one size cup and weigh it, so my daughter was encouraged to fill it with ALL the goodness - so it was $17 for two of us, and half hers got tossed. It was a mommy-daughter moment though, so it wasn't a bother to me. The service was so-so, there was one lady working and she only came out from the back to check us out & went back to the storage area. It was nice and cool inside though, plenty of comfy seating for one or groups, with help-yourself jugs of fresh water and fresca's. My daughter enjoyed their music selection too! We'd go again if in the area & craving frozen goodness! read more

This is the only place to get frozen yogurt in town so you can't knock it too hard. However, the flavors are the same usual boring ones. They rarely, if ever get changed out. They do have a wide variety of toppings though which is nice. Customer service is seriously lacking in the sense that there is none. They don't greet you when you enter or wish you well when you leave. They basically stay silent other than to give you your total. Every employee I have ever seen sits on their phone non stop and half the time they aren't even behind the counter. In my opinion, it's worth it to take the trip to Weatherford for a nice meal out and frozen yogurt at their place. read more

It's like being in LA. Boba Tea, yum. Wish they had some sugar free available. O well, the yogurt is no sugar added, which was a great desert from eating out at another establishment. The thing that got me in the door here is that they have WiFi. I want to work on my stuff. They need cusions for the back, but otherwise, good seating and plenty of plugs. Cool place with a nice vibe. A little expensive for a college town but everything tasted good and the cute sitting areas was relaxing.

Yogurt is ok but when the joint is empty and you walk in and the person behind the counter actually ROLLS THEIR EYE'S and acts like it's an inconvenience that you are there it makes it very hard to like this place. Attitude is the key to success. Get help!!!. read more

The yogurt is good, lots of toppings to choose from. The problem is with the customer service. I have yet to go to Yogurt Delicious with a good service experience. The girls are always so rude, on their phones & make it seem inconvenient that you are there, and not once do I hear a "thank you" or "have a nice day." If you are in a customer service position, you service the customer. That's just part of it. Also, on the menu pictured on Yelp, it is advertised that their smoothies are made of real fruit. I got a strawberry kiwi smoothie today and it was definitely made of syrups. Good thing they don't have any froyo/boba competition in Stephenville. read more

Nice little place to where you can come get some yogurt. Although I didn't try any of their yogurt, the people I was with did, and each of them had something good to say about it. They have a modern look and feel when you get inside, and its a relaxing place to where you can chill a bit with your friends and or family, and not feel rushed to leave. read more

This place has been a disappointment time after time. At the end of the review I will post pictures to prove it... May 21st, at 5:36pm I entered the location with my girlfriend to one of the two employees working sitting on the couch texting, not interacting with the customers whatsoever, and playing loud videos. While the other worker stood with her father facetiming at the counter. All the while yogurt is out, toppings are gone, and the worker standing at the counter not on HER OWN PHONE, was facetiming loudly completely disregarding the business. Leaning on the counter hunched over and being completely unprofessional. Also on the unprofessional note, when asked a question about the missing yogurt responded with a smirk, and I kid you not, word for word "we're out". No smile, no sorry. Just "we're out" and a smirk. If I were managing this place I would fire both of them. Disappointing. I also have to say I very rarely post any reviews at all, especially if they are negative. But this appalling... don't waste your hard earned money supporting this business. read more

The service here is absolutely incredible. Not only were we greeted promptly and with a smile, the young man who made our drinks, Dallen, held the door for us on the way in. He made sure to let us know to let him know if we didn't like our drinks so he fix it, and was constantly courteous and smiling. I love coming here not only for the boba tea, but also for the great atmosphere created by a friendly staff. read more
