It took about 15 minutes which wasn't a long wait. They had a full staff to keep up with demand so the line was moving pretty fast. I was recommended the Horchata latte. I need to remember to ask for half sweetness because the drink was on the sweeter side so if you like that, you'll love this drink. I did enjoy it otherwise. I wish there was like a little seating area just for just the coffee shop. They do have a table outside but it was super hot on this day. It was nice to browse around a bit since it is in a vintage shop, didn't stay long since it was pretty packed. I wanted to try the Matcha but they were out so I will be returning to try that.

My husband and I end up here most Friday mornings, he always gets a brisket taco and a mocha moon (with 3/4 moon milk). Now he won't touch other roaster's coffee or lattes, it has to be summer moon. I on the other hand, am an equal opportunity coffee enthusiast. I have tried many coffee shops in the area and honestly this shop is the best. No one so far has beaten their espresso (I've had many of their different lattes with oat milk, 1/4-1/2 sweetened: pecan pie, honey, mocha moon, and various holiday additions). Their Americanos are also the best in town. Their simple breakfast food is top notch for a coffee shop as well. My husband says their brisket and egg taco is the best he's had so far. I cannot do gluten, so I've had their GF kolache, blueberry bread, both amazing. I've also tried their paleo bar and a vegan chocolate gf donut and those are very good as well. The baristas here are all very nice and customer service oriented, they'll remember your name if you become a regular and always welcome you when you walk in to order. The ambiance inside very chill and relaxing, their patio area with wood picnic tables and lights is such a charming addition. It's always clean too.

The most UNFORTUNATE thing about Cafe Memento is that unless you are a local, native Fort Worth…read moreresident or are lucky enough to stumble upon this gem of a coffee shop, you are missing out on quality coffee, beans, service, and everything in between. My family and I literally drove up to Fort Worth just for Cafe Memento. Just for coffee, I said it. They always have new and limited coffee items and this time I was lucky enough to try their Cantaloupe Matcha and every sip just blew my socks off!!!! First, let's give credit where credit is due! The flavor profile is pushing the limits of what coffee can be, and challenging conventional flavor boundaries!! It's innovative! And it's showing patrons how matcha-infused creations are redefining what coffee can be! Unleashing great potential. I was really bummed that they were no longer selling mini canele's too!! But the upside is, the owner is planning to expand and take over the space next to her coffee shop and I can't wait to see the expanded coffee shop! Parking is a little tricky! Not sure if there is additional parking elsewhere, but somehow we always get lucky with a parallel parking spot right in front! Limited parking, but it's worth it! And parking is free! They also sell books and a few other non-coffee drink items! They downsized their gift shop items a bit, but hoping they bring that back once the shop expands! But, if you are lucky enough to try their coffee, DO IT!!! You won't be disappointed.
