Best coffee shop in Fort Worth. Not only can you pick your sweet level on lattes, but their beans are fire roasted giving their coffee a surreal, sweet hint of oak. My husband and I end up here most Friday mornings, he always gets a brisket taco and a mocha moon (with 3/4 moon milk). Now he won't touch other roaster's coffee or lattes, it has to be summer moon. I on the other hand, am an equal opportunity coffee enthusiast. I have tried many coffee shops in the area and honestly this shop is the best. No one so far has beaten their espresso (I've had many of their different lattes with oat milk, 1/4-1/2 sweetened: pecan pie, honey, mocha moon, and various holiday additions). Their Americanos are also the best in town. Their simple breakfast food is top notch for a coffee shop as well. My husband says their brisket and egg taco is the best he's had so far. I cannot do gluten, so I've had their GF kolache, blueberry bread, both amazing. I've also tried their paleo bar and a vegan chocolate gf donut and those are very good as well. The baristas here are all very nice and customer service oriented, they'll remember your name if you become a regular and always welcome you when you walk in to order. CUTEEEEEE , love the aesthetic and tucked away feel of this coffee spot . I ordered a matcha & vegan doughnuts . The doughnuts , vanilla bean & coconut chocolate were delicious surprisingly the vanilla bean hit the best . The matcha however is never order again , wayyyyyy too sweet for my liking . I poured it into a big glass of my own and cut it with more almond milk . I should've asked if it was sweet . They offer some tucked away indoor seating , lobby seating and outdoor seating as well. Plenty of workspace . They sell yummy coffee beans & cute merch too. One of the locals also sells breakfast tacos here till they sell out . Summer Moon Coffee is kinda hidden amongst an apartment complex, but i waa happy to finally find it. I parked accross the street at the park and walked over but there is also street parking. The employee that took my order was nice and helpful. My order was correct and delicious! It was very crowded inside but luckily it was a beautiful day outside with plenty of outdoor seating so i sat outside. When I was waiting for a friend stopped at this coffee shop while waiting to meet up with them. The staff was super friendly super kind. I didn't know they had multiple locations which I like this location that I was at. It's right next to an apartment area parking is a little hard just because of all the businesses around, but it was super quiet and peaceful inside decorated very well. There was a lot of seating. Okay I recently had an iced Winter Moon latte but I swear I meant to order the 1/4 moon. Or even the "whisper moon" (1/8 moon milk)... I'll drink coffee black! My favorite drink here is still the cinnamon latte (usually iced, of course). I need to branch out because the menu is great and I really do enjoy all kinds of coffee drinks. A bit kitchy but that is ok. I thought the coffee aspect was great. I really liked the flavor of their roasting process. The moon milk is VERY sweet. 1/2 MM is too much for me. She described it as being on par with a vanilla latte, and I would disagree. My 1/2 winter moon tasted like I was drinking coffee ice cream. I like coffee ice cream, but I can only do a little of it. Haven't been to any of their locations due to a huge resentment I had over a previous experience. Thankfully I was in the right mindset to give them another chance. This time I tried their West 7th location. To my surprise, Ally is now the general manager. She formerly managed the South Main location. It was so good to see her again as she always brings a smile to my face with her sweet personality and professional demeanor. My sister and I met for a time of fellowship, and we had a great time.
