This place is really small. I had an Americano and a blue berry muffin. I didn't have a place to sit because they have four or five tables and each one had one person sitting at them. I had to sit in my car to drink my coffee. There are three small tables outside but it was not in the mood to sit in the cold. It is Veterans Day and they didn't have any type of veterans discount or anything it even on this day. The cashier was super friendly but this place does not support veterans. Stay away. read more

Fort Worth Coffee Company is a coffee bar/workspace with a very cool, cozy vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They use beans from a roaster in Washington State, and when I asked why not brew a more local roast I was told that they simply love the sourcing, quality of bean selection, and roasting from the provider. We can't argue. The flavor of the coffees they serve is bold yet smooth. I had a standard latte that was rich and creamy. It is a very satisfying brew. My wife had a matcha green tea latte and she really enjoyed it. They use real matcha BTW. I stumbled across this place and was intrigued by their take on "party in the front business in the back" concept.. with their party being coffee and the business being a working space! I didn't have a chance to check out their working space, but based solely on their coffee shop I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I was slightly worried about parking when I was looking up the location, but as I arrived I found that not to be a problem as there were decent amount of spaces storefront. Upon entry I was Immediately greeted by the employees. I was a bit puzzled navigating their menu selections, but the barista guided me thoroughly through and explained everything. Very pleasant interactions with the staff! When I sat down I noticed that there was adequate seating, but considering it was fairly busy there were times where every seat was filled. I visited on a Monday at around noon so just a good thing to keep in mind if you're wanting to stay and sip.. There lacks an abundance of outlets as well so plan to charge any devices in advance if you're planning to work in case your seat doesn't have any nearby. As I got to work I noticed that the shop was decently loud with music and chatter in the back which I enjoyed as it was good background for me to work. As for the lighting it varied depending on choice of seating with bright natural light upfront and warmer lights in the back. Their bathrooms were gender neutral and very up-kept. I appreciated that they also had women's products available and a changing station. Drinks I got the Peachy Keen off their specialty summer menu which was around $6 with no alterations.. and i'd definitely say I am peachy keen on this latte! :D The peach flavoring was very strong. I wasn't sure how the coffee and peach would pair, but this was one of the better versions I've had. A very bitter latte, but in all the right ways. The Iced Mocha latte with oat milk was $4.95 which was a good price, and one of the better iced lattes ice tried. The drink retains the rich coffee flavor without sacrificing any of it from the milk. Overall I'd say it's a visit worth while and cozy place to get some work done. read more

I didn't take a picture of my coffee because I got it to go but I loved this place so much that I came Saturday and Sunday and bought a tshirt! For context, I don't live in Fort Worth and I usually like trying new places when visiting a new town or city, but the location was so close to where I was staying and I wanted to try multiple flavors. There is parking in front and more spots in back. Both days had customers but it wasn't too packed that you had to wait too long for your drink. They played good music, which is always a plus for me. I got an iced lavender latte with oat milk the first day and an iced vanilla latte the second day; both were really good! My sister got an iced mocha which she really liked too. If I'm paying close to eight dollars for a cup of coffee, a warm smile and "Good morning," sure goes a long way. The ambiance is unique. There is office space you can rest if you work from home or independently and need a space to work (see photo). If you like coffee, give them a try. They have merch available, including cute coffee shop stickers. The barista that took my order was friendly and quick with my order. I joined Fort Worth Coffee Co. as a workspace social member for the good location and nice ambiance, however several underlying problems became exposed after about a week of being there. I immediately noticed the poor quality of the brewed coffee but wasn't too bothered because i was there to work. Mediocre coffee i can overlook. However what started a descent into an unpleasant experience was the service. Several employees were unpleasant and sometimes outright hostile. Nasty glares, snide remarks and sarcastic tone of voice was commonplace. I felt unwelcome as a paying member (about $200 a month) and because the owner did not utilize managing employees, i had to directly contact the owner via email with my concerns. This was an untenable arrangement, especially when to my surprise, the owner informed me that I was expected to accommodate her employees, (she insisted on calling them team) rather than the employees accommodate me as a paying member and customer. When i brought forth a complaint of being chastised by an employee seeking to shirk her work and bully me into bussing my own table, I was belittled by the owner and told the employee was in the right. Overall i felt diminished, disrespected and intimidated at this business. The owner has fostered a female-oriented culture which alienated me as a man, and contributes to a feeling of hostility that I am always the problem. This is a micro-managed business so there were no clear guidelines or rules. Rules were enforced or changed on the owners personal whims. read more

I loooove coffee shops, and since moving here, I've been looking for my Austin coffee shop replacement. I walked into Fort Worth Coffee Co. on one of the coldest days of the year, and the vibe was right. People were working; baristas were chatting with customers, and a cute couple was tucked away in the back alcove clinking coffee cups. The window seating opens onto Camp Bowie Blvd, where I hopped on a bar stool to sit and sip for a while. I had just gotten over a cold, and the barista suggested I try a mug of Peppermint Sage and Ginger herbal tea. Great choice! It soothed my throat and left me feeling relaxed and happy. My daughter tried the Apple Berry tea with a touch of honey, and she liked it as well. I went back the following week to try the coffee. I got a drip coffee and was sad that the same barista (owner, maybe?) was not there to tell me about the coffee the way she talked to me about the tea. I have no idea the brew or bean. I asked if there was a choice on what was brewing, and I was told, "the usual." I'll probably stick to the espresso or cortado in the future, but this is my favorite coffee shop, and I've been visiting quite a few. read more

Stumbled upon this gem of a coffee shop the other day, and absolutely loved it! I don't know how I went without knowing Fort Worth Coffee Co existed for so long, but I'm glad I found it at last. It's located in a really cool area on Camp Bowie, and has a great building design and outdoor area. Very inviting from the outside! Inside is a somewhat small but very cute area with not too many seats, but even late into the morning (when I went), it wasn't overly crowded (they also have some outdoor seating). Staff was really friendly and my stuff came out quickly. I got an iced matcha and almond croissant- both were excellent! Vibes overall were really good. It seems like a place with a lot of regulars, so it had a community feel to it as well. My only complaint would be the limited menu. There were plenty of drinks to choose from, but there were only a few pastry options which was kind of disappointing. Still, I loved my croissant, so I can't complain too much! The kindest, friendliest staff. Perfect lattes. Bright and clean, modern interior. Lots of plants. :) Within walking distance. What more could I ask for?
