This is actually the first coffee place we ever came to when we moved here four years ago because it's really in a roundabout way around the corner from our house. I'm glad to see that it has survived. Only been back a couple times in the four years but it's always been a very good coffee experience. I've never lingered there though. They do have an outside area like a gravel patio thing. But it's perfect if you just want to drive if they are get out of your car, get the coffee like in a food truck situation and leave. read more

I had to see what this "burnt sugar and pink salt" signature latte was all about! Those flavors are right up my alley and this little latte did not disappoint. It has just the right hint of torched, caramel-y sugary sweetness and then the perfect whisper of salt. They've got oat, soy, and almond milk options here but I was feeling full-dairy-fat that day and indulged with whole milk. Delicious. Apparently Coffee Folk is also known for their lavender latte. I'm not typically a fan of floral flavors in my libations, but maybe this one would change my mind? We'll see. But I'm far more likely to get the BS&PS (burnt sugar & pink salt) again, or the vanilla bean. Maybe an americano! They also serve loose leaf tea, tea lattes, kombucha, hot chocolate, Italian soda, a few pastries, and breakfast tacos. We finally made it to coffee folk this weekend and it was wonderful! The rosemary honey latte was great but the matcha honey was just okay. We did get the small of both sizes and think that we might have needed to get the regular for the matcha to smooth it out a bit. Definitely worth visiting! read more

How fun! A neighborhood "food truck" that stays right outside the pottery building. Sweet tree-shadded green space perfect for reading, gathering and working. When I was there a group of neighbors had their lawn chairs out just enjoying the Saturday. I ordered an iced latte with oat milk and vanilla + apple zucchini muffin.
