We stopped by on a Saturday evening for some dessert and found a modest selection with both of our desserts being delicious! I had a classic tiramisu and my husband had a super cool looking dessert- it looked like an acorn and tasted like hazelnut Nutella Unfortunately, we were the only patrons there. Please support so we can continue to have these types of businesses in our community. Our service was pleasant. Just remember, this is the auditorium of a church so all songs performed by the musicians are the "cleaned up" versions of the songs. The music is usually original acoustic Celtic, Bluegrass, or Folk. It's good wholesome fun for the whole family ;0) P.S. Coffee will be served. That's why it's called a "coffee house." LOL. Also, if you're a musician from out of town, they will provide you with lodging for the night, a hot supper, and a tasty breakfast at the church to help you out. Cool! This is very similar to Uncle Calvin's Coffee House, except Uncle Calvin's doesn't provide 2 hots and a cot for their artists. BTW, the peeps who work there are all volunteers so do be a good sport and pick up after yourself. Don't litter and treat them like servants because they're not. I'm guessing it's the owner, but her name is Darlene and she is the sweetest girl with the best customer service I picked my son up from school and normally he wants a sweet treat afterwards so I decided to stop there as well since there were all these different beautiful pastries when I came in the morning, we got a cupcake, a piece of cake, tons of cookies and a delicious Dubai chocolate one with delicious looking pistachios on there and they were all amazing.
