I went online and found gotopcrepairs and sent an email at around 530 am on a Saturday morning to see if they could help. I picked this company as it is the same city I reside and I try to support the local business community. I was shocked to receive a reply email an hour later at 6:30 am asking me a few questions about the upgrade. John was great and to make a long story short, I dropped off the laptop at 9 am and picked it up (with the work completed) and I was back to my house by 1030 am. Everything was done professionally and my laptop which I am using now could not be running better. Honestly, I felt guilty at the price seeing that it was a weekend and done on short notice. So if you need work done on your computer call gotopcrepairs you will not regret it.
