Good location, pretty nice people - but, can't say I'd return for business. Simple task, I wanted info from old computer to new pc. Didn't get the job done correctly - I didn't realize until setup at home. Called, got answering service, left message for a return call, never came. I'm writing this after multiple positive experiences here have prompted me to share this business - Frank Bernadini has helped me numerous times, with purchasing new laptops, guiding me to or away from different products (and places to buy them!) and just today, I brought in a malfunctioning powercord (which aren't cheap) - it was only about 6 months old. But without proof of misuse, questions or skepticism, he took the broken one and handed me a brand new one to replace it. Try getting THAT service from the Apple Store, or Best Buy or Radio Shack. I needed a new computer that could run Adobe illustrator. Decided to "buy local". The sales person assured me that the one I purchased met the requirements for Adobe. If he didn't know, he could have looked up the information instead of telling me "yes, this will work fine". I was also given a free, but filthy, keyboard to go with it. When I downloaded the software, I was unable to install or use it since the computer didn't meet the minimum requirements. I tried to return the computer since It couldnt perform as I was told it would. Suddenly their system can't give me my money back, and they couldn't write me a check. They also refused to take back the monitor I purchased because the cable twist ties were missing. Everything in the store was used. Why can't they take back a monitor? They can give away a crumb filled keyboard but can't sell a monitor missing a twist tie. A lot of hassle to try to buy locally. Do yourself a favor and go elsewher. read more

I recommend Frank highly. He fixed an installation problem that I had caused on my end. He deftly did a work-around that got everything going again. I'm giving 4 stars here, having only dealt with him once. That said, my experience this afternoon couldn't have been better--definitely 5 star quality.
