Whether it is standard size plots, presentation booklets or oversized spreads, they have always been completed with the utmost quality and always on time. The front desk service always keeps me updated with job progress and are extremely friendly, working closely to ensure that my requirements are met. When file issues or mistakes do inevitably happen, they are quick to inform me. They work with me and take time out of their busy schedule to make sure I have exactly what I want. Ultimately, I have left BFS happy and with the plots I need 100% of the time. I highly recommend BFS to anyone who needs printing done. Don't pay for subpar service at premium prices at Staples and Fed Ex Express. BFS does the job right at reasonable prices. Tip: Take the T to South Station. Parking is sparse and BTD officers are relentless. Thank you for you continued quality service!

The fellows behind the counter were unprofessional and discourteous. There was a mistake on a…read moresimple print job, which they did not catch until I pointed it out when I came to pick up my item. I re-formatted it to better fit the size I needed, at their request, then returned to pick it up the next business day only to discover a small coffee (?) drip stain on the corner of the paper. Rather than reprint, they decided to cut off that part of the paper without asking me, which threw off the proportions I requested. They *did* reprint it on the spot with extra copies for me, which was thoughtful, however one said, "This is a lot of godd*amn work for one print." Yes, it was a lot of work because it wasn't done correctly the first or second time and there was no attention to detail on a very simple job. I will never bring my company's business here again; if I can't trust their attention on something that simple, I can't fathom putting a more expensive or complicated job in their hands. They were able to print it quickly and on the spot, but that's about the only positive takeaway I have from this experience. Yes, everybody has a bad day, but you should never swear in front of a customer and especially not when the work being done is subpar.

The owner, Gazi, came out on Saturday as I was having issues with my iPhone and IPad. He was like a doctor, only better because he fixed the problem. He asked great questions, did not just dive-in like most do to milk-the-clock and after a back and forth of detailed questions and answers, went directly to the root of the problem and signed, sealed, and delivered. He was also a great guy and I enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend Essex It Solutions and have finally found an IT company I can trust and depend on.
