Water would drip slowly even when shower was off. Seabrook has extremely hard water. I could not get what I needed to replace out, let alone broke the handle off trying to get it off as well. Couldn't turn the water back on to my house because from what I had done, water was squirting out. So water shut off to house on a Friday evening. Called the big local companies to get someone out ASAP. Hard to live with no water at all. No one could get out until Monday. $1000 to get someone out from either of the companies as this was considered 24 hour emergency service Searched in Yelp and came across this company. Talked directly to a man named Charlie. He listened to my explanation and came out early the next morning with parts he knew he would need to fix the issue. He went right to work, knew what he was doing, and knew how to fix the problem. Thanks Charlie!

After a few hours, Mr. Laudani called back and in thirty minutes, his son came over, checked the hot water heater, and replaced the circulator vent. Honest, capable and reasonable. I've been given the attitude that these printers have to move heaven and earth just to print my documents in a decent quality. Smaller quantities always mean bigger prices, too. Contrast those experiences with Scott and Coastal Printing. He was HAPPY to help me when I explained what I needed and how I would be sending it to him. They print smaller quantities with no qualms. They answered my emails quickly and patiently. I sent the file to them by email at 5 a.m. (expecting to pick the job up 2 days later). An email arrived hours later telling me that my 150, 4-page full-color newsletters were ready to pick up at noon that same day w/o any extra charge. I sent them a PDF file converted from Publisher, and it looks great on 80# paper. My lesson learned is that I have a perfect printing service right in my own backyard with better prices than the online printers I was using - I'm glad I decided to look elsewhere for my printing needs and found Coastal Printing. They will be getting ALL of my printing work from now on.

Just a quick note to say you not find a more trustworthy and professional "local" computer service firm as PC Wizard in Salisbury, MA. As a customer with multiple pc's (business, family, children), I was incredbily nervous to leave my pc overnight in the beginning due personal and confidential information stored on it. Over time, I have learned how professional, competent, friendlly, and trustworthly they are. When needed now, I leave my pc overnight without a second's thought. In addition, their prices and delivery time is reasonable and competitive. They also offer immediate service for a fee. I had to use the service once and it was a solid investment. In summary, we all need a car mechanic and we now all need a pc mechanic! I have been using PC Wizard since they moved to the shopping plaza at Tom's Discount. They have always been able to solve the problem and I have always felt their fees and turnaround were fair. On one occasion the problem was that I had pressed a button without realizing it. My screen blacked out and I didn't have a clue what was going on. They could have charged a bundle to "fix" it and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead they were honest, we had a laugh about it, and they didn't charge me a dime! I got my computer back, sent it to dell, who repaired it for 120 dollars. all data is still there and computer is working fine. I am glad i did not listen to this person's advice. the worst part is that I was also charged 75 dollars to be given wrong information. i just wish he had said he couldn't help me from the beginning.
