Today is April 21, 2026 and I STILL have the incorrect charge on my card. Havent heard ANYTHING more from anyone. Unfortunately i was not able to dispute the charge from my end with my bank. The service was great. Server was attentive and courteous. Answered the questions we had. Definitely a casual place. We both ordered the fish and chips. It was tasty. The portion was ridiculously small. The description said two fish fillets. From what? A small perch or large minnow? Did not satisfy our hunger in the least. read more

We went their Tuesday at 345, sat in patio. Our table had no paper towels. Every table outside had dirty plates and drinks and we sat there for over 45 min before anyone cleaned it up. Our server was terrible. Only saw her when she took our drink order and gave us the check. She didn't give us any straws with our drinks. She never brought out plates with our wings so we had to wait another ten min for plates and when she brought them both plates were really dirty and were not cleaned. Didn't have silverware either. Took over 25 mins to get our check. Togo order took 25 mins to get our Togo order. Server only came by 3 times and the person who brought us our wings was in such a hurry to drop of our wings she didn't even ask if we needed anything else likes plates or anything. Place was really dirty ourside. Inside the bar was filled with nats and bugs like other reviews said . Will never be back for another wing night I live not even 5 min away but the service is terrible and the the place is filthy dirty. read more

Server was attentive. Unfortunately she didn't get my order correct. I ordered 1/2 lb of boneless wings as a combo, and she put in full order. When I asked if we got charged as a full pound she said yes let me fix that for you, instead of fixing it the manager came over and gave me a run down and said "since you ate some of them I can't take the charge off." We go ALL the time, especially happy hour 3-6 and our favorite is fried zucchini sticks w/ranch, flat bone I wings fried house salad and bacon chicken ranch flat bread! It's always clean staff is always amazing never have an issue with anyone there! But hard down you have to try the FRIED ZUCCHINI STICKS well done with regular ranch! Best shit ever! We came in for Happy Hour and to watch the Diamondbacks game and boy was this place crazy packed with snowbirds not that it was a bad thing. We ordered medium spiced wings they were nice and crispy evenly coated with wing sauce and a medium mushroom pizza that was also cooked to perfection the cheese mushroom ratio made the experience nice. Our server was super friendly and given the fact that she was slammed with customers she was able to maintain checking up on all of her tables. I really enjoyed our experience here more so than the Gilbert location I highly recommend this location. read more

These scumbags stole money out of my account. Overcharged me and the food was sub par, I had the club sandwich with one slice of each type of meat and cheese and let them charge me extra for the six small pieces of fried zucchini instead of the child's handful of fries. Server seemed to be nice but actually helped us 3 times the whole time we were there; drinks, order, and checks. Guess he felt he deserved a 70% tip. Worst service ever! My wife and I visited about three weeks ago and sat in the bar. Finally got a beer after about fifteen minutes. Thirty more minutes pass and we have finished our drinks, but the waitress never returned to take a food order. I left $20 on the table to cover the cost of the beers and we left for another restaurant to get some food. I just ordered the half pound boneless wing combo for $13 and it was the most pathetic thing I've ever seen! The half pound of wings were 5 of the smallest chicken nuggets you'll ever see in your life, think popcorn chicken size. Then the portion of French fries that came with it was smaller than the smallest bag of fries you'd get from a fast food restaurant, and worse quality! We were delivered through UberEats by my mother Jessica, but the food we got was not the order we wanted! They were missing two whole combo fries and the half-pound boneless wings was about 5 nuggets. No silverware or anything. $70 including delivery fees, and we got no fries with the combos. As much as I wanted to enjoy my boneless wings, like my brother, we were very disappointed with the food given by delivery. First time going to Native Grill & Wings this evening. First impression walking thru the door was underwhelming. It's dark, and doesn't feel clean. Honestly that's where we should have turned around and went elsewhere. BUT we were hopeful for the food and overlooked it! Ordered the loaded tots.. SUCKED. Not a single part of them was "loaded" and honestly looked like a 4 year old made them. Then ordered the wings.. SUCKED EVEN MORE. You would think a place that has wings on there sign would specialize in WINGS. I felt like I was eating sauce covered bouncy balls. Absolutely disgusting. My two year old got a grilled cheese. Not a hard dish. Shit was as dry as the desert we live in. He wouldn't eat it, NOT EVEN THE FRIES, which were ass. Never coming back to this place, and if I get food poisoning I'm gunna be livid. SKIP THIS FOR SURE! Ambience SUCKED after sitting down in the worlds most uncomfortable booths. Someone sat behind me and it felt like we were back to back.. FUCKING WHAT?! If you have all day to each lunch I suggest coming here. FYI no wants to read the menu from your QR code. I asked for a menu & that added another 15 minutes on my lunch. The service is always slow, there are never enough servers. I came for a late lunch (arrived about 1:30) it wasn't very busy and it still took over an hour. The food is good if you dine in, I ordered the special for today. Apparently 1/2 lb of strippers are only 4. I order these every time & I've never only received 4. The booth I sat in today at lunch is broken & the lady on the other side of it was ramming it into my back the whole time. Not even surprised, kind of sums up this place. - Just wanted to update, I gave the lady my card without getting the bill because I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes & I was charged full price for the item that was on special. My friend and I were out and about and being it was lunch time when we finished our errands, we decided to grab lunch, both of us craving wings. So here we come and were greeted in such an awesome way by the hostess, who was also prepping tables for incoming guests I thought that was awesome to see, as shed was working very hard. Our waitress was really good. She was always checking in with us, refilling our drinks, and when she brought our food, she gave us even more jalapeno ranch dressing to dip our wings and fries in. Our food was fantastic! The wings cooked and seasoned to perfection and soooooo very delicious, as were our fries! I know we will return again, as everything was awesome!!! read more

Came out with our food, gave it to us and said good night. Could have waked off with it for free by the looks of it, but decided to let them know they STILL haven't charged us. Finally someone came to take our payment. Sadly no tip today for the lack of service and the fact we basically had to remind them to take payment. Oh and they forgot the drinks. Worst Native experience ever! If you're looking for moody and rude employees, this is your place. My family and I stopped in this past weekend looking forward to getting some wings. When we walked in, there was one party of 2 ahead of us. Aside from their being at least 3 servers in the main room and only about 5 tables being occupied with guests, it took the hostesses an exceptionally long time to sit them. We waited for her to then get our table ready (party of 8). Again, it took a long time, and when she sat us, she only provided 2 menus (for 8 people). She was about to sit us at a table for 6, with 2 extra chairs squeezed in. As that was not going to work, I asked if she could please add an additional small table. She didn't speak and pulled another table over and walked away, as I then stood there and had to rearrange the chairs myself. So, with 2 menus and dirty tables that were covered in sticky sauces and what looked parm cheese, we waited for our server. If we thought the hostesses was rude and unfriendly, she was nothing compared to our server! She did not greet us, other than walk up to the table with the grumpest look on her face and glared at us while taking our drink order. Mind you, we were not rowdy or rude in any way, so the mood she was bringing was completely unwarranted. During this time, I did ask if she could please bring a towel to wipe the dirty tables, and apparently, that was an unreasonable request. She completely ignored me and walked away (and never did clean the table). My husband had to go ask the hostesses to please do it. We can't speak to the food because as soon as the drinks arrived, we asked for our check, paid, and left. I like Native, but this was our first time at this location, and we will never return. We completely understand that many restaurants are understaffed, but that didn't seem to be the case here. The two employees we interacted with genuinely gave off the vibe that they hated their jobs, as well as people in general. This is not okay in food service. A terrible dining experience all around and one I don't wish to repeat. read more

Service still very good. The bar is great with friendly staffs at the bar and at the tables. The food has been consistently good, and if you don't like something - they will go out of their way to make it right. Just the way it should be. Great TV set up for college games and NFL games, and they will move games around for you as long as you are not erasing another customer's choice of games. Another "plug" for this place is that the sports crowds, be it football, UFC, et al...are not so loud and out of control that you can't have a conversation. read more

We have come to this restaurant for years now and tonight, I have to say I was disappointed in the changes that we experienced in the pricing of my drink. I drink Seagrams 7 and 7 up or sprite, I ordered doubles today, as I have before at this same place. When I received my check, I was taken back they charged me the price of one drink twice per drink, I asked my server if this was a recent change and was told no, this is how they do it there, she went on to say she had two other tables that were upset over this. I get it they can run their business how they want to, however, not telling customers that this is how they charge for a double, upfront, is wrong in my opinion.
